Sir,
There is one brown stray dog in our phase 4, brahmand, azad nagar & has made the life of children, ladies & other residents horrible. This dog comes quietly & pounce over the residents from the back. Several complains have been given by residents to society to take immediate protective action however every time one lady called mrs nair comes to the rescue of this dog & talk about animal rights. You r requested to take some immediate action before some bitting is taken place.
When mrs nair is asked to register the dog with tmc & take a token from them, she is arguing that dog is vaccinated by tmc hence right to stay in the society.
Sir, pl help us to get rid of this dog menace.

I, resident of bhairi bhavani chsl, plot no.29, rsc 17, opportunity yashodhan nagar bus stop. Want to bring to your notice that this pani puriwala sits outside our building, spilling water, due to which mosquitoes come into our society. He also stands on the footpath causing inconvenience for people to walk. Inspite of this being communicated to him, he isn't responding. I had personally visited tmc dept of vartak nagar and mr. Mane from atikraman department assured that they will take care of this. I had also complained on centralised customer care on 9th jan 2018 but nothing is done about it. Awaiting quick and prompt response from your end

I am resident of vijay enclave society. Our nearby area is dongri pads people of this area is always making loud volume of speaker for different festival which cause sounds pollution recently for maji ganpati they are making speaker sounds continuously for whole day which is really unbearable. Our children can't study for examination. It also effect our health like continuously this sound cause headache and our old age people not get rest for even a minute.
I request you to please do the needful as earliest and help us.

Myself tribhuwan gupta and i am a resident of gandhinagar pokhran rd no 2 nr samaj mandir hall, thane west. 400601.

1 - this is regarding about the hawkers and street vendor doing arbitrary in the area.

2 - at evening time from gandhinagar shivsena shaka till downwards moving road samaj mandir hall, they fully occupy the road, its find very difficulty to pass on the road.

3 - because of this reason pedestrian, two wheeler and three wheeler vehicles find very difficult to move on the road.

4- some of the street vendors they keep their handcart (Haathgadi) permanently on the road. Also some of the shopkeeper at both side of raod the keep their material at front of the shop on the road and cover the half of the road.

Its my humble request to you, ask the department officer to visit at the same place (From gandhinagar shiv sena shaka till samaj mandir hall), at evening time and kindly take action.

I am staying in manpada area punjabi chawl, near smashan bhoomi, our chawl name is swami samarth chawl. Before 2 year back was made foot path under this chawl, this contuction is so poor, now all tiles has damage and broken,

Please look this matter on priority, from 8 year no one corporator is visited in our area. Only they are showing in only election.

This is regarding about the garden. Where the new equipment has been put by the government for the small children under age 17.
But some elder age children are also using the equipment.
Which the equipment cannot carry the weight of the person.. If any equipment broke by elder one then where will the small child go...
So i request that please make some security gaurd in garden so that elder will not sit on the equipment and it will be safe.

It has found that the road is totally blocked under the
Majiwada flyover by putting fence and cement wall to prevent the
Crossing of the pedestrians at ghod bunder road and the reason is
Unknown to all!!
Our tmc officers do not know how to solve the problems but know how
To create only the problems. As if the doctor does not know how to
Cure the patient and hence kills him.
It is agreed that every day thousand and thousand of people cross
Under the majiwada fly over by taking massive risk! And hence the tmc
Finds the solution by putting the fence!!
Now please tell us (1) how to come at majiwada gaon after getting
Down at majiwada bus stop after coming from thane railway station? (2)
How to go to pokhran no 2 road from the majiwada gaon? (3) every day
The students cross this road and how they will cross? (4) now to go to
Pokhran no 2 from majiwada, either one has to walk up to kapurbavdi
Police station or to go up to the either end. But the people have to
Cross the roads and that can not be prevented!!
You can not prevent the people to cross the road and then why you
Have created such fun and mockery?
Sir please find the solution by arranging subway or putting road
Dividers, but please remove the fencing immediately.

Complaint against noise pollution, tmc ground near dosti vihar, every day tmc give this ground for functions, and political party not follow the rules of loudspeaker and timings, all higher standard living people stays in dosti and vedant and kores but because of this ground we all feel like we stay in slum area, all residents are highly upset and angry with tmc and nagarsevek of this area, pl do the needful, and take strict actions those who are not following the rules, loudspeaker volume should be low and music also and timings.

I have already loged an online complaint about an illegal r. C. C construction but no action taken.
I can't understand if i am getting an acknowledgement number for complain but no action taken what's the use of it they says it's system generated but what about the action.
I tried to trace about my complain but they says complain has been forwarded to the desired department i personally called the manpada prabhag person br...

