I had given my car for repairing work to My TVS, Kalipark Kolkata. They took more than 1.5 months for repairing and after that when they returned, It was incomplete. I was following up with them but they are giving wrong commitment work will get done in 8-10 days. Such a unprofessional team who doesn't complete my work. I wondering when the manager will call to complete the work. They have given the same on mail.

I gave my Figo car for general oil service on June 30 at myTVS Ambattur. No issues with my car. They said in the evening that car wash alone is pending and will give by Saturday. Until Sunday evening I kept following up for no use.
Nobody will attend your call for sure. Then by Monday again after multiple follow-ups luckily I got my car without a proper wash even after 3 days.

I suspect for sure that Sat and Sun my car had been used by someone for their personal use and they returned it by Monday.
I did not ask for AC gas charging, but they did and told do you agree. Believe Oil change should have been done.
No proper water wash but they claim they did it.
No transparency from their side.
Funny thing is you dont have any responsible person to complain to.

I went on Saturday to check my car and i did not find it. Also i asked for an email id to raise a complain for that they replied " Go and search in google" . This is the level of responsibility they have.

People incharge for my turmoil. They will never answer calls and by mistake if they do they only Lie for sure.

Ended up paying 5K Rs for such a poor service .

With the current Indian laws we cannot sue them as it will take decades to get it done i believe and hence no customer takes the risk of going to the Court, which is their advantage.

No LAW or GOD will come for our rescue.

Better go to a known garage or a dealer and get serviced even if its costly.

Saturday July 1 I went to their officer by 7 pm looking for my car and when i enquired for an email id to complain, they replied saying go and search in
google. This is their responsibility level.

As the rules and regulations in India favors these sort of fraudulent corporates, customers are left helpless as suing them is only waste of our time and money in addition to what all we had gone through with them.

Better go to a known garage or a dealer and get serviced even if its costly.

I have sent my Honda Amaze TN02BB2577 to myTVS Ambattur on 11th May Now the Owner Balajee ( [protected]) does not take the calls or return my car. Its pathetic to run a service center with such kind of customer service. I am going to log a Police complaint for the same.

TUV300 Vehicle was given for express survey and they found the problems in oil cooler damaged and upper and lower arms broken.
They have replaced the spare parts at price 30K.
We have observed the AC is getting switched off and only air coming out of the blower and oil smell observed.
They have taken the vehicle and returned on the same day evening and mentioned the oil spillages are cleaned and AC working.
I have observed that the AC is getting switched off after 20-30 minutes of running the vehicle again. And the vehicle's gear was not getting changed. I have turned off the vehicle and turned on again. Then it worked.
After 2KM, vehicle got stopped and not getting started.
I request the myTVS Car Service team to resolve the issue urgently.

I gave my car for service on 26th Jun'23 and they took 3days and returned my car saying there are no spares for major items and installed a few items and sent the bill online. I genuinely trusted them and asked for them to drop the car back and when I received the car Infront of the driver I checked and realized the service was not done at all and charged for the Rax box and billed the engine coat. Which is not done as well. And i have the photos of them picking my car with my charger and they claim it's not there. Now both pick and drop photos indicate the charge is in the car. There manager krithivasan from coimbatore branch of myTVS Pickup'd the call and said he will check and come back. Now there is no response from him and not attending my phone calls too. And Mr.Kristivasan Manager or Pradeep none of them responded yet.

Please dont scam in the name of a reputed TVS. I am highly frustrated with the way they respond and make the customer pay the amount and dont care to do the job. When I ask there is no response as well and the manager doesn't pick up the call either.

One of the worst service I have experienced. I have given my car for general service after feeling a small jerking issue. Even after service they are unable to know what my car issue was. Rather than sorting that they started replacing product in the car which was already in good condition like spark plugs and igniters. Even after that the problem is still there. When I asked them to use my old igniters and check and clean the fuel injectors,...

They have tied up with Gobumper for the service and the mechanic visited the home and with almost no inspection they mentioned the repair cost which is more than my current bike resell price. When I refused to proceed they charged 400 rupees for the inspection which they didn't do without even opening the motorcycle. when I contacted myTVS they told me that the inspection charge was 350 and they never mentioned it when I registered through the app nor while discussing it with their customer care. So, in the end, I had to pay them 350 rupees for the inspection which they haven't done.

