Product returned without attempting delivery

I have purchased a jacket under Deewali Promotional offers. It was placed successful and tracking shows that it reached my nearest delivery hub, but all of sudden it was cancelled and being returned to myntra. Upon talking to customer care they said because of operation issues it is being returned, please purchase again with new price.
Price has increased by more than 5000. I want to know if you are cancelling without informing the...

My complete order is not delivered but order status shows delivered

Dear All,
I had placed an order (order ID:128434354697526136701) for two sweatshirts (Size: M & L) in Myntra by paying full amount of Rs 1281.
Expected date of delivery was on 30th Nov 2024. On 30th Nov my Myntra app showed that my order is delivered.
where as I didn't receive my complete order, I received only M-Size Sweatshirt the L-Size sweatshirt was missing in the packet.
I received packet on 30th-Nov-2024...

Haute sauce bag

Ordered bag thru myntra. Recvd it on 10th nov. Requested retun request on the same day as there wasn't any tag, brand name or price tag. They accepted the request n the person came to collect the bag on the 11th of Nov at 7.35 pm when I was nt at home n my minor son was there. The pick up guy rejected the product saying that it's a different product though it's the same product n also approved. After that it shows the pick up is on hold....

Wrong product

I placed an order on myntra for the dress
The dress got delivered to me of anther brad and I wanted to return the product as I did not like the quality of the product
Upon requesting for return the pickup agent cam and refused to pickup the dress
I called myntra cxservice they said thati have to cancel the request and raise another request
I did as said, again the pickup agent came and did not pick up my dressbr...

I ordered Red Chief shoes worth ₹2000 on Myntra, but to my shock, received a cheap shoe valued at ₹400. Despite providing clear evidence of fraudulent delivery, my return request was cancelled .
My order id#Order ID # 1281231 [protected].

Thousands of customers raised complaints but still this fraud company operating smootthly and shamelessly in India. This can only happen in India.

    I ordered 7 products out of which one T-shirt is returned and two shirts are not delivered. Myntra claims that they have delivered two products to me on 4th Oct. But my family and myself where not available in the city on 4th Oct. I was on an official trip (out of station) from 3 Oct to 6 Oct evening, My family is in different city from 2nd Oct to 19 Oct. so, no one was there at my house and it is locked from 3-6 Oct. I have not received any OTP or any call from the delivery person on 4th Oct. I can produce call history, Airtel missed call alerts, Nobrokerhood society entry/visitors screenshot, and flight tickets too. On this, I have raised complaint on Myntra App but got closed automatically saying that the products are delivered. I have raised the complaint on twitter and this time Myntra has registered complaint on email and did email communications. Again, this time complaint is closed by saying products are delivered.

      The delivery service I have experienced with my recent order from Myntra.

      I ordered a pair of Vero Moda jeans, and during the delivery, the delivery boy was very rude and refused to deliver the package to my doorstep. As I was available at that time, I went outside the colony to pick up my order. A few days later, I wanted to return the product, and the same delivery boy came again. He once again refused to pick up the return order from my doorstep. When I asked him to wait, he denied my request and postponed the pickup.

      I received all the pickup requests via WhatsApp, and when I called him, he was very rude to me. For the past two weeks, I have been receiving updates that my delivery has been rescheduled because I was supposedly not available, even though I did not receive a single call from the DELHIVERY delivery agent. I responded that I was available, but the WhatsApp team only replied with apologies for the inconvenience.

      I also raised a complaint with Myntra and the delivery service (DELHIVERY), but there has been no improvement. Another agent with a loading vehicle called me and suggested I contact his supervisor, Bhupender Singh, for the previous delivery boy complaint. I called the provided number multiple times, but no one answered. As a result, no one has come to pick up the return order.

      It is extremely frustrating and disappointing that a top shopping site like Myntra provides such poor service and chooses a subpar delivery service. I request immediate action to resolve this issue.

        As i bought a cap form H and M but the quality was very poor, I Kept return request and they accepted it, but no one is calling till now, and it happened since 6 days but no response from the Myntra . I am really fed up with there activities; this is very bad and they not even responded for our queries

          I have placed a order on Myntra app and the order is delivered to me on 6th oct, but due to size issues I want to return that product.So I initiated return on Myntra app. Later, ekart executive contacted me to pickup, which I rescheduled to weekday/monday as my delivery address was of office address, so I can't return the product on weekends/holidays.
          So I request you to kindly look into this matter...

          Different product received

          I had ordered two pairs of footwear on 05/09/2024 under ORDER ID:
          # 1277508 [protected] amounting to Rs. 1172/-.
          I received both of these on 09/09/2024.

