I couldn't access to my myntra account as my account has been locked from myntra side without any prior notification/ intimation. This is so disappointed. This creates me difficulties, as i couldn't check my product which are on the way and i couldn't access or track them. Kindly re activate so that i access my account and it's good for my future purchasing.

      My fiancé recently ordered a perfume for me which neither got delivered nor the refund has been initiated. It has been such a worst experience and if the refund is not initiated within the next 24 hours i shall file a consumer complaint and post the experience all over social media.         I had ordered products worth rs.1772/-, order failed message was displayed. I received sms of amount got deducted from bank. I checked my bank balance on google pay and could view money deducted. Later i called myntra helpline they are denying any amount received. I took bank mini statement which clearly shows amount deducted. I emailed myntra and attached snap of mini statement and screenshot of sms. I have written 2 emails they respond we will contact by 24 hours but no use. Please i need justice.

          Myntra is showing that the item i ordered was deliver on 27/09/2019 but i never received the product. At that time my phone was switched off and no one was at home, so when i disputed the same with myntra they assured me that they will investigate and then get back to me. Next day, a delivery agent comes to my door and confirms if i raised the dispute and informs me that he was the same agent who delivered the product. When i asked him where did he deliver he informed that, '"mam it was too dark and i was in a hurry so i am not sure which house i delivered to." so, i informed the same to myntra and then i receive an email from them that because after the product was delivered an email was sent to me as a confirmation that means the product has been delivered to me and they won't be able to do anything else. That particular delivery confirmation is what i was disputing and according to them it is a proof that i received the product. So now they are saying that as i do not agree with this they would investigate but they do not have any investigation procedure and i am losing money because of them as it was not a cheap product. I don't trust that they would do anything anymore

            I purchased nike air force one size 6 from myntra on the 16th september 2019 by sbi debit card, when i received the product it was already opened, the box was not original nike box, it was a simple cardboard box, there were no nike tags on the shoes and no paper wrapper, just the shoes and the carboard box, it looks suspicious, so i immediately file a return and i also tick the checkbox saying defective product. The delhivery guy came to pick it up and then i received the email (Attached below).
            The product did not pass quality check, how would it pass quality check when myself i receive it in a bad condition, doesnt myntra check their products before shipping it, they should have seen themselves that the box was not a nike box and the way it is packed also look suspicious and the size also was too big,.
            I want my refund and i do not want the product shipped back to me.
            I had many successful returns from myntra, but this time it is very dissapointing and unprofessional.
            There were no tags and nothing was there except the cardboard box and the shoes itself, i return everything as i had receive it.
            I want my refund please, the shoes themselves cost rs 6495, for a costly pair of shoes i expect it to come with everything in place, but what i got was a little suspicious.

            And also the product was not used, it was clean and i return it in the same condition i reveive it in.i receive the product from expressbees and the return was made through Delhivery, so why not take that into consideration also, because when i pack the item, the courier guy told me not to Seal it shut, he say that they will do that at the office.

              I am attaching the mail as it is that i have sent to myntra. They refuse to return my product as because i have clicked on some popup on there app through which the insider points were collected against the product. I was not even aware of these insider points the pop up appeared and by mistake i have clicked on it. Now as there is no solution that the product could be exchanged/returned, this insider point policy is i guess introduced to fool customer. Even the computer ask while shutting down when you click onto that do you want to shut down yes or no. This app just had a popup on which i clicked and now the return is not possible. The jeans does not fit me and the product quality is not satisfactory. I called and complaint. They are not providing any solution. They just told me you have clicked so we can refund. What am i suppose to do with this jeans now. Its of no use to me. Mr ankur informed me there is no solution to it next time i should not click. If i had the idea am i stupid enough that i would claim 99points which is not of any use to me i already have 200points more which is of no use. My money is more valuable than these points. Which is feel i have wasted by ordering from myntra. No other online shopping site does these tricks to fool customers. I would recommend people not to get fooled by such websites.

                I placed an order to a wrong address accidentally, i changed it through your application. Later i called your customer care, who was very rude and was not able to change the address. Asked me to call after sometime. Now the order is packed and cannot change the address to the correct location. As understanding the order is been placed to a wrong address, you should have kept it on hold and changed the address and then could have released it. But as there is no sensible initiative form your so called champion, who are a graded looser were not able to help me. Now its going to wrong location. And your system doesn't give me option to change the address.

                  I have placed an order on myntra at 09/10/2019, the transaction got declined and the amount has been debited i called immidetely they said they will refund with 48hrs, post 48 hrs when they called they are saying the same thing and they are not providing a proper solution, i have made the payment through paypal and paypal says the refund is not yet initiated from mythra side, please help with the issue and come up with a proper solution

                  We placed an order for a Next Suit. It was a three piece suit and Myntra delivered only the jacket. We discovered that the product was incomplete after making the payment and accepting the package. We immediately asked for refund and to return the order.
                  Now Myntra is refusing order pick up and refund.
                  The call centre guys make ridiculous statements like produce an evidence. How can one produce an evidence of a something that has not been delivered?
                  They said make a video. Who makes a video opening a package? Are we to doubt every delivery and make videos for every product purchased on-line?
                  When we asked to talk to the supervisor, they disconnected the call. That's the level of service Myntra is providing.
                  So disappointed.

                  Please pick up the order and refund our money. The money that we paid is way too much to let this go.

