Myntra.com — amount debited but order not confirmed

I placed an order of amount Rs.2888 on july 14 th 04:18 am in myntra app. I have paid through my icici net banking. The amount was debited and received the transaction id from icici bank but the order confirmation is not reflected in my app as well as i didnt get any mail or message from the myntra.I tried to contact them but all the times it is showing their customer executives are busy.
