I Ordered a white shirt of Moda Rapido brand from Myntra company but they have provided me with a white shirt of another brand(wrong product was given. Despite raising return and refund request Myntra company is not at all resolving my request. Since 24 th of march customer care department of myntra is telling that it will be resolved within 24 hrs but not at all resolving since last 4 days despite calling myntra customer regularly, no resolution is happening, pls take necessary action against Myntra for delivering wrong product and not resolving my issue.

    Issue Summary:
    On 06/02/2025, the Myntra delivery agent picked up my return but engaged in unethical and threatening behavior:
    After collecting the product, he returned within 5 minutes, forcefully asked to keep it, and then started ringing the bell aggressively while raising his voice.
    There were two products returned, but he failed to provide a confirmation slip.
    When I warned him about recording his misconduct, he fled with the products—submitting only one product back to Myntra while keeping the tracksuit himself.
    Despite immediately reporting this misconduct, Myntra sent the same agent again for another order, putting my safety at risk.
    Myntra has denied my refund for the tracksuit, falsely stating it was "never returned, " despite clear evidence of their delivery agent’s misbehavior.
    Attempts to Resolve:
    I have made 25+ attempts to resolve this through:
    12 emails
    15 phone calls
    App queries & messages
    Myntra has responded with vague excuses, such as “we are searching, ” and has failed to take any action. They have:
    Refused to acknowledge their delivery agent’s misconduct
    Failed to issue my rightful refund
    Neglected my concerns about safety, harassment, and unethical business practices
    Despite repeated follow-ups, Myntra has offered no resolution, no accountability, and no apology. Their lack of action has led to financial loss, severe mental agony, and serious concerns about women’s security and consumer rights.
    Similar Incidents Involving Myntra:
    Delivery Agent Misbehavior: A customer reported that a Myntra delivery boy was extremely rude and repeatedly failed to deliver the product, stating it was not his region. This led to harassment and significant inconvenience.

    These incidents indicate a pattern of systemic issues within Myntra's operations, particularly concerning delivery agent conduct and return processes. Such recurring problems highlight the company's failure to address internal flaws, thereby compromising customer trust and safety.
    My Demands:
    Immediate refund of ₹768 for the product fraudulently withheld.
    ₹2, 00, 000 compensation for mental agony, harassment, and security risks caused by Myntra’s delivery agent and negligence.
    Strict action against the delivery agent and a written response from Myntra detailing what steps were taken.
    Resolution within 72 hours, failing which I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court, Women’s Safety Commission, and Media Outlets.
    Proof Attached:
    Emails, call logs, return pickup confirmation, and complaint history.
    Myntra’s negligence is not just a violation of consumer rights but also a serious security risk to women. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to pursue legal action.

      **Terrible Experience – Incomplete Delivery, Poor Packaging, and Bad Customer Service!**

      I ordered **two products**, paid for both, but only received **one**! The **delivery person claimed** he had no other orders for me, even though I was expecting my second item. I tried reaching out, but the **customer service was absolutely useless**—no resolution, no accountability.

      To make things worse, **I did not receive a proper bill** with my order. On top of that, the **packaging was terrible**—it was just loosely wrapped in cellotape, providing **zero protection** to the product. This is completely **unacceptable**. I paid for my order in full, and now I’m left chasing after what I rightfully deserve.

          I ordered a clara sterling silver ring from myntra on 16th feb and received the package on 18th february, however when i checked inside, only the clara box was present, there was no ring.
          i contacted the myntra customer service and let them know the entire situation, they apologized and said they'll come up with a resolution but since then, they haven't been of any help.
          all they say is, the package underwent necessary security checks, and hence they declined my issue.
          i've lost 2k to this.
          i need my ring or my refund back.

            I ordered dress and it didnt fit me well and the dress size is xl and i need xxl but the thing is the dress last is xl so i requested for style exchange as there is no return but the myntra support denied it. They informed me that i can only have an option to size exchange when there is no xxl how can i change size exchange.

              I ordered Adidas Men Woven Design Ford-Fwd Running Shoes (Size: UK 8) from Myntra. On 4th February 2025, the package was delivered with torn Myntra packaging. The delivery agent claimed the damage happened during transit. Despite this, I accepted the package.

              Upon opening it, I was shocked to find the wrong product inside—a completely different Adidas shoe, which appeared used. Frustrated, I immediately contacted Myntra customer support. They guided me through the process of initiating a return for the incorrect product and assured me that my refund would be processed within 24 hours.

              However, my return request was unfairly rejected without any reason. I contacted customer support again, and they asked me to wait another 48 hours. Despite this, nothing happened. After repeated follow-ups, I have now been asked to wait for yet another 24 hours. This cycle of false assurances has continued for 4 days with no resolution.

              Additional Research:
              Upon researching the seller, Flashstar Commerce, I discovered several complaints from other customers regarding wrong product deliveries and refusal to honor refunds or returns. This clearly shows a pattern of negligence and malpractice.

              My Request:
              I seek immediate intervention for the following:

              1. Full refund of my payment.

              2. Accountability for the repeated delays and poor service.

              3. Assurance that Myntra will vet sellers like Flashstar Commerce to prevent similar incidents.

              I have attached photographic evidence of both the wrong product received and the product originally ordered for reference.

