Kindly help me with this online loot which Myntra is doing. I ve ordere a shirt pant set from mini Klub on Myntra for my 4year old son. Once it arrives I opened the package and made my son to wear it just to check but I found that they ve sent wrong pant because product which I ordered has plain blue chinos pant but they send checked pant.I immediately packed the product and raised complain of wrong product sent and has also ordered exchange product for the same as I don't want money but replacement for wrong product send by Myntra to me. After few days their delivery partner came late at around 7.45pm he was already on phone when I rang my bell and hold my product just as he hung up the phone the rude fellow said this cannot be exchanged to my surprise Iasked him what is the issue he told me u ve to talk to customer care and raise issue I can't take this and put the product there itself.I again told him that why should I talk to customer care when I ve alredy raised exchange request but he told I don't know company will debit Rupees from my account I can't take this and he left just saying this.after some time I received mail from Myntra and they claimed that the product has failed qualitycheck.I was shocked to receive such lame reason as the product was in the same condition which I ve received other than that it was pitch dark outside when that couriers fellow came to my house how the hell he can say it is used product when it is just as received also the pickup guy dint even mentioned me this reason when he came to pick up.
This pure case if loot firstly they deliberately send wrong product so that customer will raise return request then their so called delivery partner dint approve product on the name of quality check.what the hell is quality check when it is in same condition as received. kindly help me resolve this issue.
