My TVS — Worst experience of Car service and Repair

We have had the worst experience in my life with my TVs RR nagar, Bengaluru . I had given my car Honda City for service and repair of some dents etc, repainting the whole car and an estimate was given to us by Mr Sageer Ahmed - Staff member of my TVS on 1oth April 2023. We were asked to pay advance of Rs 5, 000/- which we promptly paid through Pay TM/Phone Pe on the same day. Due to some insurance issue there was some delay and we informed on 18th April 2023 to Mr Sageer that if there is further delay we would like to have the vehicle back. On April 22nd the final estimate was sent to us and we accepted the same. We were supposed to receive the vehicle 0n 28th April 2023 but since we were travelling we informed Mr Sageer that we will be taking delivery of the vehicle on th 5th May 2023. Mr Sageer kept giving excuses and we issue an ultimatum of taking back the vehicle . Mr sageer pleaded that he wanted some more time and he would complete the work within 4 -5 days. On 11th May '23 Mr Sageer sent a message that the car is ready and he will wash and deliver the same. We informed hime that we would take delivery of the vehicle on 16th May'23. He promptly sent the Bills and we made the payment on 16th Morning after adjusting the advance amount. We were informed that the vehicle would be delivered to our place and we shared the location details.
Next day when we saw the state of the vehicle we were shocked. The front and Rear bumper were not fitted correctly, the boot space area was mess and the carpet was not laid, the Honda Logo was not stuck, remote key was not working, the mud guards were loose and hanging. We were sincerely felt let down by the TVS name. It seems to be fraud company in disguise meant to loot customers. We requested them to pick the vehicle and they picked thevehicle on the 29th May '23 morning. On 30th we ere informed that all the pending work was completed which was not so when we received the vehicle.
Many of the work was still imcomplete. we have taken a decision not to entertain such fraudsters The staff is incompetent, inefficient and unprofessional.