There are many free dogs in our society and surrounding, address is "vijay enclave housing society, waghbil naka, ghodbunder road thane (W)." due to them children and elderly people can't roam around freely and sleep is just fine as they bark continuesly overnight. Please help to catch all these free dogs and with the help of tmc services and resolve our problem. These dogs are very harmful, they bark on anyone and children and elderly people are very threatened due to them.

I would like to invite your kind attention that today tmc
Is doing all sorts of destructive works than that of constructive
Works. Here are some facts :
(1) the quite good road in the majiwada village in front of the
Municipal school no 43 was destroyed by the tmc and god knows why?
Now after destruction, it is left unattended and again god knows why?
The use less officers are just enjoying salaries and wasting public money.
(2) the foot path in front of holy cross convent school was also
Damaged which was quite ok. Now it is left unattended!! What all
Destructive works? Who is the concerned officer and we fail to
Understand why he is enjoying parks still now?
(3) the foot path in front of collector`s office and thane court are
Also made unusable by thane tmc.. The people can face sprain in legs
I[censored]nmindful. What all poor workmanship?
(4) opposite to thane court and at the corner, the tiles are just
Dumped on footpath. The stone chips are dumped on footpath and road.
We can not walk on footpath. What all mis - management by the tmc`s
Super intelligent (?) officers!!
May i therefore request sir, please audit the works and to study the
Performance of the tmc `s useless officers!!

Dear sir with regards to continuous block of roads in Mumbra I am writing this complaint to get your attention for making our city roads a smooth and safe route. Please take appropriate action for building rickshaw stands and dropping points as mainly this issue is from illiterate drivers and less common sense people. Also there is issue from hawkers and thelas of various food eateries. Kindly help us to live a peaceful life as the present condition is very disturbing.

The tmc park in waghbil area is left for the apathy and now it is converting into a garbage dump leading to severe health hazard. The tmc park isn’t not even completed and no boundaries walls around it. Under swach bharat mission people are using this ground for defecating in morning. The under construction tmc school has lit if water in its basement which is breeding ground for mosquitos.
Act fast before it is too late

Since 6months there is acute shortage of water supply in supernal garden dhokali thane west 400607.
Even though all other buildings in our locality have 24hr water supply, people of this building are claiming there is pressure issue from tmc pipelines. And there is water metre reading in our building and they are not reay to install them as well.
In view of above, it is requested to look into why only supernal garden society people are suffering. While other areas of thane e. X. Highland, kolshet don't have water supply shortages.

There are many stray dogs in the area of vijay garden road area and aakashganga complex, kavesar, ghodbunder road, thane west. Stary dogs have already attacked many innocent people.
Approximately 200+ stray dogs in the vijay garden road area and also in aakashganga complex. Some of the dogs are sick and violent. Many times they have attacked on small kids as well.
It appear that some of the local activists are protecting these dogs and which is very dangerous.
Kindly arrange to take suitable steps to evacuate stary dogs from this area on top priority please.

Since last two years there is acute shortage of water supply in chitra vishakha bluiding, akash ganga complex, 2nd rabodi, opposite sarawati school., thane 400601.
In feb 2017, the new pipe line was given from rustumji water tank. For doing so crores rupees were spend by tmc.
Even though issue is not resolved for us. Every month we have give complaint & for time being tmc water supply dept. Staff fully open storage water tank gate valve which were partialy open.
In view of above, it is requested to look into why only akash gangs complex people are suffering. While other areas of thane e. G. Vartak nagar, khopat vrindhavan don't have water supply shortages.

There are many stray dogs in the area of charai, dhobhi ali, joshi wada etc. Stary dogs have already attacked many innocent people.
Number of stray dogs in the are very high and some of the dogs are sick and violent.
It appear that some of the local activists are protecting these dogs which is very dangerous.

I have dropped multiple emails to all TMC officials but never got any response .
I have also visited multiple times to TMC office and i only get diplomatic and evasive responses .
It has been more than 4 months now and no action is being taken .
I have mentioned content which i sent through email and also the written application complaint number at TMC is mentioned.

It is to inform you about an illegal construction has started again in my area.
Illegal set of toilets are being newly constructed.
This construction was previously demolished by thane municipal corporation and today considering 3 days of holiday when TMC offices will be closed they have started construction again..
Request you to look into this as early as possible.

In my chawl there is single room of 800sq ft with 3 doors but now they have opened 2 more door that too without taking permission of tmc
We have complain in written to tmc trice but no action has been taken
Without having any separate room how can a tmc officer can issue a tax invoice to them
It’s my request to tmc kindly look into this matter
As it’s affecting my privacy.

Stray dogs posed a threat to our society members and the threat has increased more now as one of the them had given birth to many puppies. The dog barks at us when we work around in the society and may bite anyone o[censored]s.
