I have booked my tickets from Mumbai to Jammu via Delhi through Musafir.com Trip M-44JE6, Flight Details is Indigo 6E 5126 (Mumbai to Delhi), Indigo 6E 5114 (Delhi to Jammu) travelling on 2nd March.

and

Jammu to Mumbai via Delhi Musafir.com Trip M-44JE6, Flight Details is Vistara UK 714 ( Jammu to Delhi), Vistara UK 933 (Delhi to Mumbai on 5th March

Due to unforseen circumstances i am unable to travel so i called musafir.com about the cancellation and they are not ready to refund the money. wherein while booking the ticket it was flashing Refundable on Musafir Website. I have booked the tickets based on the information provided on the Musafir site.

Musafir is Misleading people by giving false information on the site they are doing fooling business.
