I ordered two artificial jwellery's from Myntra, there was a lot of trouble I faced and still it is not fixed :. The sequence of incident happened- 1- I had to return the product as I dint like it much. As per the Myntra policy we can return the product in 30 days so there was no issue with that bht here come the problem in my area both the pin code works 110045, 110077(updated). So when I raised the request for return it was not accepting pick and move to self ship catogory। I informed that that evry day I receive and sometime return from Myntra from this same pin code- which I my adress. In short there was app issue, technical issue as the ticket was not able to raised etc... I raised multiple request but non of the cc person handle it fine. At last I decided to self shipped now when I sent the item to address (north region delhi) shed-B khasra, No 98/3, 4, 5/1/1, 103/23, 24, 25/2/1 village Farukhnagar, Gurugram Haryana 122506. It returned to me। And when I asked the reson from courier it was stated that it is incomplete. Now am again couriering with mentioning Myntra on top as he mentioned pal mention Myntra @as there may be a possibility there multiple company may had the same address. I am wondering as It's Myntras duty to give the complete details to be specific Myntra to be mentioned on address if that is the case... I hve never has such a bad experience and still the issue is not resolved

      I ordered a dress from dodo and moa on myntra ...they delivered another dodo and moa dress so I took place return request but they verify all tags and everything...they refused to return...they place return on hold...so I am very disappointed...

        I ordered a pair of shoes, and upon receiving immediately found that the size is small for me. While placing the order I saw that it has return and exchange process available.

        I requested for an exchange immediately through the mobile app j
        a matter od minutes upon receipt. The shoe wasn't used at all, I had just tried it once on my tiled floor and placed it inside the box provided as it was too tight for me.

        Now this collection guy comes to receive the product for exchange and says it has a very minor stain on the sticker attached below of one of the shoes. It surprises me as in broad daylight it doesn't look like a stain to me at all.

        This guy asked me if I had used the shoe outside. I explained him the same stating the shoe wasn't used more than 10 seconds before it was back to the box. He told me that he would talk to his executives and get it approved in two days but few hours later the exchange was rejected from Myntra's end.

        Now for several days I have raised multiple tickets stating it has a damage/stain. Within hours they close the ticket claiming it's resolved as their investigation indicates the product was delivered in a fair condition. This frustrates me a lot, and they didn't even mind calling me to discuss about this.

        I have attached multiple photos and sent to them but in vain.

        Are these guys running a scam?

        One guy comes and looks at the product and says it's stained and there is these whole scamsters from the back end team claiming it's not without even contacting the customer.
        I have attached photos of the product. Can someone from Myntra tell me if this product looks stained? If yes or no, then it seems like your collection executive and your backend are not in the same page and contradict each other.

          I bought Realme watch S from myntra, I started using the watch it worked fine for just one day. when i woke up in morning it stopped working. it's screen went blank. it's screen is not working now. this is really a pathetic. i want to return/exchange this product right away. myntra cant just get away by saying this item cannot be returned. if theri product is not working then what's the use of it, what will i do with this faulty product. They asked me to contact realme service centre. I need bill for that, and myntra is not providing me that too. They are just sending me emails of invoice without any attachments in it.

            Hello. I've ordered a jeans from ether brand on myntra. After seeing the jeans it's quality is very low n it's totally different as shown in picture n also it's very loose from waist n short from length. Totally disappointed n dissatisfied with that 2 pair of jeans. So I want to return it n I've fullfiled the return policy. Kindly refund my money back in my account. Not even used or dispatched the tags. Please accept the return nrefund back the money please myntra I request u.

              Myntra is my favourite shopping site and it has good variety of products too but the only thing which disappoints me is the that Myntra doesn't restock the products quickly.
              I had wishlisted Puma Men White Rebound LayUp SL Leather Mid-Top Sneakers (white, size-11). Only 3, 4, 5 sizes are available and I'm in need of size-11. I had been waiting for so much time. Please update the stock.

                I've ordered a Dolce Crudo blue women skinny fit jeans from myntra on 19/03/2021 and was trying to pay online through my debit card of Rs 959.And due to some network issues my order is not placed and the amount of Rs 959 is deducted from my bank account.Please give me refund for my loss.

                  I order a U.S.Polo musterd colour sweatshirt but his size is to loose then I returned the same product on 17.02.2021 but today 17.03.2021 I have not money refund in my account. And his customer support staff always cheated me that your money is returned of my end. Some one day lodge complaint other say send your account statement I accept his all matter but my refund is not credited till now. MYNTRA is a fraud site firstly he send duplicate thing and when you return they don't refund money.

                    Not allowing me to return/exchange the product

                    Hi,
                    I had ordered a pair of jeans from Myntra. As per the return policy, I should be able to return/exchange the product within 30 days of delivery. The size I received was a big size and I want to exchange for a smaller size. When I logged into the app/website, I was unable to create the return/exchange request. I called up the Myntra customer care and they told me that Myntra Insider points were collected for this order so the product...

