I had order Myntra e-gift card on 24th December.
It was pre-paid payment and 2400 INR was debited and received by Myntra instanatly.
A valid gift card was to be received through email which should contain gift card number, PIN and expiry date.
But till date I have not received any such email from Myntra.
Ideally, Gift Card number should also be updated under "My Profile", on Myntra website. But that is also not updated. Under Myntra website amount on my gift cart is showing "WILL GET UPDATED".
Upon talking to Myntra Customer Care, they are telling that it is delivered from their end and so they cannot do anything.
I have neither recieved any e-gift card through email nor on Myntra Website/Application.
