There has been shortage of water in sector 10 zone since 19 march 2020. The shortage has now turned into no supply of water since the night of 19th, and our reserves have now been exhausted. During these commotional days wherein washing our hands and regularly changing our clothes, keeping us and surfaces clean, shortage of water is restricting us in taking these urgent preventive measures against covid-19. I will be grateful to the authorities if they take this up on priority basis and help getting the issue resolved. Since leaving our homes is not advisable, we haven't been able to go and check if the issue lies in the district tubewell - but so is the word on the street.

Hello nteam i am resident of g 108gali no 5 shastri colony palla no 1 faridabad 121003. My my neighbour is intentionally leaking gutter in open drainage. Si many times i have informed him butbhe is not bothered or control ling it.
Request you to please take a action in this time of corona pendmic which is very danger.

No water available by water supply line. Municipal corporation, very bad condition no contingency plan of breakdowns. No facility by water tanks for citizens no any communication what they are doing. People are purchasing drinking water but rest of the all activities are stop. Very bad condition now a day to survive in that area. Even it is globally it is recommended to clean hands many time. But we people have no water for toilet even

This is regarding sugarcane juice shop running opposite rama sweets bhoor colony faridabad, which is selling bad quality juice without any permission taken from department... Area is very dirty... Rain water logging around the shop... People are publically urinate nearby shop..

I wish this shop must be playing with citizen's health and life
Its my humble request to take immediate action on it.

I am resident of house no. FCA 2155, BLOCK -B sanjay Gandhi Memorial Nagar Faridabad.
We are facing problem of blockage of sewage since 1 and half month. So mANY TIMEs we complaint about that and two or three time my father along with few people went to complex regarding this but no action has been taken yet. We are facing very wiered condition as pots of toilets are full of this ### water and we are unable to use toilets hygienically. Rhus may cause so many health issues. Already an online cimplaint has been submitted in thia regard. Two or three person came and see the sewage they said our machines are not good and we did not get salary since long. We can't do anything in this regard.
Sir pls take some serious action in this regard as we are suffering from this wiered situation.

Sir i am resident of dabua colony a block the supply of water is not coming properly we dont get the supply of water from 10 to 12 days. The new line of reni well doesn't work we are facing so much difficulty and we dont know when ever the dabua colony get tension free from this water problem. And i am student and i daily late for my class due to this water problem first of all wake up in the morning then go to get the water from another area then ready to class. That daily waste my time from so many days and i late for my class. I requested you to sir plzzz solve this problem...

This letter is to bring into notice the poor sewage system in our area. People in our locality are suffering a lot due to the faulty pipelines in the sewage system. Due to the sewage problem we are face unhygienic conditions in our area. People are not able to move around because of the stinking smell & I am also informing you that I have filed a complaint many times but nothing has been solved yet. First of all I wrote a complaint letter in sec-14 MCF, after that Ombir singh then Narender gupta (MLA of Sec-15 Faridabad) but nobody solved my problem
These issues need immediate attention which requires appropriate steps taken by concerned authorities.

I want to complain against poor condition of my residense which is "prem gali" near bhadana chowk from last one year the starting of the gali is so bad that an empty land is transformed into garbage fill and sewer lines are broken and it looks so dirty so gali is broken but no proper charge is taken by the official why the hell these govt officials sitting who are not willing to look after their people health conditions and surroundings when voting are near construction starts but as soon as voting is finished works stops at that point no matter things are lying on road or water is there. Why are we paying house tax for such dirty surroundings. While our locality head as no right to solve it,

Electricity is not there whole day when you call they say it is under maintenance whole year it is under maintainance only. Since morning till evening it is not there only for night. Why the hell you are calling it smart city then, it is in aconition is far poor then villages.

Today villages are much better from these areas, they are also getting proper electricity and cleaness.

I will in faridabad sector 75, panchsheel colony near badoli village. Our surrounding are very dirty as people dump their cattle dung and garge in front of our house. We have asked them not to do so but still they are dumping the same. This resulted in alot of mosquito breeding, foul smell and dirt.

Requesting you to please take the action immediately.

I'm resident of e 79 dabua colony nit faridabad i have undergone kidney tansplant surgery i need proper clenliness and hygiene in our area but my neighbours they don't have proper sewage treatment and when i complaint to them they just fight with us i request you to please take in account this problem we people are really suffering please help in this account. There is lot of issue with this sewage they have too many rent holders too please sir help us.

