Myntra.com — Incorrect order repeatitative

On 27th September 2025, I ordered a pair of black pants from Myntra (Order ID: 1310344-[protected]) as a birthday gift for myself. However, I received a dark brown pair instead. I returned the product and received a refund.

Later, after confirming with Myntra’s customer care that the correct colour (Black) would be sent, I placed a new order. Despite the assurance, I again received dark brown pants (Order ID: 1310935-[protected]).

The customer care executive then initiated an exchange order, but once again, I received dark brown pants in the wrong size (28 instead of 34) (Order ID: 1311726-[protected]).

After contacting both customer support and the grievance team, I was assured that the next order would be correct. However, I once again received dark brown pants (Order ID: 1312546-[protected]).

This is the fourth consecutive instance of receiving the wrong colour, despite repeated communication and confirmations from Myntra. The matter remains unresolved, causing me significant inconvenience and frustration.
