Dear Sir/Ma'am,

The construction work for skywalk at Lokim company stop on ghodbunder road was started 3 months back. Now there is no work going on. It has been left incomplete since long time. since there is no signal at that stop, vehicles ply at top speeds. Though citizens cross using zebra crossing no vehicle slows down to help citizens. Everyday we citizens cross the road taking their lives in hand. It has become very dangerous situation. We hope TMC is not waiting for any fatal accident to happen to complete this work.

Request you to resolve this safety issue urgently.

I am resident of Naukavihar Society, Dr Moose road, Talaopali Thane (W)

For past several months 4 stray dogs are continuously roaming in society premises and creating lot of noise by barking and scaring people and children at all times of day and night.

Request to please take immediate action and remove these dogs from premises.

There is extreme stray dog menace in lokpuram complex near vasant vihar.
Citizens of all ages including children face dog bite scare every day. I myself got bitten 15 days back and the complaint was reported on tmc website. But nothing is being done. We have a school in the complex - even school children face these problems. A couple of dogs are particularly ferocious and they bite without barking or making any sound, now this is dangerous as we are not alerted, they come from behind and attack anybody randomly.
This has started affecting our every day life. The dogs are mainly located in front of "asawari" building next to lokpuram school. The people and watchman of this building have been witness to numerous assaults by thes dogs on innocent passersby. Kindly take action at the earliest and help us lead a normal peaceful life which is our right as a law abiding, tax paying citizen.

They bark and run behind every vehicle entering the society, be it a 2 wheeler, 3 wheeler or 4 wheeler. They bark late night and early morning disturbing our sleep.

I am staying at Gawand Baug Society, Keshar building, near Upvan Lake, Thane. At our entry gate there are 6-8 start dogs. These dogs are making entry of the guest and even society members difficult during night time and early morning. Some people in adjoining society feed the dog and causing lot of nuisance due to health issue, public safety. couple of kids in society had to undergo medical treatment due to dog bytes. Request you to take action against these start dogs.

This is to inform you that near Datta Mandir Shilphata old Mumbai Pune road touch has done illegal encroachment / construction at Shilphata, thane 400612.

1. encroachment on road/central government land

2- also to inform you that his nature of business i. e. Fabrication causes lot of exasperating noise in surroundings causing inconvenience to residential people in ecovistas and nearby.

3- welding, metal sheets cutting using gas cutters, metal sheets molding and hammering etc, causes severe noise, air and environment pollution resulting in health hazards to the people in the vicinity. Some people have got affected by health issues like eyesight problem, respiratory issues etc. (His nature of business is not only illegal in a residential vicinity but also causes environmental problems in many ways)

4- i have attached few photographs and schematics for your reference.
Request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to remove encroachment, demolish illegal structure and validate legality of nature of business.

I reside in the Manisha Nagar area of the city of Kalwa. I notice that here we have absolutely no public trash cans on the streets. Instead we have open gutters and nala which are always stinking. Without the availability of the trash cans, people are forced to throw trash inside the open nala / gutter or through the netted manholes.

As we cross the Kalwa bridge and enter Kalwa naka there are 2 big statues of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at less than 20 meters of distance. Next to the statues, by the shoreline of the Kalwa creek, lots of trash along with the used plastic bags are dumped on both sides of the kalwa bridge.

Please Help!

Also, the area at the location < lat long - (19.197245, 72.988445) > near Shastri Nagar, Kawa, 400605, is lying unused and gradually the trash here as well is increasing along with the rubble. The no. of stray dogs have increased considerably in Happy Valley Society. It becomes very difficult to take our pet dogs out for a walk as these dogs attack dogs as well as the owner.
They also cause a lot of disturbance in the night with their uncontrolled barking and howling.
A few of them are also diseased, unaware of the type of the type of disease.
We would be highly obliged if you look into this matter and curb the growing population of stray dogs in our vicinity.

माझ्या विलास रावळ हे शेजारी राहतात त्यानी काही दिवसापूर्वी ठाणे महानगर पालिके योजने अंतर्गत राहत्या घरी टॉयलेट चे बांधकाम केले आहे परंतु हे टॉयलेट जे आहे ते बैठ्या चाली मध्ये आहे ती जी विष्टा आहे त्याचा वासाचा खूप त्रास होतो. वेळोवेळी त्याना सांगूनही त्याची काळजी ते घेत नाही.

