Hi i am ashish patel from ahmedabad. I have ordered the headphones from myntra.com at 28th oct 2017, as my online process completed succesfully but while tracking my order it always show only one status. "shipped to delivery center.
Mumbai (05:45pm)" after that i did'nt recive any status regarding my order delivery,
As my expected date of deliver was 1st nov 2017. I talked to consumer support before that regarding my order...

Myntra as name and online e-commerce company based on india is a big time fraud company, i recently ordered nike shoes which was available on a app and on webpage, however after my order got confirm day after delivery guy came to my door step with a box of my shoes when i opened i was excited and was so happy!! As soon as i saw that was not the shoes i have order, i called customer care and had to speak with one of floor manager, firstly...

Sir myntra ne mere sath dhoka kiya hai nike ka shoes 27 june 2017 ko purchase kiya lekin shoes ka lather pura nikal gaya. Company 6 month replacement warranty hai. Lekin meri baat ko suna nhi ja raha hai
Mera mansik showshad kiya ja raha h plz meri compalain darj kare. Meri call per baat nhi kar rahe hai myntra brand ka naam dekar local sell kar kare hai...

Hi, i have ordered this product and when it got delivered i raised the exchange request on same day as it was delivered. The sandals inside the box were in horrible condition, there was no polythene covering on sandals and it was fungus box. Sandals had fungus on it. The exchange request pickup was set after 10 days by myntra. The pickup boy came on expected date but he rejected to take the product because of its damage condition. He asked...

I had purchased a jacket from myntra but when i received the product the quality was bad, it looked like it had been hanging at the store for ages as the collar and shoulder were absolutely faded and off colour. I feel cheated as my return request has got me no response even after 4 days of submitting it. This may be my last buy from this company. Please pick up your trash and return my money.

I ordered black shirt of jack & jones by myntra code no of product is:1879886 men black slim fit casual shirt from jack & jones, after i used it and wash the shirt colour start faded and whole water turned black, i'm shopping by trust of myntra that i will only get 100% original product but after this incident i will not recommend this brand to buy from mynta.

I am writing this to inform you that my order has been returned to the origin.

This is making me frustrated. I had ordered this on myntra trusting that you will deliver on time.

The delivery person called me on the day of delivery and informed me that he will be delivering it next day so i accepted his apologies.

I waited for 2 more days and he didn't contact me again but now...

I placed order for forca shoes size 8. Received the product in just a myntra cover (No box). Tried the shoes. The left shoe was correct size while the right was very very large but had size 8 printed on it.
So i registered an exchange request stating issues and marked it as damaged product. Delivery guy came but did not take the shoes from stating there was no box and he needs aproval and left. Ever since i called customer care every...

I order Estee lauder bar red color... Today I received parcel but it was only outer cover of Lipstick... No Lipstick was there in the cover... Even the empty cover seems to be some other shade... I m regular customer of mantra.. I ordered 2 lipsticks before also... They were good but I didn't expect this fraud from myntra..kindly send my Lipstick bar red as soon as possible... I already talked to customer care of my training..i m again mailing...

I purchased TROUSER online from Myntra for Rs 897.28/- on 20 Sep 17 delivered vide Order No:[protected]-1729103.

I returned the trouser vide Return No[protected] and was picked up by the company rep.

I was refunded for Rs 763.01/- on 10 Oct 17 instead of Rs 897.28/- which I have paid. Even after repeated conversations On Help No. [protected] My balance of Rs 134.27/- has not been refunded...

I Ordered (Order No.:[protected]-4330903) on 13th Oct paid through debit card and thought order will reach to me by 22nd of oct . But on 21st I got a SMS that order is delayed and will be delivered by 23rd instead 22nd.

We have ordered one dress (Aks women pink printed detail a - line dress) of 708 rs on myntra app. The payment was to be completed on delivery when we made card payment, the payment was not completed due to network issues and my mom paid 708 rs by cash. Afterwards, the money got deducted from the card's bank account resulting in total amount paid of 1416 rs.

Hi i am perumal. I have ordered "american tourister unisex black small trolley bag" rs 3532 in an offer price with gst tax rs. 989.10 on 14 oct 2017. But they delivered the "american tourister unisex red amt elegance plus small trolley bag" rs 2722 on 24 oct 2017. Because of wrong product i paid extra rs.1799.60.
