Order ID 115497120267876159603 - ordered a couple of items on 19th Oct 2020, including the pant in issue and some tops. I placed an exchange request via the website and also called myntra care for the same.i was told the product will be picked up for exchange the very same day. it was picked up along with the other tops I wanted to return. however, I changed my mind at that very instant and did not want the pant at all, that means no exchange, so I immediately called myntra and told them I do not want the product at all. so to issue me a refund of INR 697 that I paid for the coral pants. I received refund for other tops but not this one. did contious calls and follow ups but no assistance received. finally they gave me a call and promised me refund would be issued and will reflect in bank acc within 5-7 working days. this did not happen and now they are declining my right of refund. they did agree of the technical issue from their side on the call and also offered me another solution of sending a new product for which I should again place a return request. I agreed to co operate. but none of this happened and now they are completely rejecting. this is not done, so much of harrasement, torture for purchase from their website!! please check call recordings myntra.

    I bought a Welbalt Leather jacket, Size M, on 16th Oct. As per the description on Myntra the jacket should fit me but when I tried it was tight. So, I tried to place an exchange but the product was out of stock. I called Myntra and explained the issue, the customer care executive asked me to wait for 15 days and if the product is still out of stock, I should place the return. Thats what I did but the person who came to collect the jacket didnt collect it he said that the jacket is damaged. I explained to him that I couldnt have used the jacket as it doesnt fit me also all the tags and packing is intact the product is as it was received. I raised the concern with the Myntra support they also didnt help. So now I am stuck with a product that I cannot use and return/ exchange.

      I have returned my product about a month ago but i haven't received my refund yet. I tried talking to their customer care and they told me my problem will be resolved but still i haven't received my refund yet. It was a here and now jacket worth 1399. It would be good myntra if you refund my money.

        I ordered w kurta from myntra.after receiving the order I I found a small tear in the kurta.then I placed return req for the damaged product.bt the delivery boy said damaged products will not be received in this way .I hv to call in myntra hlp line no.I called, they asked me to wt untill 2nd dec.then I call today 3rd dec.they asked me to wt for 7th.this not a solution.why will I hv to suffer after receiving damaged product.ur policy mentioned that damaged products can be returned.then why u ppl are harrasing me now?this is a unprofessional disgusting experience with myntra.I have placed req at the same day within 2 hours.price tag and everything is intact.

          I returned an order in myntra and was picked up by the delivery executive on Friday i.e, 27th November. I still have not got my refund. It says refund initiated but it still is reflecting on my debit card. Please resolve this issue. I am afraid I will loose my 1499 rupees. Please see through this problem.

            Dear Sir,

            I ordered my shoe on 14 nov 2020 but till date I’m not received my product. When I called at customer care they told me that we don’t have any update for your shoes after 24th nov 2020 this is last update we have.

            I’m not happy with service of Myntra.com

              This is regarding order no[protected]-4754403. I ordered for a Peter England Casuals Men Khaki Skinny Fit Mid-Rise Clean Look Stretchable Jeans. But upon receiving the product I found out that the seller had sent me a different product by mistake. The product I received was a Peter England Slim Fit Shirt. Please note that I ordered for a JEANS but received a SHIRT. Kindly find the attached pictures of the wrong product in the attachments.

              I placed a return request FOUR times stating wrong product received as the reason. My return pickup was attempted on 20 November 2020, 25 November 2020, 2nd december 2020. Every time my pickup was rejected by the pickup guy. He said that the picture of the return product given to him(on his phone) for verification was that of the Jeans. However since my parcel contained a shirt instead, he wont be able to take it.

              I called the customer care several times and got zero help from them.Even two person from their "Escalation supervisor team" Mr Vishal and Ms Sukdiv called me and assured me that my product would be picked up.But the same problem gets repeated everytime; the pickup guy comes and says your product doesn't match with my image on my phone and hence I wont pick it up.Whenever I raise a complaint the complaint gets cancelled within 3-4 days without resolving my problem.(Complaint id: IN[protected], IN[protected], IN[protected].

