I bought a mehroon shirt from myntra i hve xchngd it cz of d size issue d shrt is frm d brand jainish... The issue the shirt is bulding out the color... When i wore the shrt mah whole inner wear got of the mehroon color as the color used ovr d shrt is of very poor quality... Plzzz tll me wy to ovrcum it... What cn happen nw plzz provide me a solutn wat wll i hve to do... I hve been a loyal customer of myntra nd ds is fo d vry frst tym dat i met ds kind of material from myntra... Srusly highly disappointed

    I have taken online number [protected] from your website to enquire refund of some returns items on[protected] at 2.52 pm. The person named raj kumar and rahul sharma who attended the calls has taken my debit card number starting with 622018 and ending with 5849. After some time he has taken the otp number from me received on my mobile and debit rs. 20, 000/- (10, 000+10, 000) from my account with the massage that " thank you for using your sbi card 622xx5849 for a purchase worth rs q0000-00 0n pos [protected] at mpesa txn #420216 and rs.[protected] on pos [protected] at mpesa txn# 420534 without my request. You are requested to enquire into the fraud done with me from above on line helpline number and by the persons concerned.

      I am very disappointing with the kind of service got your end, made a purchase through credit card and returned and without any communication refund being arranged on myntra credit, all i wanted to transfer money back to credit card and same mode of payment, delivery boy assisted me and shared wrong information, called customer care many times, cut off my calls ridiculously in middle every. This is some thing we don't expect from one of the reputative online shopping sites. This behaviour has hurted in such way, i have lost my trust for myntra and will not shop again... Very disgusting, ridiculous i had with you guys

        This with reference to my complaint dated 29.12.2017 having return no.[protected]involving Rs. 1959.44) and 06.01.2018 having return no.[protected]involving Rs. 918.38). Even after repeated requests and phone call both the items have not been picked up till leading to withholding of my Rs. 2, 877.88/-. I have been provided with a number of representative who will pick up the items but he never turns up. Further, number of his provided also do not work. This is seer harassment which is being met out to me as my family keeps waiting for the person but no one turns up. It appears that your organisation has made this as policy to withhold the money of buyers for long time by not picking up the return goods and earn hefty interest on the same. If you can go through the details of my phone calls in your record and umpteenth time false promises made by your organisation regarding pick-up. Now, it is humble request to credit my account with my money and get the goods picked up.

          This is to request that kindly deliver my all order upto 12th january by eod.Please take this on high priority or else I have to cancel all the orders.This is very urgent and also we would appreciate if all the items will be delivered by 12th JAN. And also thaku for the all the previous delivered on the time.
          Today u have ordered bagpack from Myntra but I immediately cancelled the order. Also I have paid from my debit card but it doesn't get refunded . I want that my today or tomorrow I got my money back.

              I bought pair of jeans on 29.12.2017. They sent the wrong size. So i returned it to exchange for the correct size. Again i got wrong size. So i returned the jeans for refund of my amount of rs. 2164. They refused to return my money and claim that they have credited the amount to what they call "myntra credit". I do not want to buy anything from myntra. I just want the money back. They have got the jeans back but i haven't received the money.

                I had oredered hrx active wear and received a bag instead of it.
                I had placed the order on 7th jan., 2018 and on 8th jan, 2018 i receievd an sms for early delivery whereas this product which was delivered early was the wrong product (I. E. The bag).
                I logged on the app and requested for a return with the comment as wrong product.
                The next day the delivery guy came to my place but he denied delivery saying that the product i was returning was wrong whereas the wrong product being delivered to me by myntra was the reason i initiated a return.
                I havent yet received the correct product.
                I spoke to many customer executives last week who also confirmed that there was some problem at their end and hence the wrong product was delivered to me and the right product would reach me soon.
                Meanwhile i kept waiting for the right product, the executives kept pushing the deadlines mentioned to me on the mail.
                The right product hasn't reached yet and myntra seems to not care at all.
                This is very disappointing customer service and query resolution shown by mytra.

                  Hello team myntra,

                  This is pratiksha dixit from usa. I am writing this complaint about one of my purchase which i made in october. Long story short, i asked my cousin to purchase a nike joggers pant for my husband from your website. You won’t believe after first wash that jogger pant length reduced like anything to be specific about 5 inch.
                  Please let me know how you are going to justify about the quality of this merchandise. I want some positive results as soon as possible.

