I refer to our Order ID # 1325721 [protected] ordered for delivery of “Jompers Men Geometric Embroidered Sequinned Kurta” with yellow colour for our pooja. The phone number with which the order was initiated was [protected].
This product was delivered but the color was totally different “Red colour” which was not suitable So, we ordered for return of the order. The delivery man came and was asking for the yellow kurtha, but we told that instead of yellow you gave only red and wanted to return, he did not pick up and returned. So again we fought and then the person today and came with a different photograph in his app that was not yellow. We told him that the colour was red and so we are returning.
Now your app says that “Return on Hold’ What the Hell is happening at Myntra ?? I don’t know, simple the colour is to be changed but your SMS was also showing as the Kurtha was put on hold because it did not pass our quality check What quality check are you talking??? Why you are not able to take the material back ??
There is no email id of myntra where i can write and so i am writing. We have also wrote in the column mentioned in the order for contacting but with no reply.
I need the full refund in my account else I shall raise a compliant against myntra for cheating customers and also file a complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