I am a resident of yadav colony, ballabgarh, faridabad, haryana.
The main sewer line near my house gets blocked last one week. Many time telephonic complaints to the ballabgarh mcf office.

But, i feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities.
It is very shameful for the mcf sewage department.
So, i would kindly request the responsible authorities to take necessary actions as early as possible. I shall be really grateful to u.

The road from whirlpool crossing to saran crossing in nit industrial area has been in bad conditions for many years, after laying of sewage pipes its never been repaired to original width & condition. Almost 60% road width is unusable.

The trucks with loaded material parked on both sides makes the road width even shorter and make the road condition even worse with large pits in the road.

The road patch between the pullia & the saran crossing about 250 meters is in extremely terrible conditions, there have been constant deep pits spoiling the vehicle suspension and passenger safety. The situation becomes really bad due to waterlogging in rains
We request to restore the road to original width with no encroachments of raw materials on the sides or constant parking of truck

Dear sir,

This is in respect to the big heaps of garbage lying in front of our school nidhi public senior secondary school sector 87, bharat colony, neharpar, near central bank of india. It is an empty plot and big heaps of garbage has collected on this land.

Our school is just in front of this empty land and garbage has started littering on the road and comes in our school premises also. Sometimes a very strong smell from this garbage makes it difficult to even breathe normally. Stray dogs and animals has made it their home and it has become almost difficult to walk on the road.

We have small kids who comes to school through this road and this garbage heap is just in front of our school main gate.

As you know nowadays there is an outburst of corona so it becomes more important to keep the hygiene. Students of our school are at a high risk of getting infected and falling ill.

There is a bank also just adjacent to our school and they are also facing the same problem.

I am attaching pictures of the road. Hoping for an immediate action on the above

Sewer line is blocked and the sewer is overflowing besides house no. 756 (In front of house no. 805, 806 & 807), sector 31, faridabad (Haryana[protected]Near pristine mall). Sewer water has come on the road. It is extremely unhygienic and foul smell is coming. There are chances of disease outbreak. Please immediately look into it because it is residential area.

I am deepak mishra from east chawla colony, ballabgarh. My concern is related drain cleaning. Always drains found overflow with bad smell, nobody sit or stand out of house because of bad smell, ok f i m not wrong i saw ur staff came for cleaning more than 8-9 months before.
Need cleaning time to time by mcf staff.

Hello mcf,

This is to inform you that i am a resident of aryanagar, ballabgarh, there is a leakage in water pipeline at chungi no.5 near my home. Whenever i crossed chungi i found there is a huge leakage in pipeline due to which we are losing 12-15 gallons of water per day. Which is not good for our country and this is our responsibility to save water. I even tried to call three time to municipal corporation staff but no one listen. So this is my humble request to please come at chungi no. 5 and please call me at [protected] so that i can address u the correct place of leakage and you can help us to save water.

I live in sector 17 house no. 1061 and a stray day bite my child while he was coming to home by cycle. This stray dog has already bitten around 20-30 people in our locality and their are almost 5-6 dogs which are into habbit of bitting people and running after childrens cycle or when people are walking. Please look into the matter on urgent basis. I request your department to please remove all the stray dogs in our area which are creating trouble. Childrens and senior citizens are scared of these dogs and are creating lot of trouble.

Im a citizen from nit 5 bloack a. Here in all the sewer lines are full. One house here have broken their footpath and made a gully for the sewer water to the road. All the sewer water overflows to the road through the passage made by them. It is very toxis and has a very bad smell which creates many diseases. Now i want you to take action and resolve the problem..

I am resident of bard mohalla. For past 4 days we are facing issue of supply water smelling like sewage water and its also pale yellow in colour. Water smells so bad that it cannot be used for any purpose. Situation is becoming critical now. Every resident of this locality is facing the same issue. This is not the first time we are facing this issue. Also we all tried to approach mcf office for the same but all was in vain.

We live in gali number 66, parvatiya colony, near anandpur ashram. We are facing so much problem due to sewage lines block of our street from last one month. We can't even pass from one side of street to another side. Two times mcf workers have came but the problem still persist. We have also complained about this to our ward parshad but nothing happened.
Kindly do the needful asap to solve this problem.
