Myntra.com — Account is locked

My myntra account has been locked. When i asked customercare, they said it was locked for unknown reasons and they cannot recover them back. I changed the emailid n tried to create a new account. After creation even the new account says it locked. I tried with other two email id’s. They are getting locked. I thought may be because of my mobile number. So i used my mothers mobile no & tried creating the account. Even that account has got locked. What is the issue with the app? It has locked my 5 accounts? I want thos issue to be resolved
