Sir, on[protected], i submitted a complaint dated[protected] in your consumer forum as under but no response has been received from east delhi municipal corporation. Kindly send a reminder to them and kindly refund the amount of rs.904/- immediately. Kindly also give the email address and phone number of of the east delhi municipal corporation property tax. The letter dated[protected] is reproduced as under:-
Sir, my son shri mohan joshi made payment of rs.904.42 (For property tax of rs.894/-) for the year 2019-20) property tax on[protected] by his state bank credit card no.[protected] but he did not get any message from the property tax website in his mobile phone in this regard.
The details of the transaction on 1-6-2019 is as follows :-

It is, therefore, requested to please refund the amount of rs.894/- to my son mohan joshi’s s. B. Account no.[protected] of state bank of india, b block, dilshad garden, delhi-110095 branch who had made payment two times on my behalf.

Dear mr mohan joshi,
This is with reference to the transaction at above mentioned on your sbi card credit card number [protected].
We are unable to provide credit for the said transaction since the transaction is beyond the stipulated time frame. We, therefore request you to approach the merchant directly to claim this credit and clear the outstanding amount due towards your sbi card account. We are closing the above mentioned dispute at our end.

The website of municipal corporation of east delhi shows the status of the grievance as "pending". So many months' time has elapsed. So, it it requested to kindly take up this matter with the municipal corporation of east delhi at the earliest and please take frequent follow ups till this grievance petition is resolved.

We are residents of 111b, pocket b first floor of mayur vihar phase 2 for last over 12 yrs. We are two senior citizens both over 70yrs living all by ourselves. Recently some body has purchased 110d, pocket b, top floor and has been making an unauthorised construction in conspiracy with the residents of 111d on the roof top. The construction is so ruthless and inhuman that they have almost covered the common shaft which not only gives us an access to the shaft but has almost suffocated us of air circulation and made our floor dark which is a health hazard, inspite of our request to them for restraint to our inconvenience and health condition. I am a resident of janta flat gtb enclave. For the past couple of weeks we are facing a lot of issues due to a group of 7-8 monkeys that are visiting our premises regularly. Stealing and tearing clothes is a big use of daily.
The monkeys, have made it impossible for us to even visit out balcony, or use our roof tops. Anything left in the open is usually damaged, be it clothes.
I believe that it stands as a responsibility of the municipal corporation to preserve such accidents from happening in the areas allotted to them. We are facing a lot of problems, and simply are unable to get rid of these monkeys. Even our water resources are getting hampered because of these monkeys.

I request that an urgent and immediate help be provided to us.

The vacant land opposite apex city hospital and mahesh hospital, mandawli fazalpur has been allotted as mcd parking. This place is being illegally used for dumping construction waste which is happening with connivance of the parking contractor. There is some clandestine understanding between the people dumping and the parking contractor. This is a misuse of public property and unauthorised. It is also causing lot of dust pollution.

Dear sir,

I am resident of krishna nagar, delhi-110051 on main road between lal quarter - jheel gurudwara road and convey you that people are facing the problem of stray dogs in the main road. I observe that many road commuters on two wheelers, cycle ricksaws, cars, garbage pickers have been attacked by stray dogs, even small school children were attacked by dogs. The attack on two wheelers disturb their balance & may cause serious accidents. There are in large numbers of stray dogs wandering here and there all the times. We people always feel uncomfortable to move in and around our lanes. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. This problem is getting worse day by day, as plenty of residents have suffered their bite attacks.

So kindly consider this matter on priority basis and do the needful.

I want a stray dog to be picked up from my area. He is mentally ill and and bit me today. I have got injections too. He also tries to attack other people and dogs and has also bitten some other random people. I’d like him to be picked up as soon as possible.
Also there have been cases where dog vans come and pick the dog and then drop them again in the same area but with this one i’d like to be taken to a facility as he has several issues like only his one eye is fine and other is damaged and his tail is also damaged, hence he is mentally unstable. Take an action asap because it is really a big issue in my area.

