Myntra.com — discount coupon applied and account not been reflected

Hello,

Myntra also started cheating the customer, as while check out it is showing the discount applied and while payment it is showing the complete amount.

Also customer care started claiming the customer dont know how to booked the order and they are not willing to cancel the order(which i am not getting the option to cancel my self).

At last they will keep you amount in your account for 20+ days and at last they will enable the cancel option and they make you to cancel.

on the first place they have agreed that coupan been applied and now they are telling you didn't applied the coupan. And they have agreed as they didn't informed me prior once i have raised the complaint about an update.
