Subject: Frequent Water-logging in R.K. Rangwala School Street, Bapa Nagar I want to draw your undivided attention towards the problem of water-logging due to wrong slope or uneven ground level of streets. The level of adjoining street (R.K. Rangwala School Street) is 1.5 to 2 ft. below by the main Street No.5.(Laddhu Kachauri Wali Gali). This serves as a pothole for foul-smelling rain and sewer water. In absence of proper drainage/exit, this Pool of Stagnant Water seeps/reaches the foundation of nearby houses which has resulted in seepage and wide cracks in the foundation walls of my house too. Moreover, school going children find it difficult to reach their school (R.K. Rangwala) which is situated in this street. Even passers by especially old-age people cross the water-logged street with great difficulty and health hazards cannot be overlooked. Keeping in view the above, it is requested to your goodself that new sewer line may please be laid in R.K. Rangwala School Street as the old one is blocked with silt & mud and re-construction of the above street may also be ensured thereafter. It is also necessary to correct the wrong slope and provide some temporary arrangement to drain this stagnant water unless permanent arrangement is made. I am Samridhi Sharma r/o hno 169 ward no 3 nr bhuiyan chowk Mehrauli New Delhi-110030.Nobody comes to clean drainage system at our place after every 2-3 yrs we have to call someone personally to clean. now this year they made a drainage path(nali)outside our house due to which water has stopped moving out and its coming back...i am sending you the pictures of path(nali) made by them which blocked the path of drainage and the water which is flowing out here and there. please see to our problem as soon as possible. Its becoming difficult for us to survive in such an environment. we made a complaint verbally to atleast clean sewage the people who came here they told us the problem is in the path which is closed. please make sure that this problem is soreted to the earliest possible. Dear Sir, Garbage lying in street no 6 and its approach street, Hastal Road, Uttam Nagar, New-Delhi. Sweeper used to come hardly once in a fortnight to sweep. Many a times I have contacted to sweeper and garbage lifting person but no use. It is difficult to pay every time for getting their services. I have also contacted to MATE of the area But he could provide one time solution. Gutter was cleared about 20 days ago but garbage is still lying on the road. It has dried now but even if a glass of water is pooled it smell very badly. Please arrange to lift garbage. In front of house I / we used to clean on daily basis but the question is how to dispose off garbage. Hope you will take immediate & suitable action and direct the concerned employee to sweep on regular basis and lift the garbage. We are the residents of B-1/37, Ground Floor and 1st floor for the past 10 years the building has buillt in the year 1980. The residents of B-1/37, Secod floor Mr. Inder Manocha is building a illegal floor on the roof without even showing us any legal document or structure map for the floor. When we conversed with Mr. Kapil Manocha (S/o Mr. Inder Manocha) he did'nt show us any legal document or structure map for building the floor, we told them that the building can't take load of the third floor he told us that the construction will be stopped. Meanwhile the wife of Mr. Inder Manocha interfered and confronted us violently and harassed us by saying "do whatever u like we wo'nt stop the construction" Please do the needfull by investigating the matter as soon as possible. The building is more than 30 years old building a third floor is very dangerous as the building can't bear any more load, if done so the life of the residents will be in danger. The ladies in Mr. Inder Manocha's house are very ill behaved and they are not listening to the problem here. I would like to update that I have lodge the complaint about unauthorised construction which was going on my neiboure house in The complaint is given below. Construction is doing last 1 Year back and Malba is dispose in Street side every time and many time asking to contractor he was dispose the malba from street site. Drain water is dispose is street site in front of my House Side and drain water create a mosquito's and we are facing a lot of problem due to drain water is store every time in street site nobody will walk easily in street side due to malba and drain water storage. Another Issues is create by the builder which was discussed in meeting. Kindly look into the matter because due to certain problem I am and another residents is facing lot of problem regarding the said construction. Kindly take action as soon as possible. We are the residents of bapa nagar, padam singh road, karol bagh (landmark : near vijay chawk, bses transformer). since the last road has been constructed by mcd there is no water drainage system. all the dirty water is accumulating on the streets and we are facing problems of commuting. please look into and arrange for road water drainage system also the no of street dogs have been increased who bites us if came late to home. please arrest these street dogs

He has constructed 2 in-legal buildings, one is completed and second one is in construction. in 1st building he sold single flat to multiple people and shown flat cost 25 lacs and took 35, to 40 lacs. he took 15 lacs in cash and did not filled any tax and have so much blackmoney. Second building in still in construction. front he left old so no one can understand there is construction on progress but from in side he made 2, 3 bedrooms and still construction is on swing. Please take action and crash all his unauthorised constructions.

Dear Sir, Our neighbour has one pet dog . Ok we accepted a dog . Even though due to some illogical reasons they call street dogs to their house then whole day these street dogs roaming on stairs. We live on 3rd floor every time dogs do sit pee all over the stairs children and all residents of the block are under terror of dog bite. Secondly they are not taking any responsibility of these dogs and increasing trouble day by day .We are not against loving dogs or having pet but these things are beyond control and not tolerable as they have stated sitting on doors stairs and passing them is a terror. a dudhwala in west vinodnagar d block has so many dairy animals in his house which is 4 storey building, in which in ground floor he has his farm animal (cow and buffallo) due to which two gali are being affected. SQUALOR (gandagi) is all around his animals room.please come and check his house and gali.and confound the myth of some people who say that he gives money to MCD and police.come and stop his activity in gali.address is west vinod nagar primary school lane D-block delhi 91.

Please look into the matter, there is permanent water logging and filth in the adjoining areas of shop no. 144, 21, 22, 26, 147, 148 in Gadodia Market, Khari Baoli, Delhi - 110006. The main reason for all this is encroachment and storage of goods on street. All this is regular phenomenon and the shopkeepers responsible for this abuses and fights with the person who tries to talk to them in the matter. Same is the condition with the cleaning staff, they are not willing to clean the area and demands money. They are also supported by the shopkeepers who are responsible for all this. We request you to please get this problem resolved as this will only result in chronic diseases like Dengue, Malaria, Diarrhea and other sanitation problems.
