I have placed return request for 7 items which was supposed to get picked up on 16th jan, 2018.I also received message dated 16th jan, 2018 stating that the item will be picked up by an agent named Mohammed kaleem(phone number-[protected]), but no body turned up and also i did not receive any update on the same.I called the customer support, they mentioned that the delivery agent's bike broke down so he didn't turn up.They assured me that somebody will definitely pick the items on 17th jan, 2018.I received message from Myntra in morning that today the itemss will be picked up, but this time no associate name or number was mentioned on the message.Again I waited entire day, called customer support many times.They asked me to wait till evening but nobody came.

I am travelling on Monday so its really urgent for me to return these items by tomorrow, otherwise it will be too late as I will be returning after 15 days from Monday.

I am attaching the relevant document.

I haven't received the products that i ordered during eors but in my orders list it shows that i have received the products whereas i only got a single item which had invoices of around 9 products and the remaining products are not delivered to me. I have tried many means to contact myntra but they are not responding to the complain.

Hi,
I had ordered footwear from Myntra. But the heel height doesn't match as it claims to be. Also I find size issue. I have requested for return. I got a message saying that it will be picked up by Dec 25th 2022. So far I didn't get any notification on that. Please do respond as soon as possible. Because we'll be spending so much money on the product but if it doesn't fit, then it'll be of no use. Please do consider this request and do the refunding asap.
