Myntra.com — Gift card related issue

I received a gift card from my friend on October 1st 2021. Upon using the gift card I found out that it says it's been used by an email id that is not mine. I reported this issue to Myntra customer care with a screenshot and all gift card details. On two occasions the customer care executive closed the query without solving the issue, on the third occasion I got on a phone call with a customer service representative they said 'hello' then waited for 30-40 seconds and closed the query marking it solved. After that for 4-5 times I have just been receiving an automated message saying the gift card has been used by the same ID that I cannot recognize.
The customer service is absolutely negligent and clearly untrained to solve such queries. I need compensation for the gift card and my time that's been wasted.
I tried to report this fraudulent activity via mail to [protected]@myntra.com and I still received just an automated reply.
