We often face irregular water supply in our area (Bhekarainagar, pune). We always face issues like shortage of water supply as water is supplied on weekly basis and that too for very short period of time-hardly for 1 hour. This always become very inconvenient to store the water for the period of 1 week. This is almost now 2 weeks we are not yet supplied with water. And we usually get water supplied in the midnight of time likely 3am or 4am in night which really becomes hectic for us. I request you to kindly look into this matter as this is now become very problematic for us.

We are staying behind nabard. We have no access to main road. The bridge below the flyover is a confusion for traffic coming from both side. We have to go 1km for a u turn.. How are we suppose to join the main road?? Specially on the sancheti bridge the road is mapped two stripped that means two way traffic still we aren't allowed to ride from there as cars from other side are very fast.. They don't understand the meaning of two strips marked on road.. This condition will surely lead to accidents if it continues in the manner... It is very inconvenient for us.. Kindly look into the matter and revert back.

Builder has build illegal flats in society on floor # 5,
Where in one of the family has encroached the flat illegally by breaking seal put by pune munciple corporation.
Along with that family has rented some part of the flat to bachelors without
Notifying the society commitee members.
These family members are using society facilities as well.
We are chasing them for legal documents since 2014, they failed to provide the same.
We want the strict action to be taken against them, along with ask them to vacate the place asap.

Illegal construction all over the compound, illegal setting up of grill outside window blocking natural air and light causing sickness and possible death, hoarding of animals, medical procedures and medical waste being conducted and thrown around, cleaning not allowed even when the health authority came to spray the premises was told to leave, this menace is mission possible located in guru nanak nagar
Why no action take since 2015 media and neighborhood want to know? Pull up ur socks and take action

Dear sir/madam,
Girikunj society, lane no.2, dahanukar colony, kothrud.

In the above mentioned society, there has been illegally hut constructed in the parking area. That hut is used for living and there is continuous use of gas cylinder inside. The hut is all surrounded by cars as it is a car parking. This is very dangerous for the members living in the building as the cars might catch fire anytime.
Please make it possible to remove that hut as soon as possible.

My father is stays in hadapsar. Other people in his society is paying 8000rs property tax whereas he recived 13000rs tax in 2017 for the same area. The flat is self occupied from nov 2016. Even though the pmc officer inspected, the tax came in excess. On visiting the property tax office they asked to give application and assured that from oct 2017 the tax will be adjusted... Since then we are continuously following but they are not doing...

Dog bites

I'm staying in tulaja bhavani nagar, vrundavan colony, beside deccan gold apartments, kharadi, pune. My mom's 48 years of age is bitten by street/stray dog on15/4/2018, this dog is living in our street

If anybody come to street, they run after every motor bike and car.

They are getting more violent day by day and there is all chances that these animals may bite anyone again very soon.

Request your to address this issue at the earliest. Appreciate your quick action with regards to these dogs.

Lane of royal enfield bhusari colony, kothrud pune is not done regularly.
The lane is fully dirty, cleaning lady not coming regular.
Kindly do th needful asap.
All the shops are trowing their garbage out side the lane. There are so beautiful tress but all because of garbage all the lane is looking very untidy. Kindly look into the matter.

There is huge garbage being dumped and set on fire at every 15 days at the location mentioned below. This garbage mostly contains the plastic and parts of vehicles used in servicing. This garbage is dumped by the franchise of yamaha motors which runs a sales as well as a service centre in the building behind which this waste is set on fire. There have been many request made, but no action has been taken. Pls do the needfull

There is a illegal construction going on making major changes to the 3rd floor flat. The galleries according to blueprint and sanction plan are destroyed converting to rooms after tax assessment and without corporation permission. Please make a note and do the needful.

I am soniya singh residing in engine house colony behind ammunition factory khadhki pune. My complaint against stray dogs in locality and also dumping of garbage around leading to increase of mosquitoes. Stray dogs nuisance is huge problem in colony as its unsafe for children to move out of house as dogs gather in groups and try to bite and follow us. Every night dogs nake hell of noise, continous barking and dogs fights around house whole night disturbing sleep. Stray dogs dragging all garbage bags from dustbin in locality and throwing them all around making surrounding dirty. Maid servants in locality have developed a habit of feeding dogs dats the main reason they gather around houses and makes our nights terrible and makes surrounding dirty leading to increase in mosquitoes and bad smell of garbages. Kindly take immediate action as soon and remove these stray dogs from colony. Kindly take them off as soon. Il be thankful

The road construction is pending... So many accidents are taking place..
Please do something before people die with an accidents
So many complaints has been done yet no action

When we don't pay taxes or electricity bill you have so many employees to send and recover or disconnect the connection
When problem is with us your team is sitting silent

Pmc tax assessment done wrongly on site of ecp vastu shopping complex handewadiroad hadapsar pune. Comes under zone 1.
1:
Our shops tax are generated by just guessing the area of shop. Where actually big shops have less tax and small shops have more tax bill amount.
2:
Our complition certificate is not issued by pmc and now they are joining us with some building whose completion has been take past long years ago.
3:
Our chairman is shown as 1 of director of builder body. Who claims he has resigned in 2005. We dont have society formed then how can he be chairmen of our society.
This is all done to give favour to builder by his power of attorney holder mr shripad joshi by making hand shake with pmc tax assessor mr shewale.

When called the corporation helpline[protected] we were told that once we register on www.pmccare.in we will be able to get the death records online.
The website has a section for searching death records, however, whichever record you search for, it returns stating that "no records were found".

We searched with correct date for multiple deaths from 2016 and 2017.

I am a resident of aadarsh nagar, lohegaon. I would like to bring your attention to the grim situation of water supply in this area. The water is supplied once a week and that too our house and 2-3 neighbour of ours receive no water from last 3 months, instead of water being received by all others. Instead of continious compplaints to the waterman, nothing has been done in this regard. I would request the concerned authority to look in this regard.

Hi, we need to raise grievance against owners of a tea shop on mundhwa road which is opposite passport office. The tea shop is called royal tea. The owner has put tables & chairs outside his shop until the footpath area. He & his accomplice smoke on the footpath outside his tea shop & create nuissance. His encroachment is increasing every week. All the paper & plastic waste is also thrown on the footpath/ road by his employees. Request pmc authorities to take action so that the owner stays in his limits.

There is one speed breaker near my society which also has tampers. Kondhwa katraj road is used mostly by heavy vehicles and at night time most of the vehicles are empty which creat a lot of noise due to which i could not sleep for many nights now. The road is very close to society and since i am on first floor it feels like vehicles are running in our home with full if noise n vibrations. Since i could not sleep for many nights, i have dignosed with bp problem which is just caused due to incorrect speed breaker. Request you to take immediate action on this complaint and help this citizen of pune.
