Description:
I am ashok singla (Staying in old faridabad, ward number 7). I have complaint against one of the mcf officer whose name is pavan kumar (Works in mcf as a water inspector, old faridabad, room no. 8). He has given me a water bill which is completely wrong.

Moreover, i have also come across with more than 20 illegal connections in dhobi wada, old faridabad where he is not taking any action and taking bribe from those families and they are wasting water like anything.

Apart from that, there are may shops in old faridabad, market where he has delivered the bill without checking their meter and in return if they ask for right bill, he asks for bribe and incase they don't accept, he try to dominate them.

Although he is government officer, he is trying to act as if he has complete freedom and our government can't do anything against him.

My humble request to you take some strict action against this person so that they should know how to talk to people coming for any requests. I have never seen such a rude behavior and attitude the way this person has shown up.

There are alot of cases now of bitting of street dogs to any person in our locality. There are two dogs who became out of control and bite anyone on their way these are very dangerous for our children and old people. You need to take action quickly and send dog catching vans and shift them away to another locality.

Sewer line is block of h block nit 1 and we have contacted municipal corporation from last 5-6 days. No one came to resolve the issue. It is stinking like hell. We are unable to reside here now. There are small kids in house and it is really unsafe to be in this unhygenic state. They are falling ill again and again. Please help us asap to resolve this situation.

After repeated complaints no action is taken they only give the reason they don't have machinery to clear the sewerage

We are residents of prateek kunj, gh - 11, sector 21c, part - iii, faridabad 121001 feel sorry to submit water supply issue. Water supply has been disrupted since more then 10 days. Residents are not getting even a single drop of water. Without water it is very difficult to survive. Therefore, residents are forced to buy the water tanker through private party.
Where as it is the responsibility of the govt./municipal corporation to provide the basic amenities to the residents. Residents are paying all kind of taxes to the govt./municipal corporation regularly.
It is therefore, requested kindly restore the sufficient water supply to the residents or make a alternate arrangement til the regular water supply is restore.
An early action in the matter is highly solicited to avoid the hard ship facing by the residents.

The gutter leaked & accumulation of the sewage in huge area measuring hectares adjoining a temple, mosque & unfortunately my house also, is well known to mcf is being overlooked. This has created a highly unhealthy, mosquito friendly, pig - house and hostile environment. Quite often the water supplied is also unhygienic having bad & filthy odour of sewage water.
May please take cognisance of this problem and take corrective measures at the earliest so that monsoon season. Can be tolerated.

I am a resident of sector 18 faridabad near goyal nursing home house no. 90

I request you to please send dog catcher asap because there are too many street dogs in our society. They cry whole night and in morning too, we cannot even sleep. They bark and bite the people walking around near by them. We are facing issues from last 3-4 months. Its becoming difficult to even step out for 2 mins because of these dogs.

They keep on fighting each other, running here and there and creating nuisance. Moreover, we are scared of known/unknown diseases which may spread since few of them have wounds.

Let me take an opportunity to bring into your notice again that now a days building and material suppliers shop are rising day by day in new town, nit[protected] and they are running their own leadership and putting all their rough stone dust bricks, cements bag tractors etc on roads which is creating a lot of pollution for up growing children and old age people and also middle age person.

This is not the first time like sombody is making complaint against them, the shameless thing ia that our government is failed to work on that which is alot shamless thing for us.

Let me know why our harayana government is not this seriously and playing with our lifes..

Why dont our government assign them a different place to work, who have given them the right to play with our lifes and due to this from last year they are putting their dust and bricks in front of my home and m not getting my parking space.

I would request our mayor and cm and all our high class politician please visit the places and stay with us for 24 hour of time and see what we are facing..

My dausghter is 3years old and every month i have to take her to doctor for chest infection due to pollution because of dust and bricks they placed in front of our house and we have to clean uo our house thrice a day which is really not acceptable.

In the end would request to kindly sort the area of nit 1 a block at your earliest.

We are member of gandhi colony (Bodhraj wali gali). We are facing to much problem from last 1 year. Number children and old age people suffering from harmful diesease due to this harmful garbage. We are supporter of narendr modi we follw there slogan (Swach bharat swach abhiyan). But our mcf employee doesnt take it seriously.
We requested to you n your staff members please clean this garbage and naalis. Also maintain the gaali in future we cant face these problem again. We are very thankful for you.

Sewer line from house no
513 to 521surya nagar phase 2 sector 91 is blocked for the last two weeks. Sewer water has accumulated in the vacant plot and near by park. Complaint was registered in mcf office register on 4/2/19 but no action till date. It is very difficult to pass along due to stink. You are requested to please get the sewer line cleaned on priority

There is repeated salty water problem in c block as water supplied from contaminated borewell inplace of rainy well in my pocket i put up complaint on smartcitu site, tweeted abt it but no response mcf toll free number is also not working. It seems intentionally mcf blocked all channels where citizen can register their complaint

Sewer line in nehru ground (Behind lions club) are blocked since past 1 month in spite of lodging complaints in the office, there is no result. Once some people came to clean the lines using bamboo sticks, but the lines were not cleaned properly. We all started facing problems the same day. Please do the needful at the earliest..

Hi i live in house no 504 sector 10 housing board . My house roads have been spoiled by new sever line its 8 months now . We are suffering from water logging . Everywhere there is mud slush . 3 people got hand fracture due to this. We have made complains too but no action been taken.
Please build the roads asap as some other mishappening can also occur

I am agam verma and live in nangla enclave faridabad.
We are facing water supply problems.
In ward no. 9, near atal chowk there is a tube well which is repaired by concern team but this not effective as gutter water is coming out from the tube well.
One more pipe line fitted in our society but still no water supply.

Please check and visit once at given area and forward this issue to concern parshad.

Request senior officials to plan a visit in above said locality and review status. This type of situation may also create swear disease to residents of this locality.
Looking forward for some permanent solution and strict action against local mcf team.

Ballabgarh matro stations not safe driving, there is lots of auto in between road, and there is lots of rahadi, sare matro station per kabja kar rakha h, nikal ne ka rasta hi nahi chodte h, if you are not solve the problem then call me, i solve that, auto vale gali de kar bat karte h, kuch kaho to ladne late h, itni police ka kya fayada sarkar ka pasa kharab kar rahe h

Residents In and around house number 21 sector 15A have been facing sewage issue. During rain the sewage water comes inside our houses. We have tried contacting authorities a lot of times but nothing has been done. Even today because of rain the entire house got flooded with sewage water. Attaching pictures of the same. Please do something as soon as possible.
