I have ordered fila mens sandal on myntra.com They delivered the sandals on 29 and the when I opened the box sandals seemed to be the used one. I tried returning the product to myntra but they rejected the request saying that the I have used the product instead the delivered product is already used . I tried to return them on the day it is delivered but they are making fake attempts saying that you need to wait till order status on site...

This is the 3rd time in a row that my order has been auto cancelled even after doing the payment. If they don't have products in their stock than they shouldn't do the show-off of '80% Sale' and all those crap promotion emails and messages. I had changed the address of my delivery and my delivery boy(Narender Singh [protected]) told me that the packet would be delivered the next day.
The next day, when i was expecting the packet, the Delivery boy (Narender Singh [protected]) didn't pick up the phone the entire day and on picking up the 10th call, said that he didn't have the packet and some other boy must have taken it. No message/call from any other delivery...
