[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Amount deducted but order not placed

Order didn't got placed but money ( 10, 906.53 Rupees )is deducted from my ICICI account and there has been no help provided by myntra yet.
Contacted Myntra Customer care many times but of no use, they just give virtual fake date that money will be refunded, but no there have been no success .

I have tried ordering for hand bag and money got deducted from my bank account but order was not placed.I dont even have idea whether my money will get refunded or not.how can myntra do this,

Payment of 2120 has been made from my sbi debit card but ordered didn't placed. now what is this myntra? It's been 11 days and I didn't get my money refunded. Very disappointed!

My transction has done and money debited from my account and myntra claims they didn’t get money
I ordered on 26 sept still didn’t get any response from they whenever i call they said we are not able to see your order and money
So its not my fault myntra its your responsibility now to send my money back and today its 1 oct

Myntra is saying that they did not receive any order or money though bank is claiming that money has been deducted (2, 996.00 Rs) I want my money back or atleast place the order myntra!! I even called myntra but they're saying that they did not see any order placed nor did they get money.

I order a suit on 8th Septemberand the amount has been deducted from my account but order not placed.

I placed an order on 28th February 2021 on myntra of INR 6, 887, amount deducted from my ICICI account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank - ICICI confirms that amount has been transferred to their account with reference no.: 10591330****. if ref no. has been generated that means the amount has been transferred to myntra. but they are not accepting that amount is transferred and continuously asking me to contact my bank. Very bad service and the issue is not getting resolved. They are not accepting the bank confirmation mails I got and ignoring me and telling me to again contact my bank.

I placed an order on 12.3.2021 on Myntra of Rs.1906, amount deducted from my SBI account but order was not placed. When I called to Myntra claims that they did not receive any money. SBI confirms that the money has been transferred to their account with a reference no.. if the reference no. as well as the order ID have generated then how the money has not been transferred to them. But they told me to contact with my bank. I want my money back or at least place the order. Very poor service.

I placed an order on 16th may on myntra of inr 2074, amount deducted from my SBI account but order not placed. The next day i contact myntra customer care they checked the details and assured me that they initiated a refund and money will be back to me with in 7 to 10 days. In this period I again contact to your customer service they said me to keep patience it will be refund. But after 10 days i again called myntra customer service they said that their refund is successfully done which they initiated but it not showing in my bank account. I[censored] guys initiated the refund then where the money possibly go?? Please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

I placed a order using union bank of india and it ia for vle bazaar . Amount got deducted and message has been received as credited to razor pay ltd who is the gateway for payment here. But no order has been placed and no order id, mail, sms i have have received.

Will the money be reversed back to my bank account??

I placed an order on 13th Sep through google pay for which my money was debited but the order was not placed. Whenever i ask them about the refund they reply me to seek help from the bank which i have already done the amount is credited to their account . Myntra customer care deny to refund me back the amount stating that they didn't receive any payment..

I have placed an order on 14 Dec on Myntra of Rs 1, 240 puma shoes which I got deducted from my axis bank account, from which I paid from phone pe, I didn't even receive any order placed, & the customer care is telling us to wait for 72 hrs to get refund amount, like they are so irresponsible towards customers, they don't even care for our hard earned money, Myntra is the worst customer service.
