I am a resident of trilok puri block 20
. All our tubes are filled with water, all have blocked the tubes in front of their house, due to which the entire water is filled out, the people of the people stopped the gutters if they tell them that they do not open the nali open. These people have sealed in the nali. You are requested to come here and make those people who have blocked the taps which are illegal, do tayde or anything else, make a way to drain water.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of govind puri area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on a street no 7 house no 812, govind puri kalakji, new delhi -110019, the builder has constructed six floors.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I reside in Palam colony 110077. My neighbor's are dumping all the garbage in front of our house and recently they have cut a outgrown tree. And dumped all the waste of leaves and bark right there in front of my house. It rained heavily in last 2 days and now mosquitoes are growing and living condition is pathetic here.and top of that is burning garbage day in day out. Kindly look into this request and take possible action.

Dear concern authorities

There are sever drains in our area which never get clean by sweeper in our area. Resulting lost of sweage blockage and garbage into drains gets over flow and comes into the main roads. We people are suffering lot. We used to complaint but no one is taking action on it. It's the main cause of dengue and other deadly disease. The area is in a mess for a very long time. No one seems to be taking action against the same. It is causing problems for kids also. There's no place to play. Breathing problems. The area stinks like hell.
Please look into the matter and send someone immediately to clean the mes
I am an employee of ndtv limited. I would have take this matter in high level but wants to do it first by official normal procedure.

Sir i have trying many times to pay my factory license renewal fee but north delhi municipal corporation site is not opening as remain all sites are properly working. Only pay renewal fee is not working.
Tell me where to pay renewal fee and when.
I have wrote you complaint before also, but there is no answer given by you.
Sir it is time limit, after closing fifteen of days, a penalty amount will be added in my license fee.
So i want to pay fee as early possible.

This is to inform you that people in our locality had made unauthorized speed breakers on the road which is creating water logging problem and passerby are facing issues. Also, as that speed breaker is in front of my house and due to waterlogging issues especially in summers the mosquito breeding may lead to dengue.

I would request you to take this action immediately. Last month also somebody complaint but people stopped the mcd department and they left.

Please take this request into consideration.

Dear respected sir,

Greetings of the day,

As per nct guidelines, any construction which happens anywhere in residential area should be fully covered with tall steel sheets to avoid air pollution and if any individual / builder is not following this then he should be strictly penalized as per the law. Problem in our country is, individuals / builders bribe mcd officials and take the leverage of doing construction the way they want. That’s the reason, no action has been taken by the mcd for this construction which is happening in our locality causing huge inconvenience to almost all the people residing nearby, it has become completely difficult for us to go outside because as you get out huge cloud of dust in the air you come across all time.

No one is following the ngt guidelines. No tall steel sheets are placed before demolishing the building. Address of this locality is be-71, hari nagar, near ram gariya gurudwara, opposite gupta nursing home, new delhi-110064. Landmark-behind ddu hospital.

Not even safe for kids, old age people especially asthmatic people. Due to this dust pollution, resident facing lots of problem. We personally requested builder as well as landlord to install tall steel sheets to avoid dust pollution in air but he refused our request and threat us by saying that he purchased all senior officials at mcd department and no one come to stop his way of working.

I personally requested owner of the building to advice builder to clear the road for routine passerby and install asbestos sheet to control pollution but every time, he excused me by saying he will advise builder to follow the rules. You, please appoint one of your authorised official to visit the location honestly and note few points which as mentioned below:-

1. Submersible pump is install inside the plot which is totally illegal and unauthorized, please check who has given permission to do the same.
2. Building material is available on running road which is accumulate at holes and result of which drainage system is totally chock, please check who is mcd official involved who visit the location on regular basis but ignore these.
3. Front and back street of the plot is totally block by burnt brick, why the mcd housekeeping official ignore this, it clearly indicates that they got some undue advantage either from owner of the property or from builder, please check!
4. Dust on the road as well as atmosphere due to which one can’t take fresh breath. I already informed them that we have 4 asthmatic patient in our locality and due to this regular following dust, they are suffering with accused asthmatic attacks, if one of them got died who will responsible for this, then they excused me that patient should take care of themselves and not to come out of house, please check what is going on in our country where our pm sh. Narender modi, is regularly advertising for green & clean country.