Sewage tank near d block 542 is blocked and is hence over flowing creating bad smell and chances of mosquitoes born disease to breakout kindly take action. Have told local authorities and rwa president but no action till date.in rainy season more problem is created. 2 days back mcd workers came and cleaned one of the tank and put the garbage near that tank cap and not disposed that which also creating a problem

Kindly look in to clear the drain issue as we have reported many times to Supervisors to arrange devoted person to clear the Drains since the drain outside house have been completely stucked and leading to diseases, no one have come to clear issue . Also, the issue arises due to neighbors next to my house foolishness because they have elevated the Drains outside there house only due to which Drains besides to their house have stagnant Drain water.

This need to be taken on high priority but no one from EDMC have taken action to resolve it.
We are facing it from last 06 Months.
we just need to get the Drains to be in proper flow as resolution. I am sharing photo of stagnant water Drains outside my house.

It has to be brought to your kind attention that i, sachin kumar jain son of sh. N. C. Jain, live at 253-d, gali no. 6, maniram mandir road, bhola nath nagar, shahdara, delhi – 110032 and have a ca office at 489, gali no. 6, maniram mandir road, bhola nath nagar, shahdara, delhi – 110032. There is illegal construction taking place in my neighbourhood at property no. 252-a/1, gali no. 6, maniram mandir road, bhola nath nagar, shahdara, delhi – 110032 (Owner mrs. Chanchal mahajan wife of late sh. Ved prakash mahajan) which is causing several damages to my property.

There are cracks in whole of my property, tiles have fallen off at various places and there is also damp in walls. I have a property just adjacent to the illegal construction and would like to lodge a complaint against the unsightly and unlawful building that has been erected on the above mentioned address. I would like to request your esteemed office that there are several staff members also working in my office and due to the cracks (Caused due to adjacent illegal construction), there is risk of life to everyone o[censored]s.
The contractor of this illegal construction is mr. Manoj kumar son of late sh. Ram ratan sharma, who does not own the rights or title to the property. He has erected the building four storey and also constructed one room flat at the parking area. The building has been constructed without permission from mcd and could cause life risk to the neighbours. The building contractor had never taken any action on any of the complaints raised by the neighbours.
I hope that you will deal with this matter at the priority and take some urgent action as soon as possible.

M a resident of gali number-14, east azad nagar, delhi. The street has been newly constructed which is causing nuisance in the area. One drain has been closed and the slope of the street has been done towards the other drain which in lieu is causing stagnant water, foul smell, insects which in turn will rise diseases. Moreover the road is not properly constructed as the pot holes can be seen within one week of construction. Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

Hi,

I'm resident of shankar nagar, p. O. Krishna nagar, east delhi. There are the lot of stray dogs menace in our area.

Most of time, they bark on everyone who cross the road via their own vehicle or crosses the road by on-foot. Things get worst, when residents go for a morning walk or came late in night via their own bike or on-foot. They start barking like anything or if you tires to resist then start attacking on you. Even they start barking on the daily vendors.

Please help us, it is now the threatening situation for us. Requesting you to expedite this concern/request.

This complaint is regarding an unauthorized parking of a vehicle which has permanently been parked illegally adjacent to our window for the past one month.

Menace of street dogs in pocket-4 mayur vihar-1 is a serious threat to the residents. I narrowly escaped sudden attack by street dogs at dda market 4.30pm on 14/01/2020. A few self-proclaimed "animal lover residents" protect these dogs from any strict action by falsely labelling them as pet during action by municipality. I plead for emergency help.

Hello in our area their are so many street dogs and they started bite innocent people and these matters are increasing day by day so look into the matter and catch them in leave them in such place where they will not able to do that again. Sometimes we are afraid of going out because of them. Hopefully we are expecting you to look into matter so these cases will not happen anymore

It's regarding a speed breaker that's illegally made. The breaker is not compliant at all with speed breaker policies. It is too steep and can cause damage to any of the vehicles easily. Also sometimes it is too difficult to pass a two wheeler over the speed breaker. Kindly look into it and get it removed as soon as possible. There is so much dirt in our drains.
No one doing his work to clean it.
Everytime we have to call to concern person to send someone to clean that and still no one came yet..
It is being months to clean the drains and streets.
I need you to please take actions against the concern one and ask them to do their duties

There are 2 cats and a dog. One one of the memebers of the society eas taking care of them but as they grew they left them outside and they are disturbing a lot in our society. No one is helping us regarding this matter. Scrattering waste here and there and # everywhere near the corridor. They also attack sometime when you make them go away. Please help us regarding this matter.
