These guys from KI mobility solution, Horamavu main road branch Bangalore, took 3 weeks to return my car given for denting and painting for some scratches.
Besides delay and not responding to my calls for 3 weeks, the quality of paint work is absolutely pathetic. There are translucent hazy bands and glue patches all over my windscreen and glass that is not going away even after repeat cleaning. Truly disgusted with the response and quality of this branch. Please resolve

    I booked a service for my car with mytvs through gobumpr app inthe month of March 2023. The said service people promised to deliver the car after service within 24 hrs but delivered after 9 days after several followup. Also the service was incomplete for which they took an advance amount of rs.1000 forbuying spare parts and also billed me with a bill of rs.3900 for some rubber pipe replacement and car wash. I was not paid back my money rs.1000 after several follow up via phone, in person and email but no proper response til now.

      I have registered for vehicle service and same has been picked up by driver within 1 hour from my call and i have told few things to inform me before replacing in my car. They have took my car on Saturday morning (9.30 Am- 22/04/2023) and it's more than 24 hours they have not returned my car. I have told them to cancel my service but still they are not returning it

        My issue is yet to be resolved. One called me from escalation team & said we will look into it & nothing has moved. I called the service manager he is saying I will have to spend Rs 20k more to get my issue resolved & nothing can be done from his end to solve the unresolved issue. I am pained by this act of making me spend Rs 50k of which 22k for Gear related issues & make me a scape goat now to achieve his Target for this month for a 20k excess spent

          I had been giving my Vehicle for service with Nissan Authorised service centre only. First time ever I had tried myTVS by registering it thru GoBumpr on 25th March 2023. There wasn't any call till evening to me & i had the person which came to me thru SMS. That person said he is trying & nothing turned up. On Monday 27th I called up the people & Zero response. I then continously called the service guys, then came a supervisor who tried to give me confidence & asked me change the complete Gear Kit which will cost me 22k & then convinced me for tyre change that will cost 24k odd. I believed all that & agreed for changeover of all for a overall cost of 50k. Then I paid Rs 15k advance & there was no response. Then on Saturday 1st April my car was dropped Home & that didn't have the 1st gear functioning. Then it was picked back from my office on 3rd April which didn't have a proper service, without reverse gear & 1st gear functioning on 8th April. Then on 9th April I myself took the vehicle to Guindy centre whereall the comedy was happening so far. I was made to wait for 1 hour. Then told it will be serviced properly & sent to me. On 10th the car came back Home saying it is good & well cleared.

          I told the supervisor that day itself I will be out of town & will be back 12th late evening. On 13th I took the vehicle & I have the 1st gear issue still. Added to it was the AC issue now & there a Amber light glowing on the engine value. I am so irritated that I shouldn't have chosen myTVS, rather could have struck with Nissan only. I have no answers from no one.

            Their car pickup organisation is very efficient. You get a message saying car has been delivered and someone will contact you.

            Nobody contacts you for 24 hours nor do they pic up the call

              Seemingly fraud company

              I booked oil change service from mytvs and I was promised same day service. The pickup was prompt but then my real ordeal started. Within few minutes of the car reaching the hulimavu center, I was told that almost the entire car is in bad shape and the estimate provided was around INR 60K. I had sent the car for just oil change and they came out with long list of things to be done. I have maintained my car pretty well and the only problem...

              I given my car for accident repair one month before, I’m not getting any proper status . It’s been more than one month. When ever I called the service advisor, I’m getting the false update and he saying that work is going on . I visited MyTVS Raja Rajeshwari nagar branch to check the status last week, it very pathetic to see my car in that condition. They not even started any work . Before coming there I got update like tinkering work is on progress. It is very frustrating, I just want to know the exact date, when I will get my car and let me know the correct status of work . I want someone to be call me back from MyTVS and update me the status and delivery date of my car.

                I have booked for 2 wheeler service and also payment is done. It has been 4 days, the service person has not come to pick up the vehicle. I have been calling everyday and he shows no interest in oicking up my vehicle. I am unable contact customer service and also not able to cancel the service and get refund.

                  Car servicing

                  My experience with MyTvs is very bad. I agreed for the charge 2500 towards general servicing of Maruti alto 800 Lxi - AP3903 and for 63 point inspection report.

                  They sent back vehicle without cleaning and washing for which they reduced 300 and allowed me to pay 2200.

                  I haven't received the bill. I haven't received the 63 point inspection report.

                  As advised by customer care, spoke to Godwin, Manager...

