Main effect in street no.21, 22, 23, 24 tughalkabad extension new delhi- 110020, there are air pollution increasing day by day in export factories . and need to control them by the MCD deptt. I will soon meet you personally in you office. I look forward your early action and response.

It is available is everywhere of Nehru Place office area it is very surprising to seeing by us nobody is responsible for it . kindly remove it as soon as possible. Dear Sir, I Sumit Dhamija is a resident of 10/39, Old Rajinder Nagar & this complaint is related to Garbage which somebody have put in front of our house due to which we are facing alot of problems. Sir This is to inform that I Manish Chauhan residing at 3214/30 Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005 and all the other residence of street 30 and 31 are very much fed up with the garbage that is being lit all around at my next adjacent house which is 3215/30, Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005. The local sweepers and different people working under them always accumulate the garbage in front of the house itself, causing the locality and this street to be the center hub of the Garbage picking itself for all the surrounding streets. It has been complained several times to your department but none actions have been taken so far. This as a result is causing the street to be very dirty and smelling all the time. And, to add further this is becoming a place of Big Rats, Mosquitoes, Insects and other allergies like Dengue, Plague, Malaria symptoms to be caused in the near future. This is regarding the increasing number of Stray Dogs in the H Block of Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. This is affecting the health and safety of the residents as the Dogs have bitten a number of people in the colony. Even after repeated complaints no action has been taken. As per the govt. Hospital records, a total of 80-90 cases per day of dog biting are reported in the hospital from the Malviya Nagar area. These are the stats only for the govt. hospital, the private hospital stats are separate. Please take an action immediately to get all the Stray Dogs picked up from the H Block of Malviya Nagar. I am a residence of dda staff quarters jaidev park east punjabi bagh delhi-110026. I am facing alot of problems due to these stray dogs. Its very difficult to go outside of flats. We are unable to receive ccouriers and other deliverables due to these stray dogs. They are near about 20 dogs. Lot of people are biten by these dogs. My humble request to MCD is that kindly take away all these dogs from our premises.

Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that Dirty Water and Grabage is accumulating in front of Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj, C-405, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi - 110019 and garbage on top of Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj, C-405, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi - 110019. From Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj, Dr.Basabika Bhattacharjee (Maitra) is running her Homeopathic Clinic since April 1983 and she complained about Dirty Water and Grabage accumulating in front of Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj and garbage on top of Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj to the Chowkidar of Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj - Lalmohan (Laloo) several times but neither he nor Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj took any step to clear the accumulated dirty water and garbage in front of Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj and garbage on top of Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj. In fact Lalmohan told Dr.Basabika that the Secretary of Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj has instructed him not to clear the dirt. Day by day the Dirty water and Garbage are going on accumulating in front of Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj and garbage on top of Room No.2, Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj, thus creating a dirty, unhealthy and unhygenic environment which in turn is becoming a good ground for the Dengue and Malaria Mosquito to Breed and Proliferate easily.This is not only causing harassment to Dr.Basabika and her Patients but it is also creating a Dangerous Source for Dengue and Malaria to spread in the Chittaranjan Park locality. This is nothing but a Criminal Offence being committed by Chittaranjan Park Bangiya Samaj due to which the whole Colony is getting affected and there is a fear of outbreak of Dengue and Malaria in the Colony. Hi Sir, I am a resident of Pkt-3, Sec-2 Rohini. I had lodge a complaint on no. 90 (Customer care no. North Delhi) regarding the street light problem in our area. I have called many times on the same number for follow ups, they gave me the number of Mr. Kapil (electrician) [protected]. I called him up few times, he said he will get it checked but today when i called him up, he refused and said pole light does not come under our profile, NDPL looks after that. But I had already checked with NDPL earlier, they clearly said that it comes under MCD. I again called the customer care and asked for some senior no. they gave me the Sr. Executive Engineer no. (Mr. Bisht[protected]. When i called on this no. some junior employee picked up the phone. I explained him my problem and he promised me to give a revert on the same after half an hour or so. But the story remained the same no one responded. I called on the same no. again many times but no one picked up the phone. I also lodge an online complaint on MCD website. My complaint no. is GRV/RHZ/2014/039392 .But all in vain. No response... :-( Now please tell me where should i go? Whom should i contact to? If both the departments will not take the responsibility then who will do this. Please guide me on this and resolve this issue ASAP. Regards Rajat Goel

We have been facing water logging problem in our locality near by Jai Ambe Market. We have complained may times people come from the MCD and they say the sever line is dead and after that no action is taken. We have been facing this problem since last 6 month. We are living in hell the smell of the sever line is unbearable. Kindly look into the matter and please take proper action in this regard.