          On 6th october I am trying to place an order on Myntra website of 463 INR, I choose the pay thru debit card option, now on payment gateway my transaction failed and no money deducted from my sbi account, so I tried another time with the same card and same incident happens again. After 1 or 2 minute 463 inr was deducted from my sbi account and this showing in my sbi statement - "by debit card-OTHPG[protected]Myntra Designs Pvt LtMUMBAI — ", and another 463 inr was holded my sbi. After seeing all this I contacted both bank and mynta coustmer care but they are just saying please wait for 72 hrs. After all this on 7th october I checked my statement again and another 463 inr was debited from my debit card and this was showing in statements - "See Atachment". what is going on. I lost 926 inr and another 463 inr on hold by sbi. How can a trusted bank and shopping site cheat like this. I am a student and I want my money back. pls contact me asap...

            Myntra is not delevery at my pincode.
            The first I ordered some t shirts it's delivered at my pincode 524323.
            But now not working and other pincode's also not working.

              I had ordered pink Libas kurta set from Myntra unfortunately but I received a red one. Had raised a complaint through their. customer care and asked for exchange but they raised a return request on 2nd Sep. I did cancel the return and again asked the customer care to raise exchange on 3rd Sep but again on 4th there was return request raised by them. I had to return the kurta set on 6th of Sep. when I checked the amount refunded I received the amount deducting their platform fee which is not acceptable as they are accountable for the wrong order delivered. I have been struggling with them through calls and chats for the deducted platform fee but they are randomly closing the request without providing the refund. Need an action against them.

                Attention Ye Myntra Se koi bhi kuchh order na kare. Ye scam kar rhe hai logo lo loot rahe hai. Aisa hi hua hai mere sath bhi. Mene 9th August 2024 ko HRX ke shoes order kiye the Myntra se Or 16th August 2024 ko mujhe receive huye. But mene black colour order kia tha uski jagah unhone mujhe Mehroon Colour ke shoes bhej diye hai. 14 days ka return ka time rehta hai inka but aaj 30th August ho gyi hai.                 My Uncle ordered a product of product id:"xyxx" and he returned the product on June 29 and they picked up on june 29 and till now they had not given my refund amount. Many times I have contacting customer care they are telling to wait for 24 hours but issue not solved yet. Literally, I called them more than

                  Wrong product delivery and no returning and refunding my money

                  With no tag and it seems like it's a used product when I placed return they approve the return ...but the delivery agent didn't accept the product ......

                  I purchased a House of Quirk sofa cover from Myntra on July 24th for ₹3000. I returned it on July 26th because it didn't fit my sofa. I returned it in its original condition with all the thermocol sticks and the carton. The delivery boy picked it up successfully, but he threw the carton outside the lift area and spit on it. I don't know what he did with the sofa cover. I didn't receive a message confirming the pickup until that night, which made me suspicious because generally messages came after 1-2 hrs only. Also if there is a mismatch or anything, the pickup boy checks verified at the main gate and he has the full right to refuse the article if it does not match or if any tag is missing. But here he picked it successfully as it matches everything in the same packing which came and also he matches tags and everything he verified. When I went outside in the evening, I saw the carton with spit on it. Later that night, I got a message saying the return had failed the quality check.

                  I called customer care multiple times, and they assured me it would be resolved by August 3rd. Two days later, the delivery boy came back to return the cover, but I refused to take it back as I didn't know what had happened to it in the last two days and I returned it in same condition in which I got it. I am not responsible for anyone's behavior and obvsly I will not track the pick up boy till the warehouse. I called customer care again, and they reassured me it would be taken care of. However, two days ago, I received a message saying the return was rejected.

                  When I called customer care, Pinky from the team told me my only option was to retake the cover. I called customer service again today, and they reiterated that was my only option. Do I need to take responsibility for the delivery boy's behavior?

                  Nandita ma'am(CEO of mynta), I emailed her multiple times but didnt get a response. This is a critical issue for customers, and due to the negligence of the delivery boy, I am the one suffering. Can you please look into this as a priority and provide my refund as soon as possible? I also want to inform you that I will not be buying anything from Myntra again due to the lack of support from the team and the irresponsible behavior of the pick up person, which has caused me to suffer. Please process my refund as soon as possible.

                  Customer care, I request you tp please look into thisas they have pciked the cover and also not refunded my money. I am feeling very helpless here.

                    I placed an order for a Forever New dress and that was a cash on delivery order. But it was very embarrassing when my order was delivered. I received baby bloomers instead of the dress I ordered. I requested for my return and the order was already picked up by the Delivery person but my return request is getting rejected again and again. Being a regular loyal customer, I was expecting an easy return process but i am not getting a proper response to the request. Please get this fixed ASAP. As the delivery agent has already taken the product from me and the return was cancelled by mentioning that the product does not match and also Myntra mentioned to the delivery agent to cancel the product. It's not a small amount which can be ignored, please get this fixed and initiate a full refund to this.
