Dear Ma'am,
I have applied for death certificate of my wife late Shashi kala Shukla on 15/05/2021 due to pandemic. She passed away on 01/04/2021 in Government hospital and we did her cremation on 02/04/2021 at Bithur Shamshaan Ghat. I had submitted all the related documents but still i do not get her death certificate from Kanpur Nagar Nigam. I visited 4 times to get it but your representative did not give any satisfactory answer. They used to say that it is pending. How it is possible i do know. Although some person got the death certificate of their loveones, and he applied for this after my application.
Please help me to get death certificate of my wife.

हमारे मोहल्ले ( पीपल वाली गली, न्यू आजाद नगर, कानपुर 208011 ) में पिछले 3 माह से नाली सफाई न होने के कारण नाली का पूरा पानी रोड पर बह रहा है। नाली भरी होने के कारण मच्छरो ने अपना डेरा जमा रखा है।

Please pick a dog from Kidwai nagar, B block, kanpur.. Someone hurt a dog very badly.. dog is crying and screeming very loudly just cause of pain.. please pick that dog and do the best cure as you can do.. No hospital n pet care is open this time..

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is to inform you that there has been a illigal set up arranged to have water consumption at my house. I have not been informed nor had it been informed/ granted permission from municipal corporation Kanpur. I am requesting you to stop it ASAP as I don't want to be a part of such a mess( bad activity). Please inspect on priority.

Going forward, please take a look at bills pending for the house where set up has been done. Let me inform you, water connection has been discontinued/ disconnected few years back due to excessive liability/ bill amount dued. Being a part of ownership ( landlords), I am against to have seen any illigal activities that concerns my house.

Note: I am willing to pay my dues( dues held for my account or ownership) and start new connection or existing connection but nobody ( other than me) is interested to pay. Rather they ( those are not willing to pay) are happy to set up illigal connection or way to consume water.

There have been no dustbins in our area as a result passersby and residents throw their garbage on roads, making it very filthy and unhygienic environment.
I appeal to look into the matter and provide dustbins.

Someone is defaming the name of Kokan Ngo by lodging false complaints and the website https://www.consumercomplaints.in is publishing such complaints without verifying the facts, which is causing immense loss to the image and reputation of the trust, which is meant for helping the poor peoples. Such websites should first check the authenticity of the complaint by checking the genuineness of the trust.

If such defamatory articles are not removed at the earliest, Kokan Ngo shall file cases against the creator and handler of https://www.consumercomplaints.in.

I live in Barra 7 in front of Bhadauria atta Chakki and here the road was constructed 3-4 years before now and in rainy season we get water lodged in front of our house which bring hardship for us because the people living around have done many modifications in road like increasing level of road, etc. You may see this in photo attached everyone here has reconstructed road according to their wish.
So, it is a kind request to you to kindly get the road reconstructed on this matter.

I had complained to Mr Anil Yadav regarding water leakage problem at Tatya tope nagar in front of house number 36 E Tatya tope nagar kanpur phase-1 .he gave me assurance, problem would be solved but problem is still same .. after one call I called him several times but didn't pick my phone.

Please help to solve this problem soon otherwise any mishaps can be happened any time.

This is to inform you that in my area, Due to non construction of road, there is water logging in the rainy season..., Due to which there is problem in getting out due to water logging, Mosquitoes are being produced due to water logging which is causing diseases...

I live in Dhankutti, Ranjit purva . I have number of problem in my area. And as I know these are the problem shared by many areas all over in kanpur and other Cities also.

1)There is no service that can collect domestic garbage due to that people throw all the garbage in street .So if you are simply walking in my area it is very likely you will see used diapers, pads, kitchen waste etc.
2) There is no sewer line in my area or maybe they are damaged but I'm 23 years of age and these are the conditions that I always witnessed.So when it rains along with the garbage the street also get clogged with human faeces.
3)So due to this streets are unclean beyond tolerance.
4)There is also no government water line in my area or working line as I should say, so all people in my area depent on a single motor that is maintained by the people.
