My Order ID is 1293334 [protected]. I have made two payments for this order - ₹699 through UPI and ₹729 through COD. The order was delivered to me on 14th March. Since then, I have been consistently complaining to Myntra support for a refund. Every time, they give me a 24-hour timeframe, but after that, they don't respond. Even though Myntra's records clearly show that I made two payments, why is the backend team taking so long to process the refund?"