Left for Ac cleaning service for 1200 plus tax where it was advised compressor is problem
Compressor and condenser changed but ac cooling has not improved. Wrong part replacement done or root cause not identified correctly

The Mytvs reps keep calling me everyday from different numbers sometimes at the middle of the night, sometimes at 8 am on a Sunday. It was my worst mistake to take a trail of their service. Now they have started bombarded me with spam calls. This is my work number and I have elders and kids at home who feel annoyed when I raise my voice on such spam callers and they just have fun. Their service speaks for itself which is eqally ridiculous. It was my presence of mind that I decided not to give my car to their service watching the horrific sight at their service station. But they keep calling me relentlessly with the expectation that they can fraud me with someday. I want to raise a strong complaint to take strict legal action against these fraudsters fooling innocent people.

We have had the worst experience in my life with my TVs RR nagar, Bengaluru . I had given my car Honda City for service and repair of some dents etc, repainting the whole car and an estimate was given to us by Mr Sageer Ahmed - Staff member of my TVS on 1oth April 2023. We were asked to pay advance of Rs 5, 000/- which we promptly paid through Pay TM/Phone Pe on the same day. Due to some insurance issue there was some delay and we informed...

This is not service center. Only water wash spa. That also not proper.
For just water wash they charged me ₹2600 in vadacovai My TVS service center sorry spa.
But their executive's explained me duplicate statement that all work has done such nonsense.
This happens only for pickup drop customers only or everyone i don't know.
I had attached images that simply open bonnet you will identify the problem in it. But they ignored eventhough i called and informed the problem to rectify rat bitten wires.
Tottally worst ever done.

Yesterday 26.05.2023 my maruti ritz car was AC service done with mytvs perungudi branch, my car is send with 10:30am our person check my car what the problem happened many time i will call you our person checking process going on sir finally evening 5pm call our person compressor not nunning sir, AC gas and AC oil filling charges 1450rupees bill if you paid i will send the car...
My question is
1.compressor not running the complaint identified 10hrs doing the time..
2.compressor not nunning means how is possible to AC gas suck the condensor
3.how is possible to oil change
Our person cheating with me and cornering with me the car delivery if you paid and delivered the car...please ensure and funds my money ...

I have given car for service from day 1 no comunication from My tvs i have call and check for update and after 2 weeks i went to garage to get vehicle and paid the bill what they told and camr to know thatthey have not changed engine oil and filter and asked to check then they told its only startig compaint so we will not i told to check bill as they charged for PMS and then they have just replaced the oil anf filter no rear brakes are cleaned and Air filter is not touched and after days they called and requested to pay 12k as they have charged wrongly it seems please dont go to them they are the proper cheaters and not chaning oil or filter be carefull with your vehicles.

I need to raise the complaint on MyTVS people regarding my recent car service which was so worst. Please find the points bellow,

1) They have not done any service, simply i have been charged Rs 5711/- for the same.
2) Initially so many people called for the (trap) service and once its done no one is responding properly regarding my complaints.
3) There is no improvement after the service as i mentioned even worst than previous (Before service was good)
4) Inside they have done polish on complete surface like dash board, steering wheel, Infotainment system and all doors its just they have pored some oil or grease just like that and wipe it out, its fully stickky like a gum, dust accumulation was huge and its not going at all .
5) Petrol was half Tank and now its almost reserve (They theft petrol)
6) I called service people many times to inspect my complete complaints and they said they will send one person to re-service but no one has come for the same so false promises for customers.

Just looting customers money and i can clearly tell these people are worst and thieves. Kindly consider my complaints and share this to many people so that they can avoid this My TVS service and save their money .

On receipt of message in whatsapp i booked for AC service. Before picking up my vehicle i was told that service will be done on the same day and will be delivered by 8.30 pm. Contrary to the information the technician called me by 8.20 pm after 8 hrs and asked about the vehicle problem. Unable to believe their words I asked them to return my vehicle and hence it was returned without attending the service. The vehicle was dropped back at 10.45 in the night and to my surprise when I entered into my vehicle next day morning I found that several interior items including tools were stolen before the vehicle dropped back. All false promises, wrong commitments and highly indecent and arrogant language by my tvs staffs.

My car servicing was done in their BG road service centre and a total of rs 30635 was billed on 28 March 2023 but again in 6 may 2023 my car broke down in middle of the road and again same clutch issue which was suppose to repaired in last service broke down.

I gave my car for AC check.
The bill I got was Rs. 18000/-.
Paid.

I have been trying to reach him, he has stopped responding.

I received a call from customer service for a rating, it was given as 1 out of 10.

No action, no response.
I associated TRUST with TVS but that’s broken.

The best worst service i choosen is mytvs. They called me for periodic service so i choosen and gave my car for service. There is a problem for my car and i told them they said we need to replace some spare and charged 48000 after repair also the problem is still there and after all my car pickup completely dropped. So don't choose mytvs.
