The lane infront of my house is very untidy. After requesting the cleaner also nothing is done. Due to which mosquitoes & flies are increasing. It will cause severe health problems. Every day from early morning till 3 pm the vat means the cleaning vehicle passes in short intervals. The wheel of this vat has no rubber tyre. It causes high pitch sound. Since it is a small lane the sound creates much irritation to our ear. Please take necessary action.

From last one year we are waiting for it to be open. It seems like they are forgotten about it, they don't care about their work, they have got government job so they know that their way of work has nothing to do with their job security. This park is not in proper maintenance, the long wild grasses etc.
So, please take this issue in consideration, We will always grateful to you for this.

An illegal construction of 1st floor @ 5D, Akrur Dutta Lane.They gave money to police and local counselor to do this by blocking our house (1st floor).
Please do justice.
And if money is all and suppressed all illegal act then Indian Law is doing what?Shame to Indian Police, Shame to Indian Law, Shame to humanity.
Please do the necessary step to stop such act.Otherwise that will very injustice for us.Our 2nd floor will be totally blocked, no light and air will come because there is not enough gap.

There has been increase in the number of stray dogs at our university campus at p - 19, taratala road, kolkata - 700 088. Theses dogs are hampering the cleanliness inside the campus and moving aimlessly causing threat of security (Towards biting, etc.) to the students, staff, residents, etc.
Requesting to take appropriate steps for removing the stray dogs from the campus at the earliest.

We love animals very much, but since few months we are badly suffering from stray dogs menace.
Here roads are full of stray dogs who are increasing day by day. They chase every passing by car and bikes causing many accidents in this areas.

They also litter around here and there which is unhygienic and dirties the locality.
These dogs keep on howling bark loud and quarrel amongst themselves which has made sleeping very disturbing.

Even these dogs chase morning and evening walkers in golfgreen central park and bijoygarh area.

I ardently request you to take necessary steps to eliminate these stray dogs so that children can play and walk around without any fear of being attacked by these unhealthy stray dogs through your concern authority by sending dog catcher squad immediately to keep away these area devils from our ward 95 and golfgreen are.

I live in belgachia bustee.in our locality some local dogs have dangerous disease. It is hygenic for human.
These dogs also hit some child in our locality and we also see insects in there body which are very dirty to see.
We also think that our children are in danger.
I request you for kept these local dogs and away from human till they recover.

A street dog with her 4 puppies sheltered in staircase of m-1/22, sampa mirza nagar govt. Housing estate, p. O. Sarkarpool, p. S. Maheshtala, kolkata 700143. Ward no.11 of maheshtala municipality & within 2km distance from zinziria bazar. The dog already bite 6 peoples. And our municipality have no infrastructure of dog catching machinery/squard. Please help us with removal the at your earliest convenience.

I live in regent estate, my address is 94 alokananda. For the past 6 months, i have been observing that, the apartment just adjacent to ours, have been wasting huge amount of water everyday. The underground tank after filling up starts to leak, and no one is bothered to close it. Generally it goes on for an hour and a half, that also for 3 times in a day.
Kindly look into this matter otherwise kolkata will be like the other metro cities as far as lack of water is concerned.

There is a sharp rise in the number and intensity of dogs at shapoorji. There are about 3 gangs and 17 - 20 dogs just in c block of shapoorji. They bark and fight whole night and till early morning and thus it's getting increasingly difficult not to get chased by a group of dogs while jogging or cycling. Attack at small kids are common.

It's humble request to please look into the issue as soon as possible.