                I ordered shoe from Myntra on 26 November and they shipped on 27 November by Ecom express but from 27 November, they are just showing "pickup rescheduled" and nothing today is 2nd of December. This is worst service I have ever experienced by any ecommerce site or delivery site.

                  I have ordered a long coat for my mother it doesnot fit well so i had refund it in 2-3 days within the return time period as the product reached to the company it says ur product does not neet quality parameters

                    Hi,

                    I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Myntra on 21st October. The items were delivered on 23rd October. On 29th October I raised a request for return for all 3 products as I wasn't satisfied. After the items were picked up, Myntra informed me that the return for the Dorothy Perkins peach colored shoe had been put on hold as there was some tag missing.
                    Pls note - I did not retain any tags with me at my end.

                    A Myntra delivery person came to drop the shoe back to me stating that if there was any mistake from Myntra's end, they will resolve it but the shoe has to be given back to me as per policy until the issue is resolved.
                    Pls note - he returned the wrong pair of shoes to me. Instead of Dorothy Perkins peach loafers, he returned Dorothy Perkins grey loafers.

                    I have been consistently trying to get in touch with Myntra since then and every time I call, I am told I will receive a call back with a solution but NO CALL HAS COME.

                    Spoke to Myntra executive Nishma on the 3rd of November. She confirmed I should wait till 9th Nov for a call back with a resolution. No call came. Myntra automatically updated my issue as 'resolved' on the app.

                    Spoke to Myntra executive Sonia on the 12th of November. She confirmed I should wait till 17th Nov for a call back with a resolution. No call came. Myntra automatically updated my issue as 'resolved' on the app.

                    Repeat of the above with Myntra executive Megha on 17th November who confirmed a manager will call me
                    Spoke to manager Gaurav at roughly 4:25pm on 17th who once again repeated the same thing all other executves said.

                    Spoke to yet another Myntra executive on Nov 20th at 11:15am who confirmed a manager will call to resolve the issue but no call came.

                    As you can see how many times I have tried getting in touch - with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM MYNTRA.
                    THERE IS JUST NO WAY OF GETTING IN TOUCH WITH MYNTRA AS THE CALL BACK BUTTON ALWAYS SAYS 'CHAMPIONS ARE BUSY' WHENEVER I HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH, THE EXECUTIVES REFUSE TO GIVE ANY HELP AND KEEP SAYING THERE WILL BE A CALL BACK.

                      Myntra has become one of the largest fashiin retailer but or may be due to those reasons they are unable to fulfil the deliveries on time. I placed an order and after waiting for 1 month, they canceled the order saying unforeseen circumstances. Though they processed the refund where does Myntra stand on the delivery front or could gain complete trust of the customers. I would want the govt. to govern these companies with some rule and regulations as to atleast a small penalty given that the purchasers money has been deposited with them for over a month and when looking about in numbers, it is million people and million deposits, and even a bank would give them a minimum 1% interest making it a profit for them but loss for the customer.

                        2) "SOJANYA Men Off-White Solid Straight Kurta:

                        The products that are reshipped to me, was found to be lying with delivery guys and not delivered back to me. The was reshipped to me after I raising questions about the products / shipments. Neither the money was refunded.

                        Lastly, the reason given for rejection, i.e. used product was returned, is unacceptable to me. I had furnished pictures proving that the product was unused as it had price / product tag intact with the product. Hence, myntra should do thorough check before shipping the product, as in the first place it lacked quality and instead it looked like used product was delivered to me.

                        It is a shame on Myntra for your unprofessional behavior and it is evident that myntra don't abide by business ethics. It is a complete case of cheating and fraud and I m going to take this case to consumer court.

