I am registering this complain for the extremely poor condition of road on fateh Ali ka chauraha.The road is very busy due to ongoing buses and tempos .Still there are huge dents on roads which require immediate action otherwise it's prone to accidents and also causes inconvenience.

Please take some serious action to avoid any adverse accidents.

I travel from sikenderbagh to khurram nagar everyday. This is city's main road, ashok marg.in this main road i face problem due to stray cattles on the road. A bunch of them will be laying down, standing or running near nishat ganj. They walk around on fly over.

There is another bunch in mahanagar.

The main problem in rahim nagar. There is a dumping place where all the waste from the market is dumped which covers half of the road. And there are cattle all around causing disturbance to the commuters. This place road is very narrow. Kindly consider this and take action.

My area sweeper is deamnding 50-100 rs all the time in against cleaning nd i was refuse to pay him so he throws all the garbage of area in front of my shop shutter, goverment alredy paying him salary for his job nd i also complaint the same several times

I want to draw your attention towards the water logging in 38 b mallpur dubagga near dubagga chauraha because of heavy rain fall for last 6 days. As there is no proper passage for the water to flow out from the area, water entered into our home and near by area. So sir kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned officials to take necessary action as soon as possible. Insects and mosquito and other very dangerous

Sir, i am resident of keshav kunj ashram yojna, shanti nagar near creative convent school, kanpur rd. Here there is drainage problem and approximately all the plots are full of drain water and stray animals like pigs and dogs are littering waste making this area very unhygienic. Waste water in the plots are breeding ground of mosquitoes making people suffer from dengue and malaria.

We want kind attention of Lucknow municipal corporation to get clear the drainage problem in the area of Ashray Eldico Udayan 2 Rbl road on EWS colony near old police Chowki. Water logging was arises due to encroachment on the drain as one of the builder have closed all the drain and sets up his shop of Bricks, Moram, Balu, etc near Chauraha. He has closed all the way to pass on the water to main lake. Due to that water get logged on Road and very soon if it will go in our home

Dear sir,
I am a resident of jankipuran lucknow. Adjacent to my house there is unconstructed plot address sih-16 sector - i jankipuram lucknow (Up) that contain garbage and polluted water & because of this the plot becomes the hub of dengue mosquito, insects and small dangerous reptlian species.

Please take a necessary action against this asap because we are facing problems on daily basis because of this plot.

Had deposited 2301/- as H Tax on 8 May thru sbionline.Receipt of NN gives Ref no.[protected] & Trans.Id B80999/2018-19/ CA/00313179.However, my Bank a/c showed that the amount was credited back on 10 May.Bank told that it has returned from NN.Have met ZA-3 & requested to rectify it & accept payment again so that I do not lose rebate.But NN system has NOT been rectified & it shows the amount as paid due to which they are not accepting fresh payment. My fear is that sooner or later this error will be rectified by NN then they will ask for payment after the due date for rebate & I shall not be allowed rebate for no fault of mine.I have met the Computer asset. Shri Virendra of Zone 3 many times to no avail.
I should NOT be deprived of the rebate due to the NN's system failure & not my fault.

I, alakh dwivedi lives in e-2168 rajajipuram lucknow, near mini stadium;there is a family lives fourth from my house, i. E, e-2176 house name az khan, they always park all their vehicles on road and that’s ok because my lane is narrow and everyone park on road only but they by intentionally park right in the middle of the road to hinder passerby’s way and to intentionally fight with them, yesterday, i. E on 26 july, 2018 at night approx 8 pm when i was trying to make them understand to shift their vehicles so that i may cross my car to home they abused me and give death threats to me by saying “ tera khandan khatam kar denge hum teen bhai hain “.in past ive already tried making them realise that they park incorrectly atleast 7, 8 times.

I’m very scared i want stricter action towards them because being a citizen its my right to complain if i got troubled by someone and sir/ maam please it’s no ones right to give death threats because it’s everyone’s right to live peacefully and securely.

I have all the faith in up police, i want to continue trusting up police. We are safe because you guys are there to protect us from goons and wrong people. Make sure to resolve my problem as soon as possible so that i feel safe and protected again.

