I ordered a french connection watch from the eros sale for rs.2358.82.
It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd july 2018 however delivery was not attempted and i got a message stating that the delivery was rescheduled (I don't know for what reason) i waited all day for the watch however i didn't get any call from the delivery boy. I tried calling him all day however he didn't answer the phone.
I was expecting the watch to be delivered today so i called myntra customer service who told me that delivery will be attempted today.
I waited for sometime and now i see that the product has been returned to the sender without a single delivery attempt.
Customer service raises their hands stating that they cannot do anything.
They now ask me to reorder the product which is at a higher cost (6k)
1) delivery was not attempted at all.in an ideal situation, 3 attempts should be made before returning the product, assuming that he attempted twice, why was the third attempt not made?
2) customer service was not willing to make any effort to help. A supervisor hung up on me since they could not help. I say hung up because not call back was attempted. When i asked if they could escalate it or if i should write to customer complaints or write to their ceo or should i even shop from myntra, the blunt answer given was, it is your call. I mean really?
3) i offered to pay cod on delivery since they said that the refund was processed (Ideally it could have been an option given from their side) they declined that too.
My point is correct your mistake, deliver the product at the price it was purchased for.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
