Dear Mr. S.K.Singh (Deputy Commissioner) SDMC, I would like to draw your kind attention that there is an unauthorised construction of building is going on in S-Block, Khirki Extension near Sai Baba Mandir Malviya Nagar. Photograph is attached which is very clear and visible for your reference. This unauthorised construction of building is very dangerous and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses. It is humbly requested that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction of this building instead of PICK & CHOOSE METHOD at the earliest so that this dangerous construction of the building can be demolished w.e.f as per your MCD guidelines which are applicable to every citizens of Delhi. We would be highly obliged if you look into the matter and do the justice to our request. Your good self may check the genuineness of the aforesaid facts. I have also written my online complaint on PGMS portal having complaint no.[protected] dt. 15.11.2016 and on LG Listening Post having complaint no.20164144 dt. 15.11.2016. We residents of 80/74, malviya nagar, new delhi are facing problems of stray dogs. There are more than 10-12 stray dogs. It is very unfortunate that senior citizens and children cannot go out. We are having sleepless nights as they keep on barking.
Dogs bites have been reported earlier too but action needs to be taken.

Pls take immediate action and resolve the issue.

I am writing from Jain Nagar 40 feet road. Here there is a mini factory in private area, not commercial where the owner is allowing the stitching of Christmas clothes and as a result he throws the red pieces of remaining cloth in the nearby open plots.
It looks very bad that allover near to the place there is all scattered pieces o[censored]nstitched cloth.
Kindly look upon the matter to stop him from throwing the garbage in the nearby open plots.

Some people are throwing cowdung on the road. And they are not hearing anybody.By this cowdung road get in very bad condition.vehicles go from the cowdung and spread everywhere on the road and we get on the problem by passing the road.They are breaking the rule of swach bharat abhiyan.our prime minister is doing more efforts on cleanliness and they broke the rules.please by request pay your attention toward my .those people who are throwing there cowdung on the road have 3 acre land even they are throwing the cowdung on the road...thankyou

Sir, my name is Gurpreet Singh, L 43a (first floor), Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017.

I have more than 10 stray dogs on road and park in this location. Some pregnant beeches have starting biting people walking by.

I survived since a recent person hit the dog with a stone.

May I request some action to be taken about them at the earliest.

I am a social person, hence I thought informing you immediately before these things go out of control.

This is to bring to your kind notice that our neighbours is constructing third floor on building which is already 50 years old.Constructing this floor can effect whole building which is already week.I request you to take necessary action to stop this construction.

Dear sir
I have just started a clinic in a rented house no. 44 b, pocket b6, mayur vihar phase 3, delhi. My neighbour electronic shop has encroched the whole public phootpath along with main road. I have been requested to vacate it but they are shouting to me. I tried to manage it but they are now encroching in front of my clinic also. Please do the needful action against them as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

It is submitted for your kind knowledge and information that the number of stray dogs in our colony has increased manifold. The said stray dogs are not only biting the young children and other residents of the colony but they are also causing great harassment and nuisance to the residents by barking all night and disturbing the sleep of the residents.
Your kind attention is also drawn to the various orders and directions passed by honourable supreme court of india, new delhi and honourable delhi high court, new delhi wherein they have given directions to the municipal authorities to take immediate steps to catch these dogs and take them to the rehabilitation centres and further sterilize them and make them to reduce these problems.
You are kindly requested to take immediate steps in the above matter and issue orders to the concerned officials to carry out inspection in our colony and to take all necessary steps to catch and carry away these dogs and further take other appropriate steps as required in the interest of welfare of the residents in our colony.

I am residence of A-4 Rohini sector-16 Delhi...the number of stray dogs are increasing day by day in and around my locality they created a menace for everyone, there is round the clock barking at night and it disrupts our sleep at night also the kid are scared to go out on the society for play, whole day and night barking and damaging the vehicles & lead to disturbance of all the residents. They unnecessarily barks in the morning & night, & spread garbage all over the roads. sometimes even running behind old people and kids who can't make them run away..As these dogs bark ferociously and run after them. Request you to have these stray dogs removed so that the above problems are addressed. Hope that you will take a speedy action on this and resolve the problem.

Stray Dogs are creating menance in Block number 34, 33 and 32. Kids are finding difficult to venture out. Elderly people are afraid. Dogs started barking and attack without any provocation. Kindly address it on earliest
People are scared to move out in morning hours
Housewife are finding difficult to go out

Sub:- complaint letter for the non-functional of streets lights.

