I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of sunrise cooperative housing society (Aisha sadan) and nearby areas in mohili village as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. Especially at night and early morning these dogs just come running behind people in a group and are almost about to bite.

Yesterday (27.11.2018) one of the street dog bit my daughter's leg and she is undergoing treatment at muktabai hospital, barve nagar, ghatkopar. 3 more injection is remaining which would be done on 30/11/18, 3/12/18 and 24/12/18.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on this matter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

Hello,

Please arrange to pick up one black colour stray dog in BHADRAN NAGAR no. 1 street. Every night it keeps barking and disturbs the sleep of society members. This dog rests everyday near Vora Xerox Store.

The real threat is that it barks at every passer-by. The students of the nearby college and N L school kids are at the risk of this insane dog who is aadicted to constant barking.

I live in ambedkar nagar, 90 ft road mulund east. We are facing great threat and danger because of street dogs in mulund east and west. I have been attacked and chased more than 5 time in last 2 weeks while returning home on bike after 11 pm. Dogs are all over the place during night in each street of mulund. It is becoming more difficult day by day to travel or return home at night.
This is a request to take immediate action against increasing no of street dogs and their threat.

Subject: unauthorized installation of mobile tower and other ancillary structure on the terrace of building no 650 called (Sharaf manzil) (Rivendell house), situated on jaganath shankar seth road, 2nd dhobitalao, marine lines, mumbai - 400002

Dear sir,
In reference to the above subjected building we the undersigned tenants hereby wish to inform you that the building is an old structure constructed more than 80 years ago in the due course of its service life the building has developed various age related distress in the supporting rcc members hence the building was structurally audited by mhada appointed consultant and a fitting audit report is already forwarded to the repair board office c3 division suggesting the necessary structural repairs.
Inspite of all these measures taken by the board and the tenants of the building it was to our great dismay that the current landlord mr rakesh jain, mobile no ([protected]) intends to install a mobile tower and the ancillary structure at the terrace level above the fourth floor.
It be noted no permission or confirmation is sought from the tenants of the building in this regard, also no structural audit report is procured by the said landlord suggesting the safety and stability of the building to carry the additional load of this mobile towers, moreover on the grounds of health hazards that are likely to the well-being of the said tenants due to the mobile tower is not acceptable to them, besides there is a kindergarten (K. G.) school in the building across called snowflakes these emissions transmitted can be very harmful to these small kids and also to the several senior citizens living in the building, hence the undersigned tenants are objecting to such installation which are a hazard to the safety of the building and also the life of the tenants.

On the 13th of november 2018, one mr richard barretto visited the building on behalf of reliance jio and informed us that the weight of the mobile tower and its ancillaries would be approximately 800 kg to 1000 kg which will be an additional weight to an already old and weak building.
Your office is requested to take objection on your records and restrict our landlord from such installations on immediate grounds.

I personally had attacked by dogs many times e. One time was going early in morning for work from indiraji market suddenly the one dogs run on me for bite by barking i saw and i have a box which i use to save me by hitting the dog but suddenly many dogs came there to bite me but some people saw that they came while running and dogs runned from there. Second time i am coming from my office suddenly the dogs came to bite me but i saved me. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon and please catch them quickly market dogs. Please request sir/madam.

I am resident of Sakkubai Chawl, Hanuman Nagar, P. N road, Bhandup-west, Mumbai 400078. Behind Pansare- banglo. We are totally five fifty families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of drainage for the last four months in our locality.

This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door have already affected by diarrhoea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then i shall be very much thankful to you.

I am residing at anant chhaya building at r b mehta road in ghatkopar east mumbai. I have a complain regarding streets dogs who keep barking all night around 12-15 dogs since last 3 months. We the people in this area are facing lot of problem due to this. We are unable to sleep and we fear entering our own building as they keep attacking us in groups.

I am a resident of d'souza mansion, jaywant sawant road, dahisar west mumbai-400068. There have been a number of dogs in our locality. This incident happened at 7 am today. One such dog attacked me outside the gate of our neighbouring society and was almost about to bite if it wasn't for the watchman who ran them away. The dog was unprovoked and jumped at me causing me to fall and have a few abrasions. A lot many people are facing similar problems. Kindly have a look into it and do the needful.

I am a resident of sector 2, charkop, kandivli - west.
Sad to say that there is a rise in mosquito menace since the past few months and the problem is worsening daily. The problem is as bad during the day as it is during the night.
It is my earnest request to you, to arrange for fumigation in the area and in the neighbouring areas as well, fortnightly atleast if not weekly, so as to prevent outbreak of an epidemic of malaria /dengue and subsequently deaths due to these. Two of my family members have already been serious victims of dengue.
I would be grateful if this request is acted upon on a priority basis as it would benefit the society at large.

I met this very friendly dog who is definitely a good breed and has been abandoned by some family. He keeps wandering at kandivali station west to east bridge near escalators.
The dog looks very healthy and has been left out very recently. I know out county doesn't care much about animals but i should they are a part of our planet we should care about them aswell.
Kindly help him out and find a place for him to stay safe.
Cause he is obviously affectionate about people and he is definitely missing his family.

I live in telecom township opp. To telecom factory deonar mumbai 400088.
The number of dogs have increases lately. There are 2 dogs who bite the joggers for no reason and also run behind children. It has become difficult to pass the area where these dogs sits. It's a new female white color dog and a small brown color dog who stays near building the blue stage opposite to building no 5. There are at least 30 dogs in my colony and they are increasing in number it has become unsafe for us to walk in the evening or morning around the footpath. Please i would request you to send a van as soon as possible before someone gets hurt very badly.

There is a building by the name of franconia, located between 3rd & 4th pasta lane, colaba. This building has tremendous water wastage every single day while filling the building tank. They do not have a society formed and also do not have a watchman to put off the water pump due to which litres of water gets wasted. On complaining, nobody from the building reverts and no action is ever taken. This is going on since past 3 years and happens between 5 to 7 pm everyday. Kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis

Sub : illegal parking on the street side

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that on the mahakali caves road between tolani naka and takshila, heavy vehicles remain parked illegally at all times. This causes severe traffic jams, air and noise pollution and lot of inconvenience to the public. It also increases the risk of accidents. This road on which we live is very often broken or patched. The space behind the parked vehicles is often used as a urinal by the pedestrians. Vehicles parked like these for long term is also a major threat for terrorist shelter.

I, therefore, earnestly request you to take immediate action against this on humanitarian grounds.

Bmc employs permanent employees as life guards and several other life guards are employed by a contractor.
I visit versova beach almost daily, and have found that there is at times one life guard only and most of the times i have not seen any of the permanent life guards employed by bmc.
I am informed that the bmc life guards sign in and sign out on daily basis through a biometric system which is at an office near andheri station. Thus, the bmc employees sign in but not turn up fir their duty.
Further, there is no check undertaken by a supervisor so it has become common for employees to keep getting their salary but only turn up for work a few days a month if at all.
Kindly ensure regular surprise checks on these employees as well as contractor employees for which the citizen of mumbai pays through their taxes.