                    I have not yet received my order of
                    1) roadster men olive green round neck tshirt
                    2) roadster blue round neck tshirt
                    3) mast & harbor men set of 3 shoeliners

                    It has been shipped through myntra logistics courier, packet number is [protected] and when i tracked it i find that it has already reached aizawl on 9th jan 2018 and it even says it was out for delivery that very same day but i have never received this product till today 15th jan 2018. It has been about a week now and i would be very grateful if this delay could be processed any faster.

                      I have attached the details of the order which i want to return. I have broke the tag from my product but this product is totally fake and threads are coming out from it. They are selling fake products name ADIDAS.
                      I have ordered a women's jacket, it supposed to be reached at me on 11th January, I didn't get the parcel but got the msg of delivery and written on app also.
                      Now the no. of responsible person is not reachable and Myntra Helpline is never on call.

                        I have ordered 3 being human necklace on 26 night when the sale had just started and the item was in stock (Order no.[protected]-0854803) it's delivery date was 11 th january and still the item is in transit there are no tracking details available and neither option to cancel the order and get my money back.
                        I want the product but there is no tracking information and delivery information available.
                        I am a regular customer of myntra and this is the first time myntra have failed to do its duty and because of this we consumer suffers.
                        Hope to get a positive reply.

                          I have already received these item, but its still its not yet updated in my account that its delivered and i am not able to place return request, i have tried every mean to communicate to myntra by phone, through delivery boy, but there is no response at all.

                            I have placed return request and i have received that someone is coming to pick up my order but nobody has shown up yet. This has happened twice. I placed the request in december 2017 band now it's january 2018. Even the myntra associate's phone is switched off. I have emailed myntra twice, got no reply. Please i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                              I ordered a product on 25th dec. 2017 on myntra.com.

                              It was suppose to arrive at 12 jan 2018 but my product was displayed as lost.
                              I mean how can any product get lost on the way. I am also shock that myntra customers didnt even try to contact me about the querry.
                              Not even a call or emails. Please resolve my issue at earliest.

                              The worst ever experience I have encountered with an online shopping site . I had placed an order for Tommy Hilfiger coffee brown loafers on 6 August. There was an issue with the order as the pin code was wrongly inserted by me( entered 79 but correct pin was 29 )but the CC told me that it would be shipped to the correct DC which is pincode 560029 .I had intimated them about the same about 7-9 times. So the product was shipped to yeshwantpur DC and then to indranagar DC and then to Koramangala DC. I waited and waited till the 18 th August today . And keep in mind I used to intimate them about the product on every alternate days to ask for its arrival from 6 aug because I needed that product so very much . And what finally happened was that today I went to My orders to see the product status and they are showing ' product lost'..after waiting for so long myntra lost my product and didn't even bother to notify me about it being lost. It was a product which was very valuable to me and I had at least contacted customer care at least 7-8 times regarding this issue..but they would say call delivery boy and when I call delivery boy they will say contact customer care ..so they were driving me crazy ..and also I had requested them I'll come personally to collect the product but they say that it is not possible ..only delivery of product is possible..and now even that is not done ..this is very bad Myntra

                                    I ordered a white jacket from myntra which was received by one of my friends as i wasn’t available. Then as soon as i came back and unpacked the jacket, it had 1-2 small spots on it and was a little dirty. After that i placed a return request and told the delivery boy that it was in used condition on 30th so he kept my return request on hold and i didn’t get any response even after a week. Then after talking to their champions twice they canceled the return request and said that there’s nothing they can do regarding the same matter and so there’s no solution to it, to which i objected and requested to talk to some senior executive which they couldn’t connect at that time and arranged a call within a day, which i haven’t received yet! Kindly help me with this irresponsible and neglecting behaviour of the company.

I even got an email stating my money will be credited in 7-10 working days, I assume I waited a lot, It's a lot of delay.I want my money as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered 8 number Nike black sneaker and my order number is[protected]-8028603, invoice number- [protected], shipment number -[protected], it was delivered late.. and they delivered me the wrong item which is priced half and I paid Myntra the amount of my order I am dissatisfied and there customer care is also not responding

                                        I had returned one of my item and three of my items were returned to origin due to technical issue...the money for libas kurta and Nike shoes has not been refunded..tried to contact customer executive but it's busy all the time..very disappointed with myntra..I regret that I shopped from this time.i am not sure that my refund money amounting above will be ever credited to my account