Around 5-6 months back, sewer pipelines were installed in our locality, rabindrapalli colony. This left the conditions of the road in utter poor condition and repeated complaints about the same issue led to only repair of the roads, not even full reconstruction. The sewer manholes/pipelines are now leaking and sewer water is now freely flowing on the streets of rabindrapalli. This is causing an alarming rise in the number of mosquitos which will eventually increase the diseases and may lead to a breakout of disease. It is a matter of concern for all o[censored]s living here and we urge you to repair the poor condition of the sewers as soon as possible.
Investigation should also be done against the contractors who carried out the work in such a poor way putting the health of so many people to risk.

Complaint was posted about street light (To set right its direction) vide code no.491571 dtd 02/07/18.
Wrong feedback i. E. 'issue resolved' was given vide code no.26625 on 05/07/18 without compliance.
During subsequent followups, sujhav ref. Codes were recvd. On 09th & 12thjuly, 18 respectively.
It is regretted that despite repeated followups, the issue involving petty job is still not resolved which indicates that no concern for the subject complaint was given by the concerned officials.
This is worth mentioning that fitting has been focussed in such a way its light is entering in my bed room instead of road which is very irritating.
Pls ensure to set right the issue without further delay.
Also street lights are being swiched on at 05 p. M. Since last many months which is simply wasting energy. This was reported earlier also.

At pakkapul bandha road there is big dumping area. Which is now in proper residential area. It’s very smelly, attracts stray dogs pigs and can lead to number of deceases. Several times air is not even breathable as it smells so bad. Roads sides are also blocked by the garbage pickers. It’s very unhealthy and dirty living situation. It should be shifted to outside the city limits.

I would like to bring to your notice that the road connecting to highway has been broken & damaged. This is a main road, i would request in the interest of all that municipal corporation must amicably discuss the issue with concerned people & start the road building.

Also since the above road is broken, currently all travel from the another road where due to high down pour this year there is a heavy water clogging & also the road have so many pits that there is a chance of an accident (Already 1 scooter & car met with an accident & resulted in injury to scooter driver as he fall down after entering the pit & also during this many times many people have to walk through the clogged water which is again dangerous.
This road is mayapuri keshav nagar (Divyansh pathalogy lane). Once again request to get this road repaired.

I live in 6c/176 gopesh kunj vrindavan yojna phase 1 Raibareli road near telibagh Lucknow 226025.
Our locality is full of stray animals(dogs, cows, bulls )and the resident members are very scared of them. For instance the dogs start barking on the street as they see anyone. They are very dangerous for the kids who go to school every day in the morning.
Stary dogs are not only dangerous but aren't properly vaccinated.

Am a resident of 5/127 vikas khand gomti nagar.
This is to bring to your kind notice, since the drainage system( naali) is open and flowing through out sometimes is blocked by garbage. Which is creating immense dissatisfaction.
My suggestions to you are
- drainage system (naali) should be kept dry, by connecting the flow of wastage internally
- cover the drainage system
- regular proper cleaning and removal of garbage ( should not be left out side on the road for days)
- atleast provide a proper garbage collector ( who does the work properly)

It will be very kind of you to take steps soon as rainy season is approaching. We do not want overflowing drainage system here.

Please do something about the stray dog. They r dangerous for kids and pet. . When some one pass by they start barking and chasing.some people are scared to go near them.There are around 6 of them gomtinagar Vishal khand 2 . I[censored] go behind cms school there is big shiv temple. Just opposite to that is a street where there are so many dogs. Please take this seriously.

I am Sushil Singh Rajkumar, Resident of 50-Kha, Shakti Nagar, Lucknow -226016.
Inspite of several request to the people of F K Apartment in shakti Nagar, Lucknow and other resident, they throw garbage on road just near by my House . pl take strict action against them so that they should not do in future.

This is regarding parking of their vehicle also .they park their vehicle on the road and block passes, it is very difficult to drive car in shakti Nagar .

Shop keepers have encroached all most all roads

we are leaving in very pathetic condition .pl help to take strict action.

they are not doing there work properly an time.
and from many days no one come from the garbage picking department and no municipal corporation van come to pick the garbage.
sir i want immediate action on this issue and immediately a municipal corp. van come to our door and pick our garbage. and instruct them to do there work proper and daily.

The road in front of 2/223 is low lying due to which water logging occurs when there is rainfall the side footpath have been covered by silt deposited by rain and the drainage system around the park have been blocked due to silt.The road need to be elevated and drainage need to be reconstructed. Kindly resolve the issue so that we can get a cleaner environment and can have access to our house in rain.
