I am resident of hno-254 sec-8 faridabad.
Our whole colony sewer is chowked. From past 1 month. Due to over flow of sewer water percolates in our basement and still percolating. When i filed a written complaint they came back with machine and told me that your personal sewer is chowked.
They demand me 1000 rs for opening the my personal sewage line. I gave them the money within 5 minutes they open the line.
I immedieatly hired a private worker to clean all our sewage system. I paid him 1200 rs to clean the sewages. Next morning again sewages start over flowing i went fo complain again. They came back to check the line and told me that the money which you gave them is not distributed within us so we will not clean this sewage system and went back. Again i hired a private worker he told me that mcf making fool to you goverment sewage line is chowked. 5 day has been spent no action has been taken yet. This is very clear that goverment assest is using for personal benefits.

One thing i want clear any thing happens ex malaria, dengue or other miss happening goverment will be totally responsible and i will not pay house tax for one year.
I will also dairy this complain to commissioner of faridabad

We the people of mohalla bassa para, old faridabad ward no. 5 is getting very bad quality of water supply. First of all the supply of water is not adequate and the amount of water we are getting is very bad and a very pungent smell like of sewer is coming from it and the colour of the water is yellow, you can see the colour from the attached video. It has been more than 3 days that we are getting such quality of water. Please take some action as soon as possible.

This is to bring in your notice that street light are not working in my area (Near house no 1290, sector 8 faridabad).
Six month back, existing lights were replaced by led light. They worked fine for couple of months. However now, some of them have stopped working. It gets too dark in evening.in absence of light, people halt near road side and drink alcohol at night.
So i would like to request you to please take action on it.

We wrote many complaints in our Sector sewage complaint register but there is no response till now. WHOLE SEWAGE LINE IN OUR STREET IS BLOCKED & our toilet pots also gets filled with that dirty & smelly sewage water.

We, the residents of house no. A-23, a-22, a-50 and a-56 ashoka enclave part-ii, sector-37, faridabad-121003 have been facing extreme difficulties for last two years due to blockage and overflow of the main sewer line connecting above houses. The dirty water of sewage flows on the road side during the peak hours of morning and evening. This line does not dispose of the flow of the sewage due to blockage.

2. We have lodged so many complaints in the municipal corporation faridabad office (Mcf), sector-37, near police station, faridabad-121003 and these complaints can be seen in complaint register (Copy enclosed) for ready reference. We had also tried to meet the concerned j. E. And a. E. On various occasions to explain the matter but we have always been replied by the staff that the concerned officers are in the field. They have not monitored the complaint registered where the sewer complaint lodge. Most of the complaints have been shown disposed off by the staff in their record without attending the complaint in the complaint register.

3. The sewer men who come to attend the sewer complaint demands money for cleaning the sewer line and they have been told many times that the existing sewer lines is very old and does not bear the existing sewerage loads due to small size of sewer line. We are told by mcf staff that without pressure machine we cannot do anything. The problem of overflow in main sewer line still remains and there is no improvement in blockage and overflow.

4. You are requested to kindly instruct the concerned officer/authority for arrangement of cleaning the main sewer line connecting house no. A-23 to a-56 by pressure machine and also requested for changing the main sewer line with big one for permanent solution of the problem.

Dear sir/madam

We are the resident of gali no.5, nehru enclave, baba surdas colony, near sehatpur tilpat road, fairdabad, haryana. There is empty plot and wastage are throne in that plat but no one is taking care of it and resulting to that several diseases has been emerged.
Kindly look in to the matter very seriously to avoid dangerous diseases in the forth coming rainy seasons.

Dear sir

In nehar paar palla no 1 shiv colony, people are doing illegal construction on roads next to their houses. They create stairs on road and cover almost half of the road. This cause problem in automobile movement and blocks ditchs on side of roads. When other people oppose for this illegal construction, house owner fights does not even allow for car parking. All suffering from water blockage. Kindly looks into this problem and does not allow to do illegal construction on roads.

Mainly this problem is in palla no 1, shiv colony, gali no 2, sarai khwaja, near shiv mandir.

There is an acute sewer blockage in the sewer line in front of my house for the last five days.
Filthy water has spread, all over and foul smell everywhere. We are unable to go out of our house and stuck indoors.
This is a serious health hazard which needs to be addressed promptly.
This problem is continuous feature for years but has not been resolved doe to which sewer line bursts here and there in the sector now and then
It is requested to undertake major leaning up operation urgently.

