I ordered a blue mango denim jeans from myntra and when i received the courier i got a black denim black mango jeans. After complaining to customer care they arranged a pick up where in the pick up guy asked me for a jabong and myntra return and he exchanged my product by giving the jabong product to myntra. This is the 3rd time i am complaining. Like i said before and now again, no response to call.. Always busy and unavailable. The help centre in myntra is of no use since its not helping us. And my product has been stucked since 26th december and i dont even know its whereabouts because the tracking has freezed since 26th december. I am so disappointed in their service.. They are doing nothing for customer satisfaction cos here i am disappointed....

I ordered 2 lakme 9 to 5 rose ivory weightless mousse foundation 01 from myntra on 30th dec 2018 and it was to be delivered on 5th jan 19... One of the tube was empty and full air inside the tube
Unfortunately i can't return the product but this kind of service was unexpected from myntra. Why you do this kind of stupid???
Why do u give this kind of product to customers?? We are giving cash for each product, so we are expecting...

I feel stressed and mentally traumatized by team myntra because of their pathetic customer service. I filed a return order on the day i received my product and i was given a return slot of 2nd jan, till today, nobody has come for pickup and service center never accept my calls neither does the pickup guy. Whenever i have called them, they never receive the calls, neither do they call back. They website should be taken down for traumatizing...

I ordered shirts from myntra and prpvided my office address to deliver. The delivery guy delivered the order to some other eperson and the product is now lost. And when it came to return they have initiated the refund in parts and also the amount which i got is not full. And when i enquired the customer care they were not ready tp tranfer my call to the seniors and didn't gave me any proper resolution....

I had bought kanvas katha blue sling bag on 25th dec 2018 cost of ₹368.86 and it was scheduled to be delivered on 5th jan 2019. But as i checked my status on 5th jan myntra canceled my order by itself and i complained on email but they have not responded me yet and my order was prepaid but they haven't refund my money yet. My product should be shipped by jan 2 as for myntra promising date, but still its showing me its in delay status, i have been spoken to more than six members and raised the complaint also but there is no progress in my complaint at all.

I ordered 3 products on dec 25 from which i got 2 of them and 1 of them is gonna be delivered on 30 dec.
Its been 5 days i called customer care thrice, but they keep telling me that they have submitted the request for delivery and they will deliver it within 48 hrs its been 72 hrs nothing happened. My product is still there at mahipalpur in delhi from last 5 days. Its a prepaid order. I wanted to gift that but its of no use now....

I ordered on 26th dec on myntra and it was to be delivered on 4th jan.. But it's showing returned to origin... But why... I didn't returned the order even delivery boy didn't called me once... And i had already paid for the order... Is this how you treat your customers???

I have ordered aks women navy blue and green layered maxi dress in myntra and received them but they over not to my fit and hence placed request for return on 30.12.2018 and everyday received messages that someone will come and pick it up but no turned. I received a message on 04.01.2019 saying that the return request is cancelled. Hence placed a request again but there is no response til date. Please look into the matter and do the needful....

This complaint is against mantra for their bad services and fake promises given to me.
1. The delivery agent refused to come to the mentioned address and misbehaved with me using the words like "jo ukhandna hai ukhad lo"
2. I called myntra as the delivery agent was around my address but didn't agree to come to the address mentioned hence i requested them to help but the agent anil kept me on hold for 30 mins and asked for 72...

I received a completely different product from myntra. I place the order for a women black and red layered kurta but insted i got a half pink white jacket. My order number:[protected]-9951307. The pick up man didn't accept my product because the label he had is different from the product which i had. I am unable to contact the customer service. So please refund the amount or deliver the products properly...

I apologize for saying this that the delivery of myntra online shopping is very disappointing and discussed. They have been promised that the delivery should be done in the last 3 day ago i'm waiting for 3 days last they have been called me a said that the delivery should be done before 5pm in 3rd jan after that no other response, what should i do i like that product and it was a gift to my cousin i'm very disappointed i cannot get it in...

Cash paid in stock instantly on 21/12/2018. I received conformation messages. Myntra has promised me be delivered on time but they not delivered and not taking my permission and conformation the orders...

This an old product looks like someone has used it. One of the bottle is broken. When i opened box first time, the product was leaked everywhere in box. Myntra does not provided manufactured and expiry date on site. Such a worst quality it is. Myntra should stop cheating the customers. The product has many faults and even i can't return it.
