I have not received the discount which i am entitled to in spite of purchasing items as per the amount prescribed during the recent sale. I hv been following up with no results. The customer support email also has replied as follow:

I have attached the details of the order which i want to return. I have broke the tag from my product but this product is totally fake and threads are coming out from it. They are selling fake products name ADIDAS.
I have ordered a women's jacket, it supposed to be reached at me on 11th January, I didn't get the parcel but got the msg of delivery and written on app also.
Now the no. of responsible person is not reachable and Myntra Helpline is never on call.

    I have ordered 3 being human necklace on 26 night when the sale had just started and the item was in stock (Order no.[protected]-0854803) it's delivery date was 11 th january and still the item is in transit there are no tracking details available and neither option to cancel the order and get my money back.
    I want the product but there is no tracking information and delivery information available.
    I am a regular customer of myntra and this is the first time myntra have failed to do its duty and because of this we consumer suffers.
    Hope to get a positive reply.

      I have already received these item, but its still its not yet updated in my account that its delivered and i am not able to place return request, i have tried every mean to communicate to myntra by phone, through delivery boy, but there is no response at all.

        I have placed return request and i have received that someone is coming to pick up my order but nobody has shown up yet. This has happened twice. I placed the request in december 2017 band now it's january 2018. Even the myntra associate's phone is switched off. I have emailed myntra twice, got no reply. Please i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

          I ordered a product on 25th dec. 2017 on myntra.com.
          My order no is 106607137100281554703.
          It was suppose to arrive at 12 jan 2018 but my product was displayed as lost.
          I mean how can any product get lost on the way. I am also shock that myntra customers didnt even try to contact me about the querry.
          Not even a call or emails. Please resolve my issue at earliest.

          The worst ever experience I have encountered with an online shopping site . I had placed an order for Tommy Hilfiger coffee brown loafers on 6 August. There was an issue with the order as the pin code was wrongly inserted by me( entered 79 but correct pin was 29 )but the CC told me that it would be shipped to the correct DC which is pincode 560029 .I had intimated them about the same about 7-9 times. So the product was shipped to yeshwantpur DC and then to indranagar DC and then to Koramangala DC. I waited and waited till the 18 th August today . And keep in mind I used to intimate them about the product on every alternate days to ask for its arrival from 6 aug because I needed that product so very much . And what finally happened was that today I went to My orders to see the product status and they are showing ' product lost'..after waiting for so long myntra lost my product and didn't even bother to notify me about it being lost. It was a product which was very valuable to me and I had at least contacted customer care at least 7-8 times regarding this issue..but they would say call delivery boy and when I call delivery boy they will say contact customer care ..so they were driving me crazy ..and also I had requested them I'll come personally to collect the product but they say that it is not possible ..only delivery of product is possible..and now even that is not done ..this is very bad Myntra

                I ordered a white jacket from myntra which was received by one of my friends as i wasn’t available. Then as soon as i came back and unpacked the jacket, it had 1-2 small spots on it and was a little dirty. After that i placed a return request and told the delivery boy that it was in used condition on 30th so he kept my return request on hold and i didn’t get any response even after a week. Then after talking to their champions twice they canceled the return request and said that there’s nothing they can do regarding the same matter and so there’s no solution to it, to which i objected and requested to talk to some senior executive which they couldn’t connect at that time and arranged a call within a day, which i haven’t received yet! Kindly help me with this irresponsible and neglecting behaviour of the company.

                It happened on 15th December 2017, my order was not successful but my money got debited. I paid for the order online banking using hdfc site. I even got an email stating my money will be credited in 7-10 working days, I assume I waited a lot, It's a lot of delay.I want my money as soon as possible.

                    I had returned one of my item and three of my items were returned to origin due to technical issue...the money for libas kurta and Nike shoes has not been refunded..tried to contact customer executive but it's busy all the time..very disappointed with myntra..I regret that I shopped from this time.i am not sure that my refund money amounting above will be ever credited to my account

                      I had two exchange requests: 1 jacket and 1 trouser. the delivery guy came and by mistake i handed over the jacket in exchange of trouser. The delivery guy also didn't cross check the exchange product.After realizing, I contacted the same delivery person but he said he collected the right product. After that i tried to call myntra help centers many times and mailed them alot. But no help or coordination even after 5 days of the incident.

                          I have ordered do many sarees ondated 6/1/18 and paid rs14962.00 bycard payment. I recd one parcel on dated 10/1/18and paid amount about 4243.00byonlie payment. After opening the parcel i seen that there were sarees which i have ordered on dated 6/1/2018.&alredy paid by card payment. Also amount of order is alredy from my account. So once i have paid for my order. My order is distributed in so many parcels. Among them one parcel which i received 10/1/2018, on that parcel cod was written and payment to be made. So we can't understand what is inside. It seems to be misuse of prepaid order. Pl verify who is responsible for such negligence. Due to this how can believe for further orders. So return me as such double payment on my account as earlier.

                            I placed an order on Myntra on 28th December for Rs 1, 446.90.The payment mode was through debit card.The amount was debited from my account but the order was not confirmed.I again made the payment and the order was confirmed after the amount was again deducted from my account.My order no is:[protected]-8003001 .I have already send 2 mails and tried to connect to the customer care several times.But all my attempts were in vain.They have not taken any action.They just said that the payment is struck in the payment gateway and it will be credited back within 72 hours.But nothing as such has happened till date.I am attaching a copy of my bank statement as proof.Please take necessary action asap.

                              I have not received my refund of amount rs 419.79 for zime leto solid women pullover even after 15 days of return. I am very much disappointed.
                              What kind of service you are providing, cause earlier i also contacted you through customer care no but even after contacting and complaint regarding it.

                                    I order asics shoes from myntra but i have received nike shoes instead of asics. I request return but company said that we deliver right product and don't allow me to return the product.                                     No anyone come for pic-up and the courier discline my pic-up without any information.

                                      I ordered a biba suit from myntra.. It was defected as the neck was torn. I mentioned that in exchange reason also but the courier boy didn't receive the product with the excuse that i need approval from myntra. I told i mentioned it in the reason of exchange.                                         I have placed an ordered (Ordered no.[protected]-7517303) on 22nd dec'2017 during the sale. The order got delayed and finally were delivered on 9th jan'2018 but the product received was completely wrong. I have ordered one pair of puma shoes and one pair of cat shoes with total amount paid 6784.05/- rs. But instead i have received a leggings worth 2000/- rs. Which was not ordered by me. I am not able to reach myntra customer care helpline number as well. Kindly refund the amount or else deliver the correct products which were ordered.

                                        On cash on delivery.. the delivery person does not carry the Pos machine ... nd i[censored] ask for the machine many of them say's, delivery company dont provide Pos machine... in that case if the product cost is 695 or 598 ... they don't retrun the change.. myntra have big name and have big fame, but they dont have a good seller.
                                        I have ordered flip flops but the size is big for me now i want exchange but not showing not possiable on delivery address to pickup plz send pickup boy to take flipflops exchange

The order got on time and finally were delivered on 21 May '2018 but the product received was completely wrong. I have ordered football of Adidas orange X Glider Printed football with total amount paid Rs. 940.44. But instead i have received a football worth Rs. 749 in white colour Which was not ordered by me. I am not able to reach myntra customer care helpline number as well. Kindly refund the amount or else deliver the correct products which were ordered.
