I have placed an order in myntra on 22 dec 2018 and they said that my product is delivered n 31 dec 2018 but i haven't received the package. So i contacted both myntra and xpressbees courier several times, but there is no progress in the issue. They are simply asking us to give sometime but no use. My order id is[protected]-7355701. They haven't provided me with the tracking number but they are checking my status with the mobile number. My mobile number is [protected].

    This is regarding order number[protected]-7188903 (Dorothy perkins women off-white cable knit pullover) and order number[protected]-1596701 (Under armour women white cold gear reactor).

    These two products are showing in the app as ‘returned to origin’ but they were delivered to me on 9th january before 3pm by myntra’s delivery agent.

    I had handed the full amount in cash to their delivery agent whom i later in the day called asking him to change the app status from ‘returned to origin’ to ‘delivered’ (As this removed the exchange button) and who then asked me to not tell the company about it. I have registered a complaint regarding the false app status and sent them email with images showing the delivered products and their bar code numbers. Since 9th january, i have been calling them daily and every time, they tell me to wait for another 24 hours. They assured me that the issue will be resolved last by 14th jan but the app status wasn’t changed. On 14th, they asked me to wait for another 24 hours and on 15th, another 24 hours. Also, they lie each time, for instance, when i called on 14th january and asked them to forward my call to a senior, someone on line came posing as devansh and assured that within 24 hours, the issue will be resolved. Then on 15th jan, another executive confirms that there is no senior of escalation department by the name devansh. They are just passing time like this and are not serious about resolution.

      Product picked up on 4th jan but didn't received any refund. Received email for incorrect bank details and i sent them again. Call myntra line many time and they told me to wait for 2-3 days or 24-48 hours but nothing is happening. My rs 1093/- stuck. Very bad experience. Even i had words with senior executive they also asure me the same. I ask them to share email for this but they said they can't do so. Why? Firstly i had problem with my courier self shipped amount of rs 360/- for that they didn't add the myntra point and after calling so many time received response after 4 months the stamp is missing. See what type of services is this. I'm so frustrated. And i don't want to waste my money again. Please take some serious action and for email they don't respond. I have attached some details please check that too.

        Ordered a catwalk women flats but received a cheap quality jeans instead.
        When i registered a contact, the company was not helpful enough to exchange it and the delivery boy rejected to take the product.
        I havebeen trying continuously from my side to register complains without getting any satisfactory result..
        It would be of great help if you people show some involvement and help me with this

          I had bought reebok women's black running shoes from myntra. I have raised a return request for the same around the 8th of january 2019 (Return id: [protected]). I returned the item on the 9th of january at around 5pm to rakesh (From myntra). At night i received a message from myntra that my return has been cancelled. I wrote to myntra and informed that my shoes have been returned but not updated on the system. I verified with the pick up person and he assured me that he has returned the item to the facility. Since myntra does not give return receipts and the message comes after hours after the return has been picked up it was not possible for me to get in touch with customer care immediately. I called myntra on the 10th of january 2019 for the same and was told that it will be resolved 4 working days max. The next day (11th of jan, 2019) i received a mail telling me that my request has been declined and myntra will not be returning my money. The representative from customer care assured me that they had verbal confirmation from the courier that the item had been returned but could not be updated due to system issues. The matter would be resolved in 24 hrs. Since, then i have called myntra several times and no one has gotten back to me to resolve the issue.
          It is unfair to hold back my return for a system issue by myntra. As it is present on your call record that the delivery person received my courier. It is also extremely unprofessional and unbecoming that i am kept waiting for 6 days since the complaints and not given an update or any attempt made to resolve the issue.

          I would be like my money refunded for the same and some compensation for the trouble caused to me due to myntra's lack of response for this issue.

          I was contacted by Myntra's backend team 2 days after I lodged this complaint. I received a mail on the 18th of Jan 19, that my return has been accepted and the refund is in process. I received a refund message from my bank yesterday that the amount has a been credited to my account.