              This experience has been mentally exhausting, and I urge immediate action to resolve my grievance.

                  Hi,

                  I had ordered roadster shoes in size 5 but it did not fit me so I immediately exchanged for size 6. However, during pickup the quality check failed as the shoe did not have the brand name printed on it. The cover and the page inside had the brand name printed but the shoe did not have. I tried reaching out to customer care but they told that they couldn't do anything as the shoes passed the quality check during dispatch. I asked them to take pictures of the shoe that I've received so that they can compare it with the catalogue pictures but still they did not check or ask anything from my side. They went on saying that the right product was dispatched. I told them that the product I received was correct but the brand name was not printed in the shoes. I asked them to show the investigation process but they told that is hidden and as per company policy they will not be able to disclose. It has already been 2 weeks so far. Please look into the matter.

                    This is with regards to order no: ‘1289619 [protected]’, Product name: ‘Anouk Peach & Grey Peplum Shawl Neck Top & Printed Skirt With Belt Party Co-Ords’ delivered on 29-Jan-2025. A return was requested by me on 27-Jan-2025 for the product and the product was picked up by Myntra executive [Name: Sagar, Contact: [protected]] on 28-Jan-2025 at 10:20 AM from the same address from my hand but marked as ‘Pickup Failed’. I have also obtained CCTV video evidence of Myntra executive picking up the order and raised an issue with the customer support team mentioning all the facts. The complaint was registered with Issue No: IN[protected] and the resolution time was given as 3rd of March 2025. I didn’t receive any call from Myntra team and when I reached out to the support team again today, I was told that they have received a confirmation from the logistics team that the product was not picked up and hence my complained ticket has been closed. The same was repeated by his senior Ms. Nidhi. On asking further for escalation I was told by the support executive Ms. Nidhi that there is no option to raise any complaint further and nothing else can be done here which means as a customer I should forego my money despite knowing that Myntra had taken back the product. I was also not transferred further to any senior thereafter. I was not given the full name of the executive whom I was speaking to stating she was not allowed to share the same.

                    I am not sure what investigation was done by Myntra team basis which this incorrect conclusion has been arrived as I do have the CCTV footage of Myntra executive picking up the product from my hand and taking it back with him in his Myntra backpack. Please do let me know if you have any option to resolve this. happy to share the recording, if required.

                      I placed an order on December 28 (Order ID: 128725408204917849903) for an Allen-Solly shirt, expected delivery January 1. It’s February 3, and I have neither the product nor a refund. Customer service is pathetic—constant lies about 'waiting 24/48 hours.' Even after escalation to the grievance team and CEO, nothing has happened. I paid through UPI and demand my refund immediately. Myntra's service is disgraceful and irresponsible. This is outright fraud.

                        A serious issue regarding misleading pricing and a potential breach of trust. I recently purchased a night suit (House of Comfort pajamas and top) from your platform. The details of the purchase are as follows:

                        • Invoice Price: ₹2, 199 (before discount)
                        • Discounted Price Paid: ₹1, 249
                        After bank offer: ₹1155

                        However, upon receiving the product, I noticed that the MRP printed on the product tag itself is ₹1, 299. This discrepancy suggests that the initial price listed on your platform (₹2, 199) was inflated, giving a false impression of a discount, which is misleading to customers.

                            Recently, I faced an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Myntra that has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction and integrity. I placed an order for a pyjama, expecting a quality product, but instead, I received two substandard tops that I never ordered. Shocked by the blatant error, I initially approached Myntra for an exchange because I genuinely wanted the product I had ordered. However, after multiple cancellations and repeated failures to resolve the issue, my patience ran out, and I eventually requested a return service.

                            What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite providing clear evidence—including photos of the incorrect items, screenshots of my original order, and detailed explanations—Myntra claimed their quality check process had verified that I received the “correct” product. Let me be clear: I did not. This is a complete misrepresentation of the truth, and their reliance on flawed internal procedures while ignoring the evidence I provided shows a complete lack of accountability.

                            This experience has not only caused financial loss but also immense frustration. Myntra’s refusal to acknowledge their mistake or issue a refund feels like outright negligence and an attempt to silence a loyal customer. Their lack of transparency and disregard for fairness is unacceptable for a platform of their stature.

                            I am sharing my story to bring attention to Myntra’s failure to uphold basic consumer rights and ethical practices. Such incidents erode trust in e-commerce platforms, and customers should not be left powerless in situations like these. Myntra must take accountability, improve their grievance redressal mechanisms, and treat their customers with the respect they deserve. I urge Myntra to investigate this matter seriously and ensure that justice is served—not just for me, but for every consumer who places their trust in them.

                              I am writing this note after so much of frustration. I really had a bad experience recently with them; I brought a product through online, but they send the incorrect product. After raising this concerns multiple times through online (shared the image with courier received of receiving wrong product) and follow-up made with Customer Service Agent. Simply they had delayed this refund process till the last day of the product return expired date and finally they say upon investigation on their side, correct product was sent. Due to this, I lost my money unnecessarily.
