I would like to update that I have lodge the complaint about unauthorised construction which was going on my neiboure house in The complaint is given below. Construction is doing last 1 Year back and Malba is dispose in Street side every time and many time asking to contractor he was dispose the malba from street site. Drain water is dispose is street site in front of my House Side and drain water create a mosquito's and we are facing a lot of problem due to drain water is store every time in street site nobody will walk easily in street side due to malba and drain water storage. Another Issues is create by the builder which was discussed in meeting. Kindly look into the matter because due to certain problem I am and another residents is facing lot of problem regarding the said construction. Kindly take action as soon as possible. We are the residents of bapa nagar, padam singh road, karol bagh (landmark : near vijay chawk, bses transformer). since the last road has been constructed by mcd there is no water drainage system. all the dirty water is accumulating on the streets and we are facing problems of commuting. please look into and arrange for road water drainage system also the no of street dogs have been increased who bites us if came late to home. please arrest these street dogs

It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizedly as the entire construction of walls ( 1st Floor to 5th Floor) is erected on the chhazas (Balcony) dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire lode is put on the Chhazas Out side in Street area. He has constructed 2 in-legal buildings, one is completed and second one is in construction. in 1st building he sold single flat to multiple people and shown flat cost 25 lacs and took 35, to 40 lacs. he took 15 lacs in cash and did not filled any tax and have so much blackmoney. Second building in still in construction. front he left old so no one can understand there is construction on progress but from in side he made 2, 3 bedrooms and still construction is on swing. Please take action and crash all his unauthorised constructions.

Dear Sir, Our neighbour has one pet dog . Ok we accepted a dog . Even though due to some illogical reasons they call street dogs to their house then whole day these street dogs roaming on stairs. We live on 3rd floor every time dogs do sit pee all over the stairs children and all residents of the block are under terror of dog bite. Secondly they are not taking any responsibility of these dogs and increasing trouble day by day .We are not against loving dogs or having pet but these things are beyond control and not tolerable as they have stated sitting on doors stairs and passing them is a terror. a dudhwala in west vinodnagar d block has so many dairy animals in his house which is 4 storey building, in which in ground floor he has his farm animal (cow and buffallo) due to which two gali are being affected. SQUALOR (gandagi) is all around his animals room.please come and check his house and gali.and confound the myth of some people who say that he gives money to MCD and police.come and stop his activity in gali.address is west vinod nagar primary school lane D-block delhi 91.

Please look into the matter, there is permanent water logging and filth in the adjoining areas of shop no. 144, 21, 22, 26, 147, 148 in Gadodia Market, Khari Baoli, Delhi - 110006. The main reason for all this is encroachment and storage of goods on street. All this is regular phenomenon and the shopkeepers responsible for this abuses and fights with the person who tries to talk to them in the matter. Same is the condition with the cleaning staff, they are not willing to clean the area and demands money. They are also supported by the shopkeepers who are responsible for all this. We request you to please get this problem resolved as this will only result in chronic diseases like Dengue, Malaria, Diarrhea and other sanitation problems.

Sub.: Regarding non-cleaning of thick layer of dust gathered on the naala-turned-park in Lajpat Nagar-III in the stretch adjoining G-1, G-62, H-22, F-26, F-18 and F-17 addresses besides non removal of street garbage between G and H blocks of Lajpat Nagar-III, NEw Delhi-110024 Sir, This is to inform you that since the above said Naala was converted into a park, a thick layer of dust has gathered alongside the road which was never removed. Not only does the dust get scattered on the road, it gets into homes of people causing all types of allergies besides creating a dusty environment all over. not to mention the health of MCD street workers who are inhaling dust all the time. One normally sees MCD dust-cleaning trucks active all over our highways, I would suggest that the same be sent here too, so that all loose dust is sucked once and for all. None of the other MCD garbage removers who visit in the morning hours agree to remove the dust saying it is not their job. Pl. address this problem asap as this has been pending since the Naala was converted into a park since the last three years. Also the garbage collectors regularly dust the street (esp between G and H blocks) and collect the garbage under the cars parked outside people’s homes. They do not remove it till a conscientious citizen raises his voice over the issue and that too after 3-4 days of such pointing out. I wish to bring this to your notice so that something is done on both counts on an urgent basis. I am afraid, as citizens who are not only badly affected by this (I suffer from a medical condition called situs inverses and am particularly allergic to dust and dirt) but more as concerned citizens I would like you to address the problem asap. i Syed rahat resident of 3910 first floor jagat cinema wali gali jama masjid delhi 110006 my mobile no. is [protected].i m reside here form alst 15 year on first floor but from last month a goon builder purchased the 3rd floor roof to build a extra floor which is illegal acc to law because ground floor is commercial used because of shops and the condition of building is too weak and it cant handle one extra floor.i talked him about it so h start abusing me and gave threat to me that if i do something he will kill my family i complain to police against him but police and mcd dint not take any action on him and he start constructing the floor due to weight my wall start cracking and if he didn't stop the whole building will fall down and around 80 people will die like incident happen at chandi mahal delhi where a new construction floor create a problem and building fall down and around 100 people died buried under that building so i request you to plz seal this illegal construction and save the life of the people.now u r the last hope for me plz help