We expect immediate resolution to the problem because if any action is taken after 3-4 weeks then by that time, this building will be demolished. We and our children are facing lots of health hazard because of this massive air pollution. We expect this to be stop immediately and people behind this should be penalize of not following the law.

I hope, you will take our complaint seriously and feel that it is going on in your own locality so that you can better judge the situation.

Complaint against street dogs
Hi sir/madam,

My name is jaganath reddy, staying at ashok vihar phase 3, gurgaon, in that areas people are facing problems in these days. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. Day before yester day one mad dog big to a old ledy who walk in that area in the evening time. Cut to the many place in her body. She is now hospitalize and bloods spread near by my house. But no one consider this issue. The govt cant understanding the situation.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the bike with my kid as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Hello sir, i would like to inform about illegal spare part factory which is operating from residential area delhi. This factory has so much of form/cloth waste due to which there are so many mice, insect and bacteria within the society.

It’s been a more than a week a dog is sitting in front of of door. He has attacked a member of my family and also people from my building. He is also suffering from some infection because he is drooling and his eyes are red. He is also very aggressive which can be dangerous for people living in the building. Please take action as soon as possible.

There is a stray dog menance in Malka Ganj Block A Park, Behind Post Office. Ther are as many as 14 stray dogs which roam and bark all day and it has become almost impossible to walk in the colony. There have been incidences of dog bites also. I am afraid that if these dogs are not taken away the problem will escalate

This is to complain about the extremities of misbehaviour that the mcd sweeper in the area of jaidev park, punjabi bagh does fearlessly. The people have been ignoring it considering him as a psycho but his misconduct has increased so much so that he now beats the children playing around and the servants who take the pets for morning walks.
Earlier, he always used to put his garbage cart whenever i reverse my car and refuse to move it.
He never cleans the area properly and when people asked him to do his job, he told people that we have made all that clutter and asked us for 150bucks to clean it. He always keeps abusing some random people and even the localites and we tend to ignore it comsidering him a mentally disturbed person.
But he is not a mentally disturbed person because he has gone to the level of beating the pets. He pushed my servant and also hit my pet dog while he had gone for a morning walk. When asked politely aa to what cud be the reason that he hit a pet like dat with his wooden plank sort of thing, he said "maarunga.. Jaao complaint kardo kejriwal ko." to my furiousness i told him "apki naukri jaaegi. Complaint to karni hi padegi aapki", he said "karde fir jisko marzi karni hai".

I hope we are not keeping our children and pets and cars which are quite expensive to tolerate this kind of misbehaviour and misconduct, that too publically and fearlessly. Also, the way this sweeper has been talking to people is completely going out of tolerance levels.

I am residing in 8 block ramesh nagar house number 48. There are around 20 street dogs n due to there large number, they were not getting the food and they are attacking the children and people who were buying products in the morning like milk bread etc... It is complete terror to buy the products from shop and safely bring to them at home.
Plz do something as they are increasing day by day.

I would like to draw your attention that in spite of Several complaints unauthorized construction is prevailing in our area.
I, the undersigned, registered a complaint regarding the Unauthorized construction in Gali no.1 Anand Parbat Indl. area on[protected] through the call (Phone no.[protected] at your complaint center, control room Kashmere gate vide Complaint No. 2855 to Krishna Ji.
I, hereby, giving you all the details in written about the complaints along with Construction pictures that I had send to head officials in MCD, via Email and to the SHO of Anand Parbat Police Station.
In our Gali no.1 of Anand Parbat Industrial area, a Corner building, address Plot No. 50/12 B (M-2) Gali no.1 Anand parbat, Second floor, is under construction. Construction is on full swing. The walls of the new floor have been erected and Preparation for Roof is Under Process.
It’s also pertinent to state that the building has no Foundation and thus the super structure / building is just been constructed on the Road level. Hence it is prone to earthquake attack, hence adding a Second Floor to it can be disasters for the neighbors living nearby. Also the building is three sides open so there is no other building to give support during a natural calamity. Hence, its life threatening for the all neighbors living nearby. If this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
I hereby also like to inform you that Anand Parbat Gali no. 1 is a Slum and thus govern by Slum Laws.
I hereby request the competent authorities to please seek into the matter urgently and take proper action for the safety of people and to avoid any illegal work to happen in the society.