                    My product have been arrived on 16th march as recieved a msg that it will be delivered that day but till today they cannot deliver to my place as delivery boy charged an extra money to delivered in my previous order and i refuse to give him so he yelled at me and said he will never deliveres it to me and not to make order in myntra again, , , so becoz of the previous matter my new order also have been delay and does not want to deliver, , i have make complain to their office in aizawl for 2 days but does not get any respond they even refuse to pick up my call, , , pliz help me to fix this problem as they all involve in this matter coz they all want the extra money to be charged by our location whomever they delivered to our location

                    Yesterday they finally come and delivered my product and asked rs50 again and i gave them becoz if i dont give them they threaten me that i will always have to pick up by myself in their office, , , , this is how myntra aizawl run their business, , , , making charged making people pay or else threatened them to pick up by themself or not to make order again, , , , when we complain to their office instead of asking us an apology the even raised their voice and they all defence each other in what they have done wrong and making excuses to us, , , even when the delivery boy make call to me and yelled and threaten me i complain and all i got from them is to make deal with them of paying extra money for their delivery boy pocket money as my location is even in Aizawl area its a bit far from other and i have to paid for it, , , , , i told them to teach their delivery boy how to react to their customer and how to treat and to take action against him not to repeat his behaviour again, they said we will but again i make order and he refuse to deliver again and i kept making call to their office and they also refuse to pick up my call and only one man recieve and he said i will lock forward to it but again day after tomorrow he dont want to deliver and not even make a single phone call and he marked me like iam unreachable and cannot pick up my phone and delivered is unavaible, , , , thats how their business is going around, , , , such a shameful workers you have myntra, , , , fired all their worker or make up their behaviour as they think themselves they can do whatever they like to do to their customer, , , pliz teach them a hard and rough lesson to all of them

                      I purchased one suit but got the different colour and I put it on exchange but my complaint is showing return on hold. It is going to complete a month but nobody is coming to receive the wrong product.

                        I ordered for a night suit from Myntra and further placed an exchange request for the same due to size issues. Today[protected], in the afternoon the delivery guy came, properly checked the item (that was to be exchanged- size s) and delivered the new item( size m).
                        In the evening, the delivery person came back stating that the return cannot be processed as there is a hole in the night suit lower despite of him checking and taking then taking the item with him.

                        Myntra is continuously sending defective products and then the returns are rejected and it also doesn't cater to customer help.

                        Another complaint is also with this regard as I ordered for a pair of shoes, it had scratches, return was rejected. When contacted customer support, they took too long to respond and then closed the issue on their own without even contacting the customer.

                        The desirable resolution for the same is my easy return of both the items and a valid compensation from the company for their ongoing fraud practices.

                              Myntra.com customer care have deducted my walet amount of rs 1195 on 12th march which was there from past 1 yr stating that, amount has been expired. This has been done without prior notice or intimation to me from myntra.com side. Customer care is stating that they can not do anything from their side and money can not be refunded.

                                I Had Ordered 1 Tommy Hilfiger Tshirt From Myntra, Which Were Received By Me In Good Unused Condition. On Trying it once, I Found The Size(Small) Doesn't Fit Me Properly. Hence I Raised For A Return. Upon Return, Myntra Updated Me Saying A Quality Check Failure And No Refund For The Order. I Would Like To Notify You, Neither The Products Were Used, Nor Did It Have Any Stains/Smell Nor The Labels/Tags Were Torn.

                                I Would Like To Ask Myntra, If A Customer Wears A Product Even Once To Check The Size, Will The Fresh Ironed Look Be There For The Tshirt??? Some Creases In The Tshirt Are Bound To Happen As It Is Repacked The Customer Himself Without Ironing. Do They Expect The Customer To Understand The Size Without Even Wearing The Tshirt? If So, Why The Return Request Has An Option That" I Didnt Like The Fit/ The Size Doesn't Fit Me" Etc. ????

                                I Have Followed Myntra Return Policy:-
                                Returned Within 30 Days Of Order
                                The Products Were Unused/Without Any Stains/Odour
                                Labels Intact And In Same Polywrap
                                The Products Were Just Worn Once To Check The Size. Also Its Illogical, That I Will Go Outside Wearing The Tshirt With The Tags On. Am I A Mad Person Or Doesn't Have Dressing Sense That I Will Use The Product Outside Without Cutting The Brand Labels.
                                Then How Does It Fail The Quality Check. Kindly Look Into The Matter And Help Me With The Refund At The Earliest.

                                  I placed an order on Myntra on 12th March. Rs. 1867 were deduced from my account (through GPay) although no order was placed. But myntra claims that no money was received from my side. While contacting Gpay, they said the amount was received by Myntra, otherwise why will there be a reference ID.

                                  But Myntra is repeatedly denying that they received payment from my side and telling me to contack the bank.

                                  Why is Myntra cheating customers like this way? They are not accepting it because of their lack of will to transfer my hard earned my.

                                  Please resolve this issue asap.

                                    I ordered the product from myntra.com on 3rd Feb, 2021 and returned the same. Amount of Rs 2562 was debited from my account on the same day. I returned the product and it was sucessfully picked by its been 1 month since i havent got the refund. It was processed from myntra but the amount was not credited in my account. I contacted bank for the same on 5th march 2021 but still the amount is not credited. "Refund not processed".

                                      On Feb 28th, I got a call for one item delivery and they asked for the otp for that, and I got a message after delivery that one kurta was delivered. But later when I checked in website another item was also delivered, but related to that neither any message nor any phone calls I got. Since I was out of station, I couldn't follow up asap and hence I got the glimpse of what happened only on March 10th. When I reached out to customer care, they are not able to take any action since it has crossed 10 days. No person will be looking into site all the time, only through messages that pops up we will come to know. I didn't get any message related to kurta set. I need my money 1055 for the kurta set back.Order ID # 116571548763837854403
