We at MYNTRA expect and desire some serious quality norms and GENUINE ORIGINAL reliable products to be offered..! But my most recent experience proved to be a disaster..! I had purchased a FCUK tshirt, BLOOD RED in colour from your online subsidiary MYNTRA.com, barely 9 MONTHS AGO...! Order no:73577076 Hardly put on 5 times, i thought of DRY CLEANING it, as a part of my routine which i follow with my entire wardrobe! And i was flummoxed to find the BLOOD RED colour getting transformed to DULL SAFFRON...!!! I have 9-10 FCUKs tshirts, which get dry cleaned at regular intervals, but not even a single issue had ever surface, even a colour fade; and here, the entire shade had flipped- a colour change!!! LIFE OF ANY ORIGINAL DYE CANT BE A MEAGRE 9 MONTHS, aint it??? Had the colour faded, i would have got hostile with the laundry boy; but the colour has actually CHANGED it course, which arises doubt over the undisputed credibility and originality of the tshirt branded as FCUK! Genuine FCUK tshirts last atleast few years with ease, without any COLOUR COMPLANITS! I just dont know whats wrong with MYNTRA, have lost faith in its credibility, its so unbeleivable! You can check how OLD i am a myntra customer, trusting you guys way before the e-commerce had actually found their grip in India, but unfortunately, this relation wont last long!! I have had no quality issues with JABONGs and your parent company FLIPKART yet, so either need to change my e-commerce website or start shopping physically...! Just please do not sell such products to ANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! Have a look over the attached images, and decide yourself whether you want to replace the product with ORIGINAL one, or refund my money or let go!!