                            I received a product on 21st and that day it self when i unpack the item i found that the product quality was very bad so i requested for return, then on 28th i received a mail saying that my return request has been failed but i disnt reciwve any call neither any courier guy came, i called the CUSTOMER care and they told that my address is showing some mumbai address where as i stay in banagalore, i guess some auto generated address or somw technical issue from myntras end and the wrong address was been upadated, i asked for the return requeat with correct address and phone number, then i got an update for return request i was waiting for the item to be picked then again on 30th got the same mail saying item return requeat is failed and the courier guy was not been able to pick up the item, again the same story happened calle dthe CUSTOMER care and they this time told we cant do anything feom our end you will receive the IVR call just cancel the return request and then edit the address and apply for return of the item. I waited ine day for the IVR call no call. Again the same story repeated on 1st of December.
                            I am really pissed off with such a service from myntra, I and my family always do shopping from this site but this kind of service and harrassment is not expected from myntra. In this pandic time rs 100 is also so much valuable and you people have blocked my money and have given worst product and now playing with the CUSTOMER by updating wrong address from your end. I want my money back and will never ever recommend myntra to others nor I will be shopping from this ### site mostly I would like to say the CUSTOMER service people are the worst persons they hangup the calls when we try to explain the situations.
                            Please address this issue and get my money refunded.

                              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Refund denied by Myntra for 2 Blazers and a pair of shoes due to quality check failed

                              The issue that I have experienced was: I had returned my three products (2 blazers and 1 pair of shoes, INR 8, 504) few days back. Myntra agent came and checked the product thoroughly. I returned the products in the same new condition with all the tags intact. Even Myntra agent checked it and confirmed that the products are in new condition with all the tags intact before pickup. Now Myntra is saying that your return has been rejected due to quality issues. They are denying refunding my money even though I have returned the products in new condition with all the tags intact. They are forcing me to keep the products by sending them back to me and denying my refund. When their own agent checked the quality of the products while returning the products then how can they reject my return based on quality? I had raised the concern with their team but no resolution. I raised this concern on twitter also but no resolution so far. Kindly help me to get my refund.

                              I want Myntra to refund my amount of INR 8, 504.

                              *** Fraud Alert *** Beware People ***
                              After sharing my complaint details here in this website I am getting a lot of fraud calls claiming that they are Myntra agents and can refund my amount. They were asking me to download some app named "quick support" and share OTP/authorization code. Kindly do not fall into these traps, do not share any OTP or download any third party app. Do not entertain these kind of fraudsters, they ask you to download the app and then through that app they take control of your mobile phone and can make payments and read OTP. I believe these website people are also involved with these fraudsters and sharing our personal details with them.

                                Sir it's been 5 days now only two days left after that I'll be not able to return my product...Earlier I returned it then I cancelled because I wanted it to be refunded in bank account... But it is still showing that return requested... I called to pickup agent and asked the same he replied that he had cancelled the request as per my request...I have also tried calling their customer care number, but it's invalid... I've been hustling since 26 November... I have not expected this kind of poor service from Myntra...There is a wedding of my brother and I'm seeking it to return before tomorrow so that I can order the new one before the day of wedding please help...

                                My product costing ₹4000 and I don't have much money left to purchase another suit... I want to return it... Today is the last day to return.

                                  I redeemed flipkart supercoins for Rs 1500 myntra voucher and got credited in myntra credit on 5 April 2020.But now there is no credit in my myntra credit.Myntra is cheating us looted my money Rs 1500.

                                    I have purchased 2 clothes, they both were different from what i have ordered, also there was no price tags with those clothes, one person came from myntra, i dont knw what he has done in his system due to which both my product is now showing as return on hold in my myntra app, then i have raised complaint through myntra app, it has already been 15-20 days and still complaint has not resolved, i have shared pictures of product and also i tried to contact in myntra office nearby, after so many calls, they received and they are saying they will send somone for return, but still not sending anyone. I am very much disappointed with this response. I asked for the return and refund. Please help to get this complaint resolved. I need to return the product and want refund. I am not able attach pictures here, i have already attached in complaint raised through myntra app. My issue created no. is IN[protected].

                                      I had ordered few products from myntra on[protected] and the delivery was expected in a week. However, within after an hour I recd a message mentioning the refund was initiated. When I checked on Myntra app, it shows Order cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or internal issues. Can I please what is going on?

                                        The order which I had placed pack of 2sweater but I got only 1 sweater in which design is in reverse way I had tried and explain many times but they didn't apologize their mistakes and put all blame on me so what kind of behavior is this?
