Hello, I purchased a dress and a scarf from from Myntra. The dress came on 15th Feb at my pincode 517507. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size but it said that exchange is not possible at my pincode. So I returned it and asked for the refund money in Myntra credits since I was going to purchase from Myntra again. The money was refunded as Myntra credits on 16th Feb. This is happening quite frequently now especially during the Sale/festive season. Myntra suddenly stopped delivering to my pincode - 411006. This is the pincode, I have been receiving my Myntra parcels since years.

After calling them, the only resolution I get is they will raise the Complain and problem will be resolved in few working days.

Recieved a fake and duplicate product from myntra. The product recieved was different with retinol which was not mentioned in the product description. The Myntra was irresponsible. The Myntra didn't take any action. They are not ready to return the item and not ready for a refund either. The original price of the Lakme product is 947 but I got it frm myntra for 589 and was a fake Lakme product...

The product i recieved didn't have price tag/seal tag attached to it. I want to return the product but Myntra is not accepting as it doesn't have the tag.

How can I provide the tag when it was not attached to it?

Why should I suffer and bear the loss when it's Myntra who haven't attached the tag....

I purchased products in a bunch which was around 5K. After discount it was around 4600. They mentioned about the interest while payment check-out but didn't mention about the bank's processing fee and other GST charges.
This is a clear malpractice. They should explicitly show all the charges on the payment gateway. Image is attached that they didn't mention about the procession fee and other charges.br...

Had requested for return of product on 11th of September and product was picked up by e-kart delivery boy but this was not updated in Myntra app and again on 13th of September there was another delivery boy who came and asked for same product but I had already returned it on 11th itself, I informed him the same but he had mentioned as product quality issue and updated In Myntra app.even after that I didn't even receive my product nor my refund...

I have ordered 5 items on Myntra.com on 21st August. Out of this they delivered one item and cancelled two items by saying "unforeseen circumstances" on 26th August. Remaining two items are showing "Shipping delayed" which were expected to be delivered by 30th August. They are also not allowing to cancel the delay delivery order neither providing reschedule delivery date. They have "cancel" option in their website but it is giving system...

Hello, Myntra deactivated my account without any notice. Well as per their policies i understand they can delete accounts anytime. I am so disappointed and frustrated. I've been a Myntra customer for 8 years or more. I use it on my account, my siblings account and my friends delivered gifts to my homes too via Myntra and we never faced any issues regarding delivery just over a month ago I ordered some stuff on my pincode and yesterday when I spent hours choosing items for my upcoming birthday and finally decided to place an order, it showed we don't ship to your pincode....

Myntra used to be so good earlier, and now it can’t even manage its order deliveries and it randomly cancels our orders after 3-4 days of confirming it, exactly when we are expecting to receive it.

Ordered Urban Armour shoes on June 12th, delivered on 22nd June have been trying to return since 28th June. They are saying it contained some imaginary seal which I never received and are not accepting return of the same.

The shoe is is in pristine condition and I've already shared photos of the same to customer care, they are repeatedly closing my tickets. They are not able to produce proof that the shoe really contained...

I had placed an order for Bioderma Sebium Night Peel on 8th June 2023 and paid for the same via Airtel Payment Bank (Order ID # 1238118 [protected]). Subsequently I cancelled this order but I have not received the refund for the same.

I have followed multiple times with your customer care team. However, I still have not received any refund.

I also followed up with my bank and they cannot track the refund....

The Shoes from outside looked similar to original. Therefore I thought its an Original pair of shoes. However, the first time I wore it it pained my leg since I have rod in my leg. As soon as I checked the sole of the shows, i found it was a fake product..

I did shopping on myntra using myntra credit and other payment method. When I returned few of the products, it gave me two options of refund which were 1. Back to source (meaning myntra credit and other payment method) and 2. Myntra Credit. I opted for option 1, which is back to source.
