Myntra.com — 5000+ myntra credit stuck after account deactivation

My Myntra account was deactivated without any prior notice or explanation. I had over ₹5000 worth of Myntra credits in that account, which I can no longer access.

For the past 4.5 months, I have been trying to contact Myntra through email ([protected]@myntra.com
), social media (Twitter, Instagram), and their customer support number[protected]. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve only received automated or copy-paste responses, and the issue remains unresolved.
I am not requesting the account to be reactivated — I only want a full refund of the ₹5000+ credits that are rightfully mine.
