Kindly look into the matter carefully and help me in getting my money back.its already being so long nearly 25 days have already gone..Its your duty to build trust of customers..I ordered u.s polo olive green shirt from Myntra and cancelled it due to price issues but the refund is not received till now...the amount of product ordered was Rs.919 . All this chaos make me feel so dissappointed that I have to think twice in future before shopping from myntra if I won't get my refund back.

    Pincode - Delivery not available

    I ordered shoes from Myntra. I recieved yesterday, But it's not exact fit. So I am trying to exchange shoes. I tried more than 10 different company's shoes.
    But every time it is showing "Item is not deliverable at selected pincode"

    I am not able to login to my recent account.. despite calling Myntra costomer care around 8-9 times.. my problem is not resolved. Everytime they just tell me to wait for 24-48 hrs and after that also I don't get any revert. It's been 1 month and they can't resolve my issue

      I need to complain against delivery agent. I recieved a wrong parcel from myntra, so made a return. For that matter I got approval from myntra customer care, if they approved my return, how dare delivery agent to reject my return. He took return with him, and then rejected my return continuously 3 days, and when i call delivery agent, he is not picking my calls. Need to complain such disturbing behaviour again delivery agent.

        I have ordered puma shoes on 3 oct 21 at ₹2099 and the date of delivery was 13 oct 21
        But they delayed the product and when I asked for the package they cancelled without asking me and initiated the refund on 19 oct 21 and now they are not giving the shoes at previous rate and asking me to buy at higher rate

          I have placed order for 5 clovia night suits of Order ID # 1184907 [protected].
          But I received 1 clovia inner wear instead of 5 clovia night suits, contacted customer care on 6th oct. So Myntra customer care suggested to return the wrong product so that I will get refund for 1 clovia night suit and they will get back to me with an update for remaining 4 undelivered products.
          But till now there is no update and there is no proper response from customer service.

            Myntra has suspended my account stating no reason, upon multiple calls they say that I have raised this request with no proofs at their end. I have around 3.5 k credits in my Myntra wallet. They are running a scam of duping people money. I need to raise this and take legal action as required

            The customer team are passing numbers to fraudsters, I recieved a call from a person from the following number [protected] names Rahul Kumar Gupta, claimed to be Myntra case manager, he asked me to download anydesk app etc.

              I had raised the return on the same day as the product is of CHEAP QUALITY.. Being an ELITE Customer for Myntra for so long, they just dont want to call back for the concern . They are just making fools..

              I have sent then Show cause notice to present in Se 49 Polce staiton, they never honoured that too..

              I want them to CLOSE THIER ONLINE BUSINESS. as these guys are just making fool of people

                  I ordered a Myntra gift card worth Rs 2, 000 from their app (Order ID # 1186368 [protected]). They are unable to share the pin to use the gift card nor are they refunding this amount. It's been a week of following up on this issue and their customer care keeps wasting time and are clueless how to resolve. They know they haven't solved the issue and asked for a 2 day extension today but have gone ahead and marked the case as resolved. I have tried to explain the issue over multiple calls, emails, and Twitter. But they are simply not resolving the concern.

                    Myntra sent me shoes without any box and any mrp sticker. There was no box and the mrp sticker is attached on it therefore I have no mrp sticker. They are not accepting the return request stating that I don't have mrp sticker. It's been 1-2weeks I have been following up with Myntra support. The return team gives me same answer again n again not even contacting over a call. And the normal customer support are so dumb that they don't even listen and just state the mail sent by return team. I need help with this return. Myntra is just trying to scam

                      I really love your clothes and the app but there is only one problem if you can add easy access on request for restocking on a cloth then it would be easier i really love this sweatshirt it is always out of stock and that is the only problem of you can restock that sweatshirt it would really be a blessing I am pinning the sweatshirt

                          I have ordered 2 kurta set(order-id- Order ID # 1185478 [protected]) along with few more items on sep end and Paid in advance. Details of missing items -