                  I have given my car for a general check-up and service on 25th March 2023.
                  Vehicle NO:KL07BP1629
                  JOB card Number RJC-KBNB[protected].
                  Service Assistant Name Surya- [protected].
                  The service Assistant informed me that need to replace the clutch full set and brakes of the car.
                  The technician handled the car very poorly and delivered it (01/04/2023) the in a very bad condition. the clutch was not working and gear shifting was hard. Also on the dashboard, the orange spanner light was on. I called Surya he told need to repair the gear. I was not able to trust My TVs so given the car to my trusted mechanic. He find out that the clutch and gear fixing was not proper also technician put the sensor wire in the gearbox which got cut due to the orange spanner light being on.

                  I have paid an extra 10000 to fix all the issues caused because of MyTVS their technician and Service Assistant

                  The invoice amount I paid to my TVs was 27802- Invoice Number CLS-KBNB23-01207.

                  Please provide me with the refund of the invoice amount and extra cost incurred
                  27802+10000 = 37802

                  If not get a solution then we will move legally

                    I recently booked my car for express service. They just charged me 1486rs kept the car for 2 days and returned in same condition. They also never respond to calls and didnt return the car until I had to escalate the issue. This is Mytvs Guindy branch. They operate bad.

                        I booked the car general service on 3rd April 2023. Driver picked the ca from my office in Oragadam, Chennai at around 12:30 PM. As promised the car after service will be returned on same day, may be late evening.

                        To my surprise dint receive ay call till 7:00 PM also. I tried contacting all the numbers received on my phone. No one pick the call. till 8:00 PM. Stranded in my office I had no choice booked cab paid Rs 700 for one way as my home is 45 kms from office.

                        Next day morning I tried calling various numbers and find out the service is still not done. I requested them to return as it is without service.

                        TVS car service wasted my time & money. I find them most irresponsible team, who has no regards to customer plight.

                          I had my bike serviced at my tvs near hulimavu banergatta road bangalore.
                          After bike service is done front wheel got jammed due to duplicate parts installed.
                          Front disc master cylinder kit and disc pads both installed were duplicate.
                          Disc pad 400rs and front master cylinder kit was 1600rs.
                          While actual cost was less, they have charged more than mrp and that too was duplicate.
                          Please resolve my issue and get my money refunded.

                            Hi,
                            I got a call yesterday from customer care asking the vehicle to get serviced. The concern Executive was forcing me and telling that I will get the car ready by yesterday evening.
                            The employee /service engineer was telling it will be difficult to deliver the vehicle Todsy as he have already committed for other vehicle delivery.
                            The customer care executive called me and promised that I will receive the vehicle in the evening and graunteed it.
                            But in the evening there is no response from that executive nor follow up on the service.
                            I tried calling reaching the service engineer there too no response received.

                            When am in need of Vehicle and giving a wrong commitment and getting the vehicle for service is purely unacceptable, where I hired a vehicle for a purpose and met a loss of 500rupess due to this.

                            Kindly check this issue and look on too this compensating this. Note yet to receive vehicle update

                              I droped my polo car for oil service on 21/03/2023 to my tvs car service. The estimate rs. 1500 only for oil top up and do general service in that time service engineer told to me. The next day i got an phone from the same service engineer., he told the entire gear assmebly is need to change and the revised estimate for above and service is rs. 12000., ok i agred. And i was request him arrange to deliver the car as early as possible. He agreed to delivered. The next day i got phone froim another service engineer. He told the changing cost for gear assembly not included some parts . So the estimate will gone to above rs. 30000. I had not agree the service. I told to him donot do any extra gear service, it was in good conditions when i drop the car in your service point so you please delivered the car in same conditions with out any complient from gear assembly. He agreed and deliverd my car on 23/03/2023 in 1, 45, 430 km. In next day when i got a major sound from engine sound and i am not able to drive in normal speed. So i was stoped the car in my office shleter. Now it is not in running conditions. So kindly make an arange to bring the good running conditions when i would came to your service point.

                              My car had no gear problem when i came to your service place. Please take immediate action . I need responce from your side

                                Gave my car for simple AC servicing, was informed that condenser and compressor needs to be replaced and they charged me 28000. Ver next day AC was not working, took my car to their service station and they said new compressor has failed and they will replace it. After 5 days they delivered my car and very next day once again problem started. Took my car for the third time and now they are informing that wiring is the problem and that needs to be replaced. Don't understand why in the first place they said compressor and condenser needs to be replaced to make my AC work and now they are saying wiring is the actual problem. If that was the case why as a professional company they diagnosed it wrongly and now changing their version to different problem. Either they need to get my car AC corrected or return the amount paid by me immediately.

                                  I have given my car Hyundai EON magna+ AP29 BS1443 for reservice since it was not done properly for the first time.
                                  Inspite of not responding during initial 15 days, they called me later saying they would provide proper reservice this time.

                                  Since 15 days warranty period expired, i would be charged minimum inspite of giving free service.

                                  Now, since last 4 days they have not returned the car and giving me some or the other reasons.

                                  Also charging me more for labour by telling me different reasons.