काही वेळा तर आमच्या घरी गेस्ट येतात तेव्हा तर खूपच अडचण होते. त्या वासामुळे तर कुणी घरी आले तरी खूप खराब वाटते. आम्ही घरात जेवत असताना पण या अचानक येणाऱ्या वासाचा त्रास होतो. सध्या ह्या वासाचे प्रमाण तर खूप वाढले आहे त्यांचा दरवाजा पण चालू असल्याने आणखीच वास येतो. कृपया करून काही तरी सोलुशन द्यावे. ऑगस्ट महिनाय्त तक्रार केली होती परंतु अजूनही काही ऍक्टिव घेण्यात आलेली नाही.

चाली सिस्टिम मध्ये हि योजना राबवणे शक्य नाही आहे कारण विष्टा जायला मार्गच नाही आहे आणि त्याचा त्रास शेजार्याना खूप होत आहे आणि या कुटुंबात जवळजवळ १०-१२ व्यक्ती राहतात कृपया करून आपण याबाबत योग्य ती दखल घेऊन योग्य पर्याय द्यावा.

माजी तक्रार देऊन ३ महिने उलटून गेले आहे परुंतु अजूनही काही Action नाही किंवा मला हि काही रिप्लाय नाही आलेले आहे. काही Action घेणार आहेत कि नाही कि यासाठी काही दुसरा पर्याय उपलब्ध आहे तर ते कळवावे यासंबंधी जे कॉन्सर्न डिपार्टमेंट आहे किंवा व्यक्ती आहेत त्यांचे संपर्क क्रमांक द्यावा.

1- g+1 using ms angle, i beams, stone, metal and cement.
2- encroachment on road/pavement
3- ms shutter at ground as well as on first floor
4- heavy machine setup on pavement to encroach footpath.

Dear sir / madam,

I am resident of Shivdarshan building, kisan nagar :3, road no 16, wagles estate, thane – 4
I am pained to see the encroachment of public places and foot path by anti social element and hawkers, who are not only making the place dirty but also creating health hazards.

Recently, 3 cases of dengue were detected in our building. Even shop keepers at the ground floor of Shivadarshan and adjacent building have encroached the foot path. Also gents and ladies hawkers are selling vegetables and eatables on foot path and road, due to which many times traffic jam takes place resulting delay for office goers and students. These hawkers shout in loud voice that causes disturbance and loss of concentration in study of the students who are preparing for SSC / HSC.

In past also, there has been a quarrel with these hawkers who sells fruits, vegetables, papad on main road without paying any tax to the municipality. Even the matter was reported to police but there is no permanent solution to these problems by the authority .Either by preventing them or relocating them the problem can be solved

I request the authority concern to intervene in this matter and take judicious and plausible action to prevent encroachment of public places specially the main road named as ahimsa chawk that is last bus stop of kisan nagar no: 3 connecting to bhatwadi. Kindly create the said place as no hawker zone and relocate the hawkers to another place.

Hope preventive action will be taken .

I am sandhya bhagat from mira road (E).

We had paid the property tax for property number f[protected], bill number 4992505 via net banking and the transaction was completed and amount was deducted from my bank account however we have not got the paid receipt for the same from authorized mira bhayander municipal website (http://mbmc.gov.in/property/).

The mira bhayander property tax website is still showing the
Amount is due to pay.

We had sent follow emails on this issue however we have not got any reply, yet.

Kindly look into it and provide the proper resolution on this issue

I stay in varsha soc., near bhakti mandir, thane west. There is lot of nuisance of stray dogs in our soc. These dogs bark throughout the night affecting our sleep as well. There are cases of dog bites aslo. Some children put belt in neck of dogs. But all are stray dogs only. Please look into it as even our children and senior citizens are not safe from them.
Please take action asap.

This is to inform you that there is lot of stray dogs nuisance in Truna pushpa chs, Louiswadi, thane(west) . It is difficult for us to go to morning walks as it creates lot of nuisance. Moreover these dogs bark throughout the night affecting our sleep as well. Please look into it as even our children are not safe from them.

For general public even though it's...

I am a resident of koparkhairane gaon, sector 19. In this place municipal cleaning workers not clean trash from last 7-8 months, if we are asking for cleaning the building front road area they denied saying rudely that this building hire private cleaner for cleaning.

But as per my knowledge the road area is under nmmc, and building hire private cleaner for building inner area.

Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action against this and clear garbage
