Musafir — Money deducted but ticket not booked. | |||||
I was booking a flight ticket for Patna to Mumbai through ixigo.com on 28th Oct, 2016.Yes, more accurately i would say that "I tried" to book the ticket but the money that is, Rs 9465 got deducted from my ICICI bank credit card account through which i was doing payment, but booking was not not done and I have not got any ticket confirmation, any ticket from musafir(I was booking ticket with "musafir" through ixigo.com) and till today I haven't got any reply neither from ixigo nor from musafir since I am trying to contact them since that very day on which I tried to book the ticket.They are not helping me out with the issue, they are not replying in an any way may it be email or call.I have tried everything, I have begged them for help, I have requested them, but no response from their side. I am attaching the details of the booking I was trying to make and the bank statement. Was this information helpful? | |||||
