I bought Fossil Men White Analogue Watch from Myntra for my Engagement. Received the package and when I opened it, the box was empty. There was just an invoice from Fossil. Not a single item inside the box. I immediately raised a complain with Myntra but they don't seem to bother about the timelines of this, I needed this watch for my engagement and it's costly so can't place another order right away and Myntra seems to be so slow.
Called the Fossil store myself, they're rude and don't have any information about this order or anything at all, not sure how this is going to be fixed. I need this for this occasion.
I hope they can somehow expedite this process, but none of their agents seems to be understanding this, they simply answer robotically.
