**Terrible Experience – Incomplete Delivery, Poor Packaging, and Bad Customer Service!**

I ordered **two products**, paid for both, but only received **one**! The **delivery person claimed** he had no other orders for me, even though I was expecting my second item. I tried reaching out, but the **customer service was absolutely useless**—no resolution, no accountability.

To make things worse,...

Delivered bad quality product and after opening the item, we observed that the item was defective and looking like used products. After opening the parcel on the same time we asked for return. Next day they came for pickup and refused to pickup giving various excuse that the order copy was not present, whereas invoice was in the packet. After complaining to customer care executive, they informed us various excuses but till now they had not...

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustation with Myntra's service, specifically regarding the cancellation of my orders without prior notice. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experinced this issue within 35 days.

Today I bought two myntra gift card from Amazon of 1000 and one more of 250 rs and they totally worth 1250rs and they sent me a used gift card what should I do now I am totally helpless right now it was my hard earned money and they r not refunding me my money what should I do now did they scammed or cheated me who used that card bro only I have my gmail so how can u say that I used it where is my money or my gift card plz help me with this I am totally helpless less and shivering because of this glitch or scam😭😭

I ordered a clara sterling silver ring from myntra on 16th feb and received the package on 18th february, however when i checked inside, only the clara box was present, there was no ring.
i contacted the myntra customer service and let them know the entire situation, they apologized and said they'll come up with a resolution but since then, they haven't been of any help.
all they say is, the package underwent necessary security...

I ordered dress and it didnt fit me well and the dress size is xl and i need xxl but the thing is the dress last is xl so i requested for style exchange as there is no return but the myntra support denied it. They informed me that i can only have an option to size exchange when there is no xxl how can i change size exchange.

Here is i lost my money of 1100 and the product.

Issue Description:
I ordered Adidas Men Woven Design Ford-Fwd Running Shoes (Size: UK 8) from Myntra. On 4th February 2025, the package was delivered with torn Myntra packaging. The delivery agent claimed the damage happened during transit. Despite this, I accepted the package.

Upon opening it, I was shocked to find the wrong product inside—a completely different Adidas shoe, which appeared used. Frustrated, I immediately contacted Myntra customer support. They guided me through the process of initiating a return for the incorrect product and assured me that my refund would be processed within 24 hours.

However, my return request was unfairly rejected without any reason. I contacted customer support again, and they asked me to wait another 48 hours. Despite this, nothing happened. After repeated follow-ups, I have now been asked to wait for yet another 24 hours. This cycle of false assurances has continued for 4 days with no resolution.

Additional Research:
Upon researching the seller, Flashstar Commerce, I discovered several complaints from other customers regarding wrong product deliveries and refusal to honor refunds or returns. This clearly shows a pattern of negligence and malpractice.

My Request:
I seek immediate intervention for the following:

1. Full refund of my payment.

2. Accountability for the repeated delays and poor service.

3. Assurance that Myntra will vet sellers like Flashstar Commerce to prevent similar incidents.

I have attached photographic evidence of both the wrong product received and the product originally ordered for reference.

This experience has been mentally exhausting, and I urge immediate action to resolve my grievance.

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the handling of my return request for an item purchased on 18th Dec 2024 through Myntra Online Portal (Order ID:[protected]-9004201, JFK Plus Printed Large-Sided Medium Trolley Bag).

Issue Summary:

Return Request Delays: Placed on 19th Dec 2024, repeatedly canceled by the delivery agent without reason.

Reference Number: Issue raised under IN[protected], and resolution now delayed to 31st Dec 2024 despite multiple follow-ups. Even Escalation Team of Myntra is looking absolutely clueless and helpless

Customer Support Ineffectiveness: Contacted on 26th Dec 2024, but received only standard responses, with no actionable resolution provided.

This experience has been highly frustrating and unacceptable. I request an immediate resolution, including the processing of my return and refund.