Dear sir,

We, the residents of... Cd block, harinagar, west delhi, ward no - 109... (New delhi - 110064) would like to draw your kind attention towards the non-functional of lights in our cd block harinagar, ward no-109 west delhi.

The street light of our block have not been repaired for quite a while. During the evening individuals frequently stagger down.in the evening the street of our block become dark due to that the residence (Ladies, kids & old age people) of this block feel unsafe.

Also, the majority of the lights in our region are out of order. Just a couple of road lights are working. It is dimness in the area. It has brought about a spurt in the frequency of wrongdoing in the region.. There are regular episodes of chain grabbing at night hours. Especially women are in danger in leaving their homes at night. Grabbing, thievery and robbery have turned into the order of the day. The criminals in the wake of perpetrating law violations exploit the obscurity and securely flee.
Have following mcd street light department from last 10days, but have not got any support from them.

I, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have good working street lights.

I want to complaint about non maintenance of Chaupal Vatika Park in Bhera Enclave. No gardener deputed in park.Totally garbage place.What MCD is doing in Delhi.No duty of any one to see.
Plants are dried due to nonavailability of water.A very bad situation.
Are your department not paying to any one for maintenance of park.

I am residence of Tulsi Nagar Inderlok Delhi...the number of stray dogs are increasing day by day in and around my locality they create menace whole night barking and damaging the vehicles... sometimes even running behind old people and kids who can't make them run away.. Few days back one of the dog even bite a senior citizen... And other issue is of cattles who come again from nearby locality and discharge in our street...

This is to inform u that commercial activities are perfomed in our residential area.
In House no. 1013, punjabi phatak commercial activities are done which emits hazardous smoke making our health miserable.. We constantly tried to communicate with them about it.. Bt no action has been taken by them for long.. The whole street is sensing the illness created through them.. Moreover, v hav children and old age people .. & life become miserable for them .. The pollution that there activities are creating become un bearable for all o[censored]s..plz look into the matter and efforts should be made to stop their sctivities..

There are large number of street dogs near my house as under :

House No WZ122 /4B, 2nd Floor, Meenakshi Garden (In Oxford College Lane), Delhi 110018.

It frequently barks and bites the passers-by and endangering life of the residents of the area.

Please arrange for removal of street dogs in my area and relocate these dogs from this area and do everything needful at earliest.

i sudhir kumar resident of hn-6, vpo pandwalakalan, south west district, new delhi-110043 would like to draw your kind attention towards the matter relating to the sanitation smell coming from my neighbour's house MR ATTAR SINGH SON OF BHIM SINGH. this is almost everyday issue that the smell of laterine come in my house.my neighoubrs havent dig a hole of laterine or gutter and it comes directly into the drain pipe which they have opened towards my house which causes smell everyday and create many disease to the residents living at my house and also some of the residents living near to my house.we feel like vomitting whole day.we intimate them so many times about the issue but they have not taken any action for that and they have also threaten us'' if you complaint we will beat you'' and they clearly refused to talk to us about the issue hence you are requested to take further action on the mention issue so that we can stay healthy.so plz kindly seal their toilet and put penalty on them.we are poor people and no one is listening to our problem

This is to inform you that a number of stray dogs and cows keep standing in front of school boundary wall where the local people of the area throw garbage. Sometimes these animals specially dogs come to the school gate and start barking at the visitors and students.
So for the safety of visitors, students and the staff members it is requested that these stray animals may be urgently removed from the vicinily of the school, so that no mishappening may take place.

I'm a resident of 34 block west patel nagar, new delhi-110008. I want to file a complaint about dangerous stray dogs in the block. These dogs are Very dangerous they have bited so many people & children. They unnecessarily barks in the morning & night, & spread garbage all over the roads. Now a days their population in inc. Day by day. Which is to be resolved as soon as possible. They mostly hides or take shelter in the back lane of the block.

I am Namrata Bhalla who lives in 101 DDA Site 1, New Rajinder Nagar(M block), Delhi. Today, I'm writing to you about 8-10 dogs in my colony who bark at each and every passerby. It has become really difficult to walk around as there is a constant fear of dogs. Whether it is someone from outside or a person living in this colony these dogs bark like crazy. A day or two ago I myself was attacked by one these dogs and the watchman came and helped me out but even then I hurt my knee and elbow pretty bad. I request you to please pick these dogs and take them to some dog shelter as it is now winter season and it is also very cold for them to live on the streets without food and shelter.
