Disappointed and Exhausted as a Consumer | Myntra

As someone who trusted @Myntra for years, I never thought I’d be put through such a frustrating and exhausting ordeal.

On 28th June 2025, I placed an order (Order No: 130298217427384455003) through Myntra.

After repeated delays, I tried to cancel the order, but Myntra’s system did not allow me to cancel even though the item hadn’t shipped....

I have purchased two casual shirts from Myntra, but due to product quality, I have returned both the shirts & Myntra promised to credit my refund amount to my wallet account, but it didn't credit.

After multiple follow-ups, they committed within 72 hrs, it will be credited to my wallet, but till that, it have not received it....

I placed the order on Myntra mobile app on 6th July 2025. The delivery date indicated at the time of order was 15-18th July. However, the product was updated as "delivered" on 10th July. I was traveling till 17th July. Upon my return, I realised, that while the product was shown as delivered, the package was never delivered.

I have ordered 4 products on myntra on 30th may 2025 . Out of 4 products, they delivered only 1 shirt that too a used product without any brand name and prize tag. And the 3 remaining tshirts are not delivered and saying address is wrong.
1. How could they deliver 1st shirt with the same address.
2.I immediately returned the product that I got on 4 june 2025.for that product they said 2 days it will take to get refund amount....

It's been 40 days now,
I placed the order on Myntra on 4 May 2025 for Rs 40000, and today is 13 jun 2025.
To date, I haven't received my product, nor a refund, nor any kind of resolution.
I am fed up now,
Around 30 emails, 10 complaints, and 6 consumer forum complaints, but nothing has been done. This is very depressing, and I am being harassed every day.

I ordered a kurta of Qubo fashion from Myntra and received it without a brand tag or price tag just the size slip of the brand was there.
