I am having mantra account since more than 2 years and on 4th of jan i placed order for 7-8 shoes pair and which was received by me on 15-16th jan, after received of order found that some of shoes was not fit to me and then i was trying to open my account for exchange and return and i found that my account has been locked then i have called to customer care & they were inform me that concern person will call you in 24 hrs but no one has called me since 24 th jan. On 24 th jan i have received email that your account has been locked and can not reactivate and can't refund or return products from this account you may read terms o[censored]se from our website clause. Really it was very much surprising to me because i was going to exchange and return my unused products due to oversize and understand my account has been suspend without any reason and now i can not return or exchange my products worth of more than rs 8000.. Please advice me what can i do now because understand account has been locked intensionally by myntra to customer can't return or replace products.

I have ordered the shoes on 22jan and it was to be delivered on 28jan 2019. I have been updated about my product till 23 january after that no updates. I have paid the amount of shoes by online transaction (Airtel money). Shoe cost me 2241. My courier name myntra logistics and tracking number mlo[protected]. My name is mobassir husain.
I have not been delivered about my product till now so please help me

I ordered 3 items on 5th jan but only one item was delivered on jan 12th. The expected delivered is on 15th jan but i haven't received my delivery yet. I contacted the customer care 4 days ago and they told it will take 72hrs. Still my order was not delivered. My payment mode is through online. Please make the delivery as soon as possible. The delivery is late by 12 days now. The customer care number is also not working properly.

I have ordered puma t-shirt and i have received a wrong product of jack and jones.

I tried four times to return it. When the pick person comes, he asks for puma tshrt to return. Every time i say i have received a wrong product of jack and jones. I have ordered puma, how can i give u puma tshrt, so they reject the acceptance of jack and jones..
I am sending u pictures of what i have ordered and what i have received. I have complaint two times throughout customer care also. But no result i got. I have sent mail once also. Please help out from dis.

I have ordered 3 products on myntra online 26th republic sales during 60% offer of jan 19th 2019
25th has delivered date

Still now i have not received product
Ihave given complaint they telling sry mistake happen we are unable to deliver the product order number[protected]-8496803

Now they telling pay full mrp price offers not applicable

I ordered a kurti on 14th december then returned it which was picked up on 27th december but i was not updated about the pickup and refund... So i complained and then i got the refund on 4th january (Proof of statement attached)..!! But again the same was not updated nor the order was closed..!! Now in between i ordered the same kurti in sale at a very low price which i requested for exchange of size. This exchange was sheduled to happen oh 7th but was picked up as return of my previous order on 8th january (Pick up mail and mssg attached)..!! Now my exchange order too was picked up and i didn't got any refund or exchange and myntra is denying the pickup..!! Now pick of return item was processed already as attached in photo as proof then what did you picked up on 8th january..!! So the exchenge item was picked up.. And now i have nothing to exchange.. Also i have complained so many time regarding this.

I placed on 20 jan 2019. It had to reached 23rd jan. But some reason... I couldn't receive my parcel... But next day.. When i called... Delivery boy.. He told that... He can't provide my parcel.. Pls contact. Customer care. When i contact customer care he told that..in 72 hours u will receive ur parcel. But when saw my order details... It shows that. "return to origin".
Hello.. Sir i m not ur 1st time customer. Every time i purchased from ur site... This type of problem not happened.

I bought some product from myntra online shopping store on 22nd of december and money was withdrawn from my account but then i cancelled it due to some personal reasons but money was not refunded back. Then i called myntra customer care, it is telling that your money is with bank and bank is telling money is with myntra. And now both are just wasting my time demanding time for investigation from more than one month.

