Myindiashopping.com — DVD not shipped or delivered

On this site I bought 6 DVD's and only 2 were shipped and they sent a mail stating that the other 4 DVD's will be shipped from their Mumbai outlet. But however it is 2 months now and I still have not received the remaining 4 DVD's. I have tried various times to contact them through emails and phone calls but none of the emails are replied & none of the phone call are answered, even I've sent SMS for the listed mobile but no one calls back not replies back. Looks like I have been badly cheated by "My India Shopping", I request anyone of you here to help me out. Secondly if even this fails I will have to reach out for "Consumer Court" or the Kerela police to get hold of the people behind this company. Regards, Krishna Kumar