There is an illegal construction going on at 38D Market Street Ground Floor.Name Gopal Shaw owner of the property.They have not taken any legal permission to construct and it's completely illegal as they expanding the boundaries of the building.
This is indeed a crime and a strict action should be taken against them and the construction should be stopped immediately

I would like to inform you that i am a cancer patient and in my house i have three senior citizens who can't walk at all and the advertisement hoardings installed by the kolkata municipal corporation has blocked the view during durga puja bhashan. Till today the hoardings are still there and has not been removed which is just harassment for us who can't see the roads at all.
I would request you to please look into this matter at the earliest. My address is given below :

We have two dogs in our locality one is a mother dog and other one is a male child dog all the residents love them... Recently 3 other male start dogs have come to our locality and constantly attacking our beloved female dog and the 3 dogs always fight among themselves.. Residents are horrified by their wild behaviour.. Pls take action against those 3 male dogs.. It is now difficult to come out of home without any stick or something... I don't know how many days it will continue.. But we are facing the problem from last 5days.

THE LAMP POST IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE HAD WIRINGS CONNECTED TO MANY ADJACENT HOUSES. But that was not a problem as they were properly placed and coiled around the Lamp post. But When the lamp post was re installed in front of my house, they left the wiring undone and left it incomplete. As a result, the wires are dangling dangerously in front of my house and there is a threat of being electrocuted. We cannot do anything about it and a grave accident can take place anytime. Please assist here. Please see the pictures for the same. And help us out.

I reside in building named kishan kunj at 75/1, hazra road near hotel swagath, there's a pot holes on the road and uneven road surface due to which every time whenever any heavy loaded vehicles like school bus or lorry or other vehicles passes by on that uneven surface of the road there's a vibration caused which make the building shake and vibrated on both side of the road it feels like an earthquake has occurred its very very important and urgent to look through this matter and get this uneven road surface and pot holes filled as soon as possible so to avoid any uneven terrible incident.

Dear sir, please investigate and remove the cars which are parked illegally by unknown person. The cars are kept for the whole day and create terror. The two cars are kept in front of ajay apartment, 6 central park, kolkata 700032. Ps jadavpur. Please investigate and remove car immediately so that swiper can clean road in the morning. Over flowing sewage water 24X7 on roads of New Gazi Para, Road bye lane, Panchur, Bidhangarh Kolkata 700066.
The polluted sewage water is accumulated throughout day and night causing an extreme foul smell and unhealthy environment which is prone to multiple diseases causing the inhabitants to all sick under such conditions.
Public facing immense trouble being compelled to use this road on such conditions but no actions are being taken by the respective authorities to make any improvements.
Little Children too being compelled to use these road even in such conditions. Sincerely requesting for immediate help towards this sewage water logging of this area .

The promoter is illegally constructing a building 8/1a, tanti bagan lane. Kolkata-14. They dont have even paper of the property. Its thekazamidar system. I heard they have plan legal for 2 floor. But they are constructing 4th floor also. There is a mosque next to the place. Please take the necessary action and check the papers and stop the work. They have also taken more space apart from their area. And they have fooled the tenant also of the property and taken signature.

We are residing at 120, mata monmohini nagar, bonghooghly, kolkata-108. We like to bring your kind attention that there are around 5-6 stray dogs near our apartment. For the past few months they are attacking local people. They have bitten adults and children (6 bite cases have been noticed). Recently they have bitten a two and half year old kid and injured very badly. Earlier we tried to contact local borough office but in vain. The dogs have bitten the swipper of your municipal corporation also. Now people are scared to go out specially the kids. It has become a menace. It has become a nightmare for us.
We sincerely request you to send your dog catcher squad at the earliest. Please do help.

My name is sanawwar hussain residing at batti kal 1st lane, garden reach road, kolkata, in our area losts of stary dogs are there which creates lots of problem specially in night. Childrens feel unsafe to go out side because of street dogs. Kindly arrange some dog catchers van to solve this issue. Eagerly waiting for your response and action.

I am a resident of 7a, jadu mitra lane, kolkata-4 (Opposite j. B. Roy ayurvedic hospital). Recently there has been a sharp increase in the number of street dogs in our locality. We are facing all sorts of trouble starting from dirty roads to cases of dog bites. I would like to request the authorities to kindly take an action regarding this. Also there has been a pothole from where water is leaking out.