I bought a set of 5 trunks from myntra. At first, i faced issues in delivery. Their delivery assistant postponed the delivery twice mentioning that i'm not picking the call though i never received a call from him or anyone. But finally, the product was delivered to me and i was sad that it did. The package included just one trunk. I didn't even open the package and made a call to myntra support. It took 3 days to connect with them and tell them the story but they were responding was more irritating. They said the item consisted of only one trunk. But thank god i have the screen recording of the ordered item and the receipt (I've attached here) delivered to me with the package that clearly mentions it was a set of 5. Their customer support was not helpful so i tried to contact them on twitter. They gave me a reply after 10days i've told them the matter. And it took 20 days for them to accept their mistake. I just asked them for my remaining 4 trunks to which they rejected my request. After all this time-investment and mental frustration, what i got is some more frustration.
They even edited the product's information after the delivery to cheat me. Never expected this from you myntra.

I had placed an order for a watch 2 weeks back.. Mit was stated to be delivered on 26 of jan i made a full payment as well... I did not receive any updates on that... Also, my order did not reach on time... When i called the agent she did nt even know why... N i had to cancel my order... And refund said 7-10 days... This is a very bad cx service fr a cx who shops frequently on ur website... Myntra feels like a scam n a big disappointment n i also know u ppl vl do nothing abt this complaint...

I ordered 1 tokyo talkies women red solid maxi dress and 1 nayo red printed capri jumpsuit but the colth material of both the dreses was so cheap so i made return request on the same day but now it's been more than 1week n i hvn't got my refund so far. They r not even replying any f my emails and calls. Myntra is such a cheater company. I would never ever shop with them unless they will not provide my refund so plz refer my message to myntra

I had order Myntra e-gift card on 24th December.
It was pre-paid payment and 2400 INR was debited and received by Myntra instanatly.
A valid gift card was to be received through email which should contain gift card number, PIN and expiry date.
But till date I have not received any such email from Myntra.
Ideally, Gift Card number should also be updated under "My Profile", on Myntra website. But that is also not...

From past 15 days i am making daily call regarding my cashback that i didn't got in 90 days.. But i am getting the same reply by myntra CE that your ticket is open and will get resolved in next 24 hours..time means a lot to every people.. So i don't think call again and again for same issue is a good thing...

Myntra can you please explain the meaning of highly escalated..

I am IT professional according to me highly escalated mail or ticket should be closed in 48 hours.

But for u i think it means 15 days and even you people not call or mailing us regarding the complaint id/issue...

I ordered a pair of Van Heusen boots from Myntra like a month back. And after wearing that just for two or three times, all its black coating over the heel area has faded, the leather layer is also ruining. I mean Myntra I ordered those boots only by going with the brand and expensive factor too. But, what i got in return. If this only would have happened, i would have gone for some cheap brand with way too low rates. Please resolve this. Dont just olay with the trust of your valuable customers.

Myntra has initiated refund to my bank account but it is not credited to my account. I had follow up with the bank and they tell that transaction id id wrong and myntra customer support people on call do not provide any solution for this, they tell refund has been initiated and it is the bank whom we should contact. Amount is 563.88. Transaction id is 74766518285840500354001

I bought a suit case from myntra order id[protected]-7370803 but they didn't deliver it and said lost in transit. They have not returned my money also. The bank reference number provided by them is invalid i checked that by bank.
Date of purchase is - 20/12/2018
They initiated refund (According to them on)-4/01/2019- but still i have not received the money.

I returned an item to myntra, and i have refund pending of rs. 4578, its been 3 months that i am doing follow up with them and they haven't given me the refund.
As per them they have already given me the refund and have shared the reference id.

This is a fake reference id and have not received any credits in my account, i have also shared my statement with them but still they haven't given me the money.

This company is total fraud!

I have ordered magzayara women black checked shirt style top order no.[protected]-5817401 which was placed on 27dec 2018. Its shows refund processed but haven't got till date.
I have ordered another top faballey women black solid shirt style longline top order no.[protected]-8939503 which was placed on 22dec 2018. It's shows return refund processed bt still haven't shown any progress it has been 4 days of my complain kindly consider it...

This is to your kind information that i have purchased 2 no. Brand lp t shirts. After the washing i came to understand the real brand. Though it was not the lp found as a duplication for the same.
