[Resolved] Myntra.com — Failed to order but money got debited from my account

On 19th of Dec 2020 I placed an order of 2.7k via upi payment(Gpay). Gpay was showing order is processing, after 5mins Myntra showed failed to order. After 20mins Gpay said payment was confirmed and amount got deducted. I tried contacting Myntra, their customer care said wait for 48hrs for refund. Contacted them after 48hrs that there is no refund, they said we didn't receive money its issue with bank and I was asked to contact them. Meanwhile I contacted Gpay to ask about that transaction, Gpay customer care said that my money got credited to Myntra and that's for sure. Now I dont know what to do. I even tried to call bank and mail them. I found surprising that phone number or toll free number are not working and moreover there is no response from the bank either from mail. please help me regarding this to the confined authorities. +2 photos Was this information helpful? I am also facing exact issue on 19th December I try to order from Myntra ... amount debited and gpay status showing paid to Myntra design private limited but there is no mail confirmation from Myntra and I can't see any order history of that item. I raised a ticket but I am getting the same response that they haven't received any amount.
My sister also facing this issue she also faced this type of issue on 20 December...if multiple people facing issue while ordering from Myntra means there is fault from Myntra end.
Kindly check this issue.

On 29 th Dec 2020 I ordered a t shirt In myntra . Even though the payment is done but my order didnot get conformed . How can myntra do like this ? The amount is neither refunded nor my oder is placed . These 2 things didnot happen even the trasaction I'd is generated too