Dear Sir I am a resident of kalkaji area in new delhi 11019, I want to put up a real serious issue infront of you regarding unauthorised use of government and public property which causes seriuos issues like traffic jams, parking etc. Specifically I want to mention Sawan Electricals and Narang Electrical (E7, Kalkaji) who always take their shop out of their vicinity on to the road and on parking and footpath space, which increases further in festival days. Everytime there is a MCD raid, they collecr their items before MCD vehicle comes. So there needs to be some strict action, hoping for some quick action on the issue Regards Ashwani GUPTA

In our block, all the houses have done illegal constructions, 6 to 8 feets extra, in front of their houses. Some one has constructed stair case illegal and captured 6 feets space extra. Some one has made concrete construction jut for fun and captured 6 to 8 feets. Due to this, lot of space problem occurred. Every day fighting for the parking and other things. sir i m living in dehli herkesh nager near okhla tank . in that area there is no dust bins are provided so the people throw their dust and all near the raiway lines and its a huge problem for the people living there . entrence of herkesh nager is very much durty even there is no fly over has been provided for the cosing people has to crosss railway track to enter in herkesh nager becouse of that usually many acdedents by train occues ... it is a humble request from my side once vist this area and undestand over problems

Hi, I would like to lodge a complaint against below mentioned property owner:- Property ID[protected] Name – Shiv Kumar Verma Address - 315-B, 315-B, sant nagar, east of kailash, new delhi.110065 This property owner is not filling his property details and submitting required Tax to government. He is stealing the property tax and encroached the plot area. 1) He has mentioned in his property details that he has only 4 floors whereas he has constructed recently an additional floor last year December 2013. 2) All the floors except first floor is rented out at approx. INR 20, 000 / Month 3) He has also encroached the park area for construction of his house. Please take required action against him by validating his property blue print approvals, Construction details and property tax for last 5 years. All his floors have been on rent since 2009. Respected Sir This is to draw you attention towards the encroachment and unauthorized extension in our area ( Furniture Block, Kirti Nagar ) The major problem lies with the the owners of Plot no 19, Plot No 3 and its complete lane ( The Road parallel to the main road behind Dreams furnishing gallery) . Platforms of 10 feet have been created leaving no space to park visitors and owners cars . Transport vehicles get parked . Owners get their stuff outside on display on the platforms . Already the building have been constructed 100 % leaving no parking space and now the display of good has come out to 12 feet beyond permissible line . The shop located in plot no 4 has made a acrylic canopy in Mild steel as well on the road it self now . There is no constant checking being done and no penalty is being levied for such cases . The roads are getting congested due to such shop owners and bad road conditions is the result to all such actions . The Villagers adjoining this lane as proposed to remove since so many years and even the drain was closed with debris to create a road and now since no action has been taken . Respected Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Block-C-2-C, Pocket-2, Janak Puri, New Delhi. We do have Resident Welfare Association for the block, but all those people are useless and never listen to the residents’ complaints and that's the reason I am posting my complaint on your website and seeking help from you. I have the following complaints and would like to seek your help in coming to solution for those: 1. Cleanliness: Sir, if you will come and do an inspection in our block you will see all the back lane streets are full of dust and garbage. There is only one or two day in 2-3 months when we get to seethe Sweepers cleaning those lanes. Though, they are very particular in cleaning lanes for the Association Members, on a regular basis. 2. Parks: Again, all the Parks are in a very bad shape, especially the ones which are at the back side of our houses and not in the main lane. Trees, they have grown so big that now they have become a threat to us. Moreover, the swings we have in the Park is in such a bad shape that if children want to go and play they can’t. 3. Speed breakers: There is not even a single speed breaker in our block, and the vehicles come inside the block are on a such a high speed that it has become a threat for all small children/ elderly people. Apparently, our association has no concern with that. 4. Street Dogs: They are so many street dogs (almost more than 30) in our block. Having dogs is not a big problem, but having wild dogs is a big problem. They have started attacking and biting people in our block, which is life threatening. Our Association is very well aware of all the above mentioned issues, but they are deliberately not active on taking any action on our request. Therefore, I am writing this email to you, and seeking help from your side. We all want our block to look neat and clean, but we need your help to do so. Myself and all the other residents of our block who are facing problems, would be really grateful to you, if you will help us resolving these issues. Thank you
