I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the handling of my return request for an item purchased on 18th Dec 2024 through Myntra Online Portal (Order ID:[protected]-9004201, JFK Plus Printed Large-Sided Medium Trolley Bag).
Issue Summary:
Return Request Delays: Placed on 19th Dec 2024, repeatedly canceled by the delivery agent without reason.
Reference Number: Issue raised under IN[protected], and resolution now delayed to 31st Dec 2024 despite multiple follow-ups. Even Escalation Team of Myntra is looking absolutely clueless and helpless
Customer Support Ineffectiveness: Contacted on 26th Dec 2024, but received only standard responses, with no actionable resolution provided.
This experience has been highly frustrating and unacceptable. I request an immediate resolution, including the processing of my return and refund.
