My TVS — Car servicing

My experience with MyTvs is very bad. I agreed for the charge 2500 towards general servicing of Maruti alto 800 Lxi - AP3903 and for 63 point inspection report.

They sent back vehicle without cleaning and washing for which they reduced 300 and allowed me to pay 2200.

I haven't received the bill. I haven't received the 63 point inspection report.

As advised by customer care, spoke to Godwin, Manager MyTvs Guindy. He assured to help and now he not answering my call.

I tried several times to reach the service advisor Praveen but he refused to answer my calls.