            I got a wrong product for my order number[protected]-2351903 from myntra.I git a product that is of less value than my ordered product.Inspite of placing complains several times, I am not getting my product exchanged.
            The product was delivered to me on 4th of jan and from that day I am trying everyday to contact the customer care and get help but every day they are giving some new excuse and my problem is not getting solved in anyways

              Order no: 109874273526856065903. I have placed the order on 07 jan 2019. During that time all the items were available. No of items ordered is 7. Today i. E. 15/01/2019, myntra have sent me an email cancelling all the orders (6 items) except one (Oomph gold-toned layered necklace). They did not even call me or sent any sms. The reason that they have mentioned is out-of stock products. So, today i have checked the items online and found out that none of the products were out of stock. They are great liars. Even if the products went out of stock before 15/01/2019, then why am i getting an email today, when all the products were all available? Such a reckless company!! Further, as a compensation, they are offering me coupon discount of only 40% that too with so many conditions. But they do not have the decency, to reorder those items, because the blunder is theirs. Also, i would be anyways finding products with a higher discount on their website. So, i feel that is not a compensation, that is an insult to me, a slap on my face. They don't want to do anything about it because they don't have any policies regarding that like amazon does. Myntra does not have any customer policy and definitely not a customer-centric company. I am highly devastated. I am not going to buy anything from myntra again.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              It has been more than a month and i have already made multiple calls to myantra customer agent regarding my refund of Rs 480 for a self shipped item but nothing has been done from your end with only assurance being given that myantra is working on it and within the next 24 hours an update will be provided. very disappointing!
              Its past 20 days i have placed my purchase product but still have not received the item yet. Every day getting the msg regarding delivery prompt but at of the day get a msg says delivery failed. Local logistics team said they have misplaced the item.
              Now in this situation i should get proper compensation and just a refund.
              We would like to complain regarding the recent order pick up failure notification. We were waiting for the pick up guy, however he didn't come n placed false failure request.

              This is not the first time he has done this, its 3rd time now.

                This was the second time, order got delayed and got cancelled.
                And there was no communication around it.

                This was really frustrating experience. I've no updates regarding my order.
                And whenever i called customer service, they simply raises the complain and still there was no updates regarding it. They told me that i will receive the updates in 48 hours and in next couple of hours i got the msg which was saying the order got cancelled.

                I ordered on 27th of december and today is 15th jan in the mean time myntra has changed the delivery date thrice still they didn't deliver the parcel. They took 20days and after that they updated me that we couldn't deliver the product which was really frustrating.

                After that i called myntra service to launch a complain but they simply dont have that mechanism. They didnt provided me email address to lauch the complaint.

                  I purchased a thermal set from Myntra. Since I was happy with the product I discarded the original packing and price tag but when I wanted to use it I realised the electronic tag was attached to it. I have been requesting return/exchange but the customer care simply refuses to register the complaint. I have the innumerable phone calls recorded, they have simply asked me to get the electronic tag removed myself and point blank refused to register the complaint. Pls suggest how I can get justice .

                    As i ordered fossil gen 3 smart watch gun metal from aite myntra on 20 dec 18, so far when i recieved thw order was completely different from the product which i ordered on same sute, thereafter i raised the complain on helpline so far issue wassnt solved, as myntra approved for return and now when iam calling at helpline number they are giving the excuse for 3 days to wait and then they will rectify the issue.
                    Here from myntra delivery boys they complain about the approval and they are not picking up the packet for return.
                    Iam in a mess as its soo harrasing situatiion where i paid 18650 rs of amount cod and. I recieved the wrong product which is lyung in my cuboard and everyday iam waiting for some delivery boy to recieve the product.
                    Kindly help me as iam a student and thia amount is huge for me. Harrasing the boys esp gutam prajapat from myntra delivery boy who is raising fake response mentioning that the customer denied for pick up the product. I dont understand this mess i need my money back.

                      I had booked the esprit white with red stripes-top for exchange (From size: s to xs).
                      Delivery person chetan (Mobile# [protected]) came & picked up size:s on 4/jan. He showed the image that has to be picked up & collected along with other 2 items…. But by mistake i gave exchange top also together as he had shown that pic too. He's not returning the esprit top that is exchange product, in spite of asking so many times. What to do?

                        I had ordered Jaipuri Kurta from Myntra. I had received the message from myntra delivery boy Ankush is out for delivery But the delivery boy didn't come to my place and he forward the message to Myntra customer refuse to take parcel... This is not the way to deal with your customers. Company should not bear this type of irresponsibility.