Hello sir,
My name rahul i am living in tirkha colony area. One of your ecogreen employ taken 50rs. Charge to all familys including renters who are living in small room.
I also live in small 10*10 feet room. Your employees are very abusive, they won't listen to me. When i said in sector 3 ecogreen changed 30rs. For the waste. Whey they taken 50rs. For the renters.
Please kindly take the action.

It's submitted that our one forth part ofstreet is still kachchi or unpaved. Whereas almost nearby streets have been paved. It's a closed street and down the main road. As we had talk to our ward parshad mr. Rakesh gurjar about this many time but as always he just gave us a sign of relief but no action has taken agoinst this issue, it had been gone 1 year past since we are complaining about this but all in vain. Rainy seaon is to come in near future. There will be difficulty to move in the street. So you are requested to kindly look into this matter and make sure to complete paved street as soon as possible. Kindly construct our street at the earliest.

I am a resident of nit 2 block e, want to complain about the ramayan bagh park which is not being maintained since many years only trees were planted around two years ago and after that no one has turned back in order to have a look of how it looks now. The fountain area is not functional since it was made and it destroyed by localites as well. There are chances if diseases being developed through this area because of water logging in rainy season. The ground is uneven and the weeds and grass are never taken care of. Even the footpath is damaged. People living in this locality cannot visit the park in front of their house beacuze of poor maintainability. Proper care is required.

On 20th june 2019, workers from dhbvn attended to the electrical lines in or locality. While changing the main line, they disconnected all the household connections as well as the street light connection. After completing the work, they left the street light disconnected. On contacting the lineman regarding the problem, he explained that the street light connection did not fall in their jurisdiction and to contact the municipal corporation regarding the matter. Hence, i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible since the street lights are an important part of the navigation as well as society's safety during night time.

This is to inform you that we are a resident of Sainik Colony, H.no 2158, Faridabad. We are facing a huge problem of water supply in our Residence as well as in the whole locality from last more than 3 Years continuously. We have contacted all the officials and Local MLA also yet we are not getting any solution for the same. Water is a basic requirement of Public and hope we get a permanent solution soon.

Hope you will intervene in the matter for the proper and permanent solution.

This is to inform you that garbage pickup van has not been coming from last 2 days in our area (H.No. 193, Near hafed godown) Mukesh Colony, ballabgarh, faridabad.
We request you to please direct the concerned agency to do needful immediately.

In addition to this the wastage pick up staff does not come daily and took almost 5-7 days leaves every month after collecting money and this is normal routine for them. why they don't forget to collect money ?? In 50 sq yard houses they are taking 50 rs after not coming for 5-7 days, why we are paying full amount ??

if you cant manage the ECO green vans then please stop them right now.

1. Water supply in sector-48, particularly in the vicinity of ''Dudes & Dolls Play-School", is hardly there. Complaints on line or via other modus operandi doesn't draw any attention.
2. The gutter leakage (which of course is being worked upon after years of remaining dysfunctional), utter disregard of cleanliness by the residents of SGM Nagar and no garbage collection services from MCF has made this part horrible from Swachchhta point of view.

Sir this is to inform you that from last 3 months our Street lights of 2 poles are not working. We are in darkness but nobody is coming to inspect. Please help us and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

1st - there is A person with The name of JAYPAL SINGH in HARIJAN MOHALLA who has been illegal encroachment last 2 years with the some stuff of construction like MITTI, RAITI, BRICKS, DUST . even this is very dangerous for kids school bus car normal vehicle and may be it would be reason for accident also so its my humble request to you take required action on it as soon as possible .

I have registered complaint regarding SODIUM LIGHT IN FRONT OF HOUSE NO. 2013, SECTOR -8 is not working properly (GLOW FEW MINUTES THAN OFF SEVERAL MINUTE). it's working like this from past one month. I have registered complaint several times. But no action as of now.
and one more sod.light in front of H.N.2008 also not working.

My Name is Mahender Kumar. I am resident of Faridabad NIT. Address is 2 M / 57 NIT Faridabad. In our street there are more than 40 dogs and its really hard to walk in the street. Since15 June, one dog have bite 3-4 number of peoples in the street near my house. I believe that female dog has become mental and is dangerous for all street members. So request to remove that dog from the street until she gets fine.