                      I have ordered 4 curtains set from myntra.com n the seller was [protected]@home.
                      Product name was [protected]@home beige sheer set of 2 door curtains...
                      Set of 2 contains 4 curtains as a whole.. I ordered this on 19 september, 2019.
                      It's amount was rs.1467..
                      The problem was that when i received the product i didn't liked its quality. So i decided to return all of the four curtains as i received all curtains in one parcel. The way i got the product, in the same way i packed all the items carefully. But when the courier boy came to get the return parcel on 26 september, he didn't have me back the receipt of the products he has taken back. Also myntra.com sent me message to keep the parcel ready in an unsealed packet. So i didn't packed them in a sealed bag. I was then waiting for my refund and later on i got message from myntra that refund of 2 curtains has been initiated whereas i sent back 4 curtains like the way i got it. They just refunded half money of rs.733.95 by saying that they didn't received another 2. It was shocking for me that what they are saying??!!!
                      They denied to refund my remaining amount of rs 735 by saying they didn't got the another 2 items..
                      I was not getting why my money was not being refunded to me when i'm not even having curtains and moreover they were putting their negligence cost on me!!!???
                      I was not getting who was lying???!!!
                      That [protected]@home seller or myntra.com!!
                      Because i escalated the case to higher authorities two times n everytime i was given lame excuse that they didn't got product!! White lie on my face when i sent all the things... Instead of checking their worst product delivery standards n instead of giving priority to their customers n trusting them, they were straight away saying a big no no to me for refund..
                      They are now behaving like a fraud company or a very small unreputed firm who doesn't care for its reputation or customers but just for the sake of rs734, they are not trusting their customers.
                      This came to me as a shocking thing for the first time as no other websites in this present era of competition can dare to do such third class fraudsters things!!
                      I really never had any unpleasant experience with any of the websites online, be it a very small website or a medium reputedly websites.. All other websites initiates refund to their valuable customers even if they r not at wrong part because they respect n trust their customers.
                      But myntra.com is a con website. The people involved here all are con artists.
                      They looted my money n not refunding my money when i don't have product either. Product is with them n money too is with them!
                      How they can exploit you like a goons.
                      I really request the #consumer complaints.in forum to intervene in this and help me in getting my refund of rs 734 back to me. I am really feeling like as if someone has badly cheated on me.
                      Please help!!

                        It is reflecting as my product which i had ordered has been delivered to me but i ha en't got any of the item nor i have received any message regarding it.
                        I have tried a lot to contact with the mytra customer care phone number but it is reflecting as it is not available currently and i had mail them regarding this issue also but i didn't get any respond for my query. I had search i the net regarding this issue i got many complain similar to me it means that they are doing fraud with the customer like us.

                          On 30/9/19, 11:40 am, i placed an order on myntra, i payed through paypal. The money was deducted from my account but order was not placed.

                          I tried to contact customer care, but they are not supporting.

                            I made a purchase on myntra and paid through bhim upi option, the amount was debited from my sbi account but my order failed. I got in touch with myntra and they haven't received the amount. There is some issue from the bank's side. However, the amount is cleared from the bank's side. It has been debited from the account and sent ahead is what they say. Myntra is saying that they haven't received the amount and are asking to wait for 10 days more. Every time i call them they ask to wait. Its been six days now and i didn't receive the refund as well. Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                              I ordered a product from myntra on sep 30, 2019 using my paypal account, the amount got debited but the order is not placed and when i contact to myntra they say that they have not git the money and they told me to talk to my bank and paypal customer service. I don't know why they are doing this but my paypal activity says the transaction is completed. I just want my money back. Myntra could not do this to me i am very old user of myntra. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                Have placed an order for a jacket for rs 2619.00 on 3 oct, 2019. Amount has deducted from my sbi account but no order placed is shown on myntra orders section. I have done a payment through paypal and have their transaction id as well as invoice id but myntra claims they haven’t received the order at their end. Cheaters and scammers this company has become, robbing people of their money. Fraud myntra

                                  I ordered an elle 18 lipstick on 29th September. I receievd the lipstick today. The proce was worth Rs. 90. The lipstick is broken and used and not properly packed. This is the first time it has happened. I have always trusted Myntra and been a loyal customer. An action better be taken or I advocate not buying cosmetics from Myntra. Really disappointed.

                                    I m very disappointed with the behavior of delivery man he used bad language with me he said i don't care about myntra complaint i will not deliver ur parcel used the word like tum landord hogi apni ghar par he aboused me as well. I asked him nicely when u will come firstly he ignores me than said ur address is not mentioned than past two days he haras me as well please take a action against him.. He already waste my two days now i asked him when he will come he aboused me nd disconnect my call... This is not the right way to handle customers... He made personal comment for me... Instead of saying sorry he give fone to other person said ladki h isliye kuch nhi boal raha what nonsense is this... Why he is expecting i should respect while he is not giving me any respect... Infact he was threatening me he will keep my parcel... He can't read my parcel address why u guys recurit this kind of people than that mad man expect me to be calm how i can be... Please do take a strick action against him otherwise other people also suffer like me..

                                      My order no. :[protected]-0099001 has been continuously declined day by day. The executive says to bring it like today but wouldn't deliver tomorrow. He is doing this for like, six days. I want my package as soon as possible. I also tried Myntra's "contact us" option. But everytime I try, it says that they aren't available at the moment. I tried to call the executive but the phone no. is not correct. I can't call the company either. Please look through this matter as soon as possible.

                                        They don't deliver my product... Playing with my product.

                                        My product deliver date was 29/09/2019

                                        It is in kolkata from so many days..

                                        One day it is in tollygunje, kolkata.. Next day it is in bhawanipur, kolkata... The next day again it is again in same place tollygunje.. And now today it is in chinnar park, kolkata
                                        They are just moving this product from one centre to another in kolkata.

                                        Even the custome care is worse. They don't tell me where my product is.. They just keep on saying sorry and wait till 07/10/2019. They don't even say why my product is revolving around the same city from so many days. Nor they give me their delivery centre location.

                                        Please take action for playing.
