I had an order from myntra with tracking id-ml[protected]. However i am very disappointed with the behavior of the delivery boy, he refused to deliver my package at doorstep. He claimed he had things with him which he could not leave downstairs. When i asked him politely to deliver it, he replied back in anger. Very frustrating with myntra...

I had placed an order of a pair of Mango Jeans.
Myntra delivered a jeans of Xpose brand(much inferior than the brand I ordered). I asked them to replace it and send the product that I had ordered. They said they can’t. And asked me to return the product and take a refund instead.

So basically the product I ordered was worth much more and I had got a really good deal, probably which is why, they are now telling that...

Please don't waste customers time by making them order and then cancelling it later giving stupid reasons. Adding to that you fool people giving them good will coupon which is not applicable to any good products (I repeat any good product). I had ordered in bulk out of which you cancelled one product. Now if i make an order again (Which i will certainly not do) i will be charged delivery charge as the product was of 999 and your good will...

This is regarding how big whales fraud you. I had ordered prophere adidas worth rs.11k from myntra. It was delivered to me in last month, when i opened the box the shoes were wrong. They delivered some other pair of shoes instead of prophere adidas. So i requested a return complaint, on their analysis they cancelled my return request saying that it was properly sent from their warehouse. But i don’t understand on what basis...

Hi all,

I had scheduled pickup of three items of which only 2 have been processed for refund. The 3 rd items has either been misplaced or wrongly updated as not picked up.
While pickup there is no confirmation provided on what is getting picked what is not.
Now they are outright refusing any refunds saying nothing got picked in the first place.

This is a hassle as the such checks have to be build...

I ordered 2 jeans from myntra on 12 may 2018. The money got debited but the order wasnt placed i checked my bank app and the statement shows its debited. When i checked myntra it shows order is not placed. So i called the customer care he told me something and he told within 48hrs ill get my cash back. I have no idea what is going on please give my cash back....

I placed an order for a bag around 29th april and was promised to receive the order in 4-5 days. The bag i received was not the one i bought online. Now this baffled me as it never happened before.
