Dear sir,

This is to inform you that Vesta International is an 83 Rooms Hotel located near Ajmer Pulia, Gopalbadi catering to foreign, domestic and corporate guests. The underground drainage system is completely choked for the past few months as a result the drainage water is flowing on the road giving very foul smell. The drain is open at various places resulting in the common public throwing all types of garbage in the drain causing it to be completely choked.
This is leaving a very bad impression to all the tourist visiting the world famous pink city of Jaipur. You are requested to kindly take action and give instruction to the concern person to take immediate action to clear the drain and make arrangement to prevent its reoccurrence in the future. We have already complaint regarding the above subject several time but there is no solution yet.

Updated by Mukesh Kumar Prajapat Till know complaint is not solve and parsad also told me to replace a new light but it's not done by parsad from one years too bad

Updated by ashishmmec no action has been taken so far it's being more than 2 months.
At night they daily fight and bark create lots of problem during sleep.

Updated by Dr. Kailash Chandra Sharma Sir, I have lodged the above complaint vide the complaint ID 1615795 on 1-07-17 on about 4.30 pm, after few minutes i.e. confirmation the complaint on my registered e-mail, I have received a call on my mobile by cell no. [protected] and one Mr. verma insisted me to disclose my Bank ATM or Debit card details and he told me that to entertain your complaint an amount of Rs. 10 is necessary to pay for the removal of complaint and this amount is only to be paid by online mode . I requested him to please inform me the A/C no. in which I can deposit the required fee by Banking NEFT system but he refused and tell me that if you can not disclose your ATM or Debit card details then your complaint will be rejected by him. so plz. look into the matter and if any fee is chargable then plz. let us know your bank account details so we will deposit the same in account.