                          I ordered 3 chinos pants from myntra throught my debit card. And the product was not satisfied to my need, so i placed a return and refund order. And the products were returned successfully but still i haven't got any refund in my bank account, its been 10 days but still no signs of refund is reflecting in my account. So pls give my refund back or i will complain this matter in customer court. I'm very much dissapointed with this case.

                            Hi sir/ma'am,

                            I am tiered of communicating with myntra and sbi.

                            I have made a purchase of rupees 4012.57 on 23rd december through my debit card (By debit card othpg[protected]phonepe private limite[protected]) on myntra.com.

                            Now, they have refunded my money back to the same source and these are the transaction numbers. (Rupees 250 credited to my phonepay wallet and remaining below payments should have been credited to my sbi account)

                              I have placed return for two of my orders as i felt the product was not upto the mark as shown in the website. Received a message saying it will be picked up tomorrow, at the eod of that day i received another message saying they were unable to pick up the return as if i had rescheduled it. And this happened the following day as well even after i spoke to the agent and he promised he will be coming in the afternoon. I am not able to understand why this is happening despite being a customer for a very long period.

                              My all (18) product cancel. I got answer from customer care that I have not received the parcels. Actually I didn't got a single parcel. I talked in customer care, I have to order all these again. I checked all products but the price is now increased.

                                Hi,
                                I had placed an order on 28/12/2018 for 1pair of Blackberry Leather Oxford shoes, having order ID[protected]-7460901. The said order was suppose to deliver on 01/01/2019.
                                But it got delayed till 03/01/2019. When I had raised a complaint on 03/01/2019 itself, it said that the product has been returned to sender due to non delivery of it.
                                How was it returned to the seller without customers' consent or without any acknowledgement to him?
                                If it was returned, then why wasn't the refund initiated on the very same day?
                                When various complaints were raised on your customer care number why they were not resolved on time? And why the customer informed about it's resolution?

                                Kindly try to resolve the issue or priority basis, so that the future course of action can be devised.

                                  I have ordered six set of curtains (two types(Brown & Beige Room darkening curtains of cortina) three set each)in a single order order no.[protected]-6947901 and paid an amount of Rs. 3852 on 2 Jan 19.
                                  After receiving order I checked 1-1 sample of each curtain and came to know that brown curtain is of 5 feet length and I placed return request for all the curtains from my side assuming that all the one type of curtains are covered in one return request only.
                                  I have returned all the curtains (12 curtains; six sets; three three sets of two types) to Myntra logistics personnel.
                                  Next day after logging in I came to know that actually return request of one one set of each curtain was placed. As I am a regular online shopper i.e. usually I delete all the messages received due to which contact number of pick up personnel was not available with me but I made a call to myntra and informed the issue. I also had written emails at support/sales/care and got a message that I will be responded soon but till day no response. Assuming that return request is must for regularization I placed return request for all the sets one by one with a written remark that return is already picked up by myntra. The delivery person was aware that he has come for pick up of 4 curtains (2-2 curtains each) he should have not excepted the return of all the 12 curtains. Soon I find the contact number of pick up boy from one of email received (which was in my trash) and made a call to delivery boy as per him he had returned all the curtains.
                                  Beside regular reminders myntra is not responding.

                                    I have been calling for a month and half continuously and mailing as well still i am not getting refund. Worst customer service. The supervisors as well are not capable of resolving any issue. After sharing the correct bank details i have no idea whats stopping them to give my money back.

                                    Will go to consumer court as its a mental torture for me everyday.

                                      Hi Team, I had ordered a tshirt from Myntra and the expected delivery was supposed to be by 13th Jan but when checked the order has no updates from 7th Jan on wards .
                                      I had also made online payment .

                                      I have ordered a duffel bag which was supposed to be delivered on 2nd January 2019.and yet i have not received that duffel bag till date 14th January 2019 and Myntra customer care helpline is not providing proper information and now also they are not giving me proper information about where the product is..

                                        I had ordered a roadster watch on myntra app. However, i received it in damaged condition, i tried to return/exchange it thrice but myntra gave me fake assurance. They keep asking me to share barcode which i have not received it. Every time i had to explain the issue i am facing with. Altough paying rs.1500/- i received damaged watch. I would never prefer or refer anyone to shop on myntra. Below are my order details.
