Myntra.com — Collected a wrong product and did not return

I had placed an order through Myntra for a MANGO teal pouch via Order ID #1167297 [protected]. The seller was Truenet Commerce. Two days later I placed a return request and the delivery boy collected a wrong product (a bag which i ordered through myntra via Order ID #1167873 [protected]). On realising this, i immediately called the customer care and raised a complaint regarding the same . I explained them that the bag is worth ₹10, 999 while the pouch was just for ₹792 .
Due this inconvenience, I asked to cancel my return request and return me the bag the guy took by mistake. I also furnished the AWB[protected] and return id [protected] asking them to cancel the return request and return me my bag as it is . The status in app showed “return on hold” and they kept assuring me that the bag will be returned to me. Days later they processed the refund to me of ₹792 against the bag worth ₹10, 999 and I still have not heard from myntra yet . Despite me repeatedly asking to resolve my complaint, myntra has not bothered to help me out and I have suffered a huge loss. Adding all the photos as proof.
