Myntra.com — delivery boy refusing to pick up return

I have been facing the issue from the past 4 days or more. The delivery guy from myntra refuses to take my return which is luggage bag cabin sized. The only reason they mention is that the bag they carry is not suitable to carry my return luggage which is not my fault, they always appoint a new delivery guy every day and all of them have a same reason.