                          1. Hangup- Men Multicoloured Printed Kurta with Patiala & Jacket
                          2. Hangup- Men Multicoloured Printed Kurta with Pyjama

                          In myntra site it is showing that 4 items delivered to me on 10.10.21 but only 2 items delivered to me on 10.10.21. I called customer care on 11.10.21 told about missing order they were saying they will resolve the issue within 24 hrs but this issue has not resolved yet. I also checked with delivery boy about missing items but he said he didn't received both items. I am continuously following up with customer care but every time they raise complain & say issue will get resolve in 24-48 hrs. In last call they said they are checking, and it will get resolved after investigation maximum by 20th oct and on calling on 20th they don’t have any update and again asking more days and my money is with them. Now its been more than 11 days...Inspite of checking where the missing items They are just closing the matter by sorry message. Worst customer service. Not even ready to listen properly the issue. I hope in forum they listen & resolve the issue ASAP.

                                I ordered boat Unisex Black Storm M Smart Watch & Unisex Navy Blue Airdopes 131 TWS IWP Type C Port Earbuds
                                Below mentioned are the Order ID of both the products

                                I received the incomplete delivery in which the smart watch was missing. I raised my query abt my second product which he said he is unaware.

                                I raised a complain on Myntra customer care, they kept on requesting time of 34 – Hours to 48 hours .
                                Without getting resolution of my query, they updated on my Mntra app as query resolved .

                                I kept connecting to myntra customer care and they are saying that their quality team he investigated and updated the status as resolved .

                                This is a kind of loot Myntra is making to their Customer.

                                Highly disappointed with Myntra, looking for someone who can help me get my money back or the product to be delivered .

                                  When I have entered the wrong account number, multiple times I have talked with their customer support member and supervisors. They said just wait for 3 days, then asked me to wait for 7 business days, they assure me"If your account number is not matched with holder name, myntra will not process your payment, even the spelling is wrong, we don't transfer the money. After the wait for 12 days, I have again contacted them, they said we can't do anything. this is your mistake. I have returned the 3 products which cost more than 1300 and still I didn't get the money. Myntra customer service is the worst.

                                    Hi I'm Hemant my major concern is that I ordered mast & harbour boxers Rs.359(Order ID #1185137 [protected])
                                    but unfortunately I received defective product. I was shocked to see when I opened the parcel.then I raised a complaint with attached photos of the defective item to Myntra. Then after couple of days I got approval that, your refund amount is initiated. I had used Flipkart pay later for this order. But there is no any amount showing in my flipkart pay later account yet. Even I called to the customer care many times in the last days but they were not able to listen my concern and kept on saying You have to wait for another days. I also mentioned to them please arrange a pickup for this as I no longer want this because it's already defective, what would I do with this.I have been waiting for last 10 days so that I would get my refund. Last but not the least, on 21st October at 12.29 a.m. I talked with customer care about this. Litterly I didn't like the behaviour of the boy.he was very Rude and kept shuffling around when I presented my issues. Rather than solving my problems he disconnected the call. I totally dissatisfied with the customer service. It's the responsibility of the Myntra and please take action against this boy and provide my money as early as possible.

                                      Its really disappointing that despite product got picked up 5 days back still I didn't receive its refund and even after raising complaint didn't receive any positive response from your end.

                                      Your team says they investigated regarding this issue but the truth is they didnt even connected with Pick up executive. If he/ she would have connected they could have find that even Pickup executive is agreeing that he collected the product and updated in the system but it's technical issue or system issue.

                                      Now, the point is if its your system fault then why me as a customer suffering because of it. And even after raising issues why proper investigation has not been done. Why customer has to investigate and share proof every time. I am feeling like robbed and harrassed by Myntra and would like to raise this concern of mine to higher authorities of yours.

                                      Requesting for the final time to investigate deeply into the issue and refund my money else I would put this call recording on social network to highlight how Myntra team treat their customers and rob them .

                                      I have call recording where Sachin Sharma Pickup guy has confessed that he has picked up a product infront of his manager Rajkumar. Hope this will help.

                                      Do let me know if you need any other detail from my end .
